Abstract

本发明提供一种用废旧轮胎加工精细橡胶粉的方法,通过对废旧轮胎进行钢丝切断、拉丝、切块清洗、破碎、磁选去除钢丝、多次粉碎并筛分二次粉碎成需要的粒径、分选去除纤维、冷冻处理后再研磨并分选胶粉,然后利用微波进行处理。本发明在研磨前冷冻,胶粉更细,且利用微波通过微波能量场的作用能有效脱去胶粉中的硫,使得最终得到的胶粉的几何物料性能大大提高,不仅扩大了橡胶粉的应用范围,而且可使产品具有耐磨、无毒、无味、耐酸碱、耐腐蚀等性能。

一种用废旧轮胎加工精细橡胶粉的方法
技术领域
本发明属于橡胶粉加工技术领域,具体涉及一种用废旧轮胎加工精细橡胶粉的方法。
背景技术
随着社会的发展,对橡胶粉的需要急速增长,由于社会的发展,废旧轮胎也正迅速增加,到处堆放,不仅占用大量空间,还严重恶化了生态环境,因此合理回收利用废旧轮胎,充分利用可再生资源,变废为宝,对改善环境,构建节约型社会具有重要意义。
目前的用废旧轮胎加工精细橡胶粉的方法有常温粉碎法,化学合成法、冷冻法、常温化学法等。常温粉碎法在其中具有较为广泛的运用,由于粉碎过程中会使得胶料的温度升高,因此,目前的常温粉碎法通常只是将橡胶粉碎成相应大目数的胶粉,不能形成更小的胶粒或胶粉,这种胶粉产品,不能满足橡胶制品企业的需要。鉴于此,开发一种成本较低、能耗低且加工的胶粉性能较好的用废旧轮胎加工精细橡胶粉的方法,很有必要。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于解决上述的技术问题而提供一种用废旧轮胎加工精细橡胶粉的方法。
本发明是这样实现的,一种用废旧轮胎加工精细橡胶粉的方法,包括以下步骤:
1)将废旧轮胎用轮胎切断机将轮胎口的钢丝截断,然后用轮胎拉丝机将截断的钢丝用液压装置拉出,再用轮胎切块机将去除钢丝的轮胎切成50-60mm的橡胶块,用水洗干净;
2)在常温下将所述橡胶块用轮胎粗碎机碎成6-12mm的胶块,并用振动筛进行一次筛选,将大于6-12mm的胶块再送入轮胎粗碎机;
3)在常温下将上述6-12mm的胶块,用磁选机磁选后,利用橡胶细碎机破碎成1-3mm的橡胶颗粒;
4)将上述1-3mm橡胶颗粒用气流分选机分选出纤维去除,用振动筛进行二次筛选,将大于1-3mm的橡胶颗粒再送入橡胶细碎机,然后用干粉磁选机磁选以除去金属物;
5)将上述去除纤维的1-3mm的橡胶颗粒送入冷冻室冷冻,然后加入橡胶研磨机中进行研磨,最后利用气流分选机对胶粉进行分选;
6)将分选出的胶粉送入密封微波装置中微波处理5-8分钟,微波功率控制在940-1000Mhz即可。
所述步骤2)中,所述轮胎粗碎机采用滚面带有沟槽的双筒辊式粗碎机,滚距控制在2-3mm。
所述步骤3)中,所述轮胎细碎机采用滚面带有沟槽的双筒辊式粗碎机,滚距控制在1-1.5mm。
本发明利用冷冻法对细碎后橡胶颗粒冷冻后再加入橡胶研磨机中进行研磨,可使得胶料在低温下更容易被研磨成相应的胶粉,然后将通过研磨后的精细粉再利用微波通过微波能量场的作用打断胶粉中s-s键和s-c键,能有效脱去胶粉中的硫,使得橡胶粉的几何物料性能大大提高,可使其应用领域扩展到橡胶填充共混、塑料增韧改性、油漆、涂料增韧改性等领域,不仅扩大了橡胶粉的应用范围,而且可使产品具有耐磨、无毒、无味、耐酸碱、耐腐蚀等性能。

为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及有益效果更加清楚明白,以下结合实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解为此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限制本发明的保护范围。
一种用废旧轮胎加工精细橡胶粉的方法,包括以下步骤:
1)将废旧轮胎用轮胎切断机将轮胎口的钢丝截断,然后用轮胎拉丝机将截断的钢丝用液压装置拉出,再用轮胎切块机将去除钢丝的轮胎切成50-60mm的橡胶块,用水洗干净;
2)在常温下将所述橡胶块用轮胎粗碎机碎成6-12mm的胶块,并用振动筛进行一次筛选,将大于6-12mm的胶块再送入轮胎粗碎机;
3)在常温下将上述6-12mm的胶块,用磁选机磁选后,利用橡胶细碎机破碎成1-3mm的橡胶颗粒;
4)将上述1-3mm橡胶颗粒用气流分选机分选出纤维去除,用振动筛进行二次筛选,将大于1-3mm的橡胶颗粒再送入橡胶细碎机,然后用干粉磁选机磁选以除去金属物;
5)将上述去除纤维的1-3mm的橡胶颗粒送入冷冻室冷冻,然后加入橡胶研磨机中进行研磨,最后利用气流分选机对胶粉进行分选;
6)将分选出的胶粉送入密封微波装置中微波处理5-8分钟,微波功率控制在940-1000Mhz即可。

较优的,所述冷冻室冷冻温度在-100度。

1.一种用废旧轮胎加工精细橡胶粉的方法,其特征在于,包括下列步骤:
1)将废旧轮胎用轮胎切断机将轮胎口的钢丝截断,然后用轮胎拉丝机将截断的钢丝用液压装置拉出,再用轮胎切块机将去除钢丝的轮胎切成50-60mm的橡胶块,用水洗干净;
2)在常温下将所述橡胶块用轮胎粗碎机碎成6-12mm的胶块,并用振动筛进行一次筛选,将大于6-12mm的胶块再送入轮胎粗碎机;
3)在常温下将上述6-12mm的胶块,用磁选机磁选后,利用橡胶细碎机破碎成1-3mm的橡胶颗粒;
4)将上述1-3mm橡胶颗粒用气流分选机分选出纤维去除,用振动筛进行二次筛选,将大于1-3mm的橡胶颗粒再送入橡胶细碎机,然后用干粉磁选机磁选以除去金属物;
