本发明属于食品制作装置技术领域，具体来说涉及一种黄粑折叠切块装置。
背景技术
黄粑是西南地区非常有名的传统小吃，因味美价廉深受人们喜爱，其需求量也日益增加。黄粑的制作过程较为繁杂，具体包括以下过程：选料-蒸制-拌制-收汗-成型-晾坯-蒸制-保存，其中，成型过程是非常重要的环节，直接影响成品的外观与质量。现有技术中，黄粑的成型装置主要存在以下缺陷：（1）缺乏专门的切块装置，不能满足黄粑分块需求；（2）切块的尺寸大小可调性差，一般为固定的大小规格；（3）结构简洁性差，需要多个部件配合使用，操作过程不便；（4）加工过程耗费大量劳动力，生产效率低。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述缺点而提供的一种方便可调、结构简单、高效可行、稳定便捷的黄粑折叠切块装置。
本发明目的及解决其主要技术问题是采用以下技术方案来实现的：
本发明的黄粑折叠切块装置，包括模体、切片，其中：模体上部固定有安装架，安装架上连接有导轨，导轨上可滑动地安装有滑块，滑块上可旋转地装有切片，滑块可绕导轨中心旋转，模体内部设置有上下贯通的模腔。
上述黄粑折叠切块装置，其中：切片底部设置有尖刺部。
上述黄粑折叠切块装置，其中：滑块通过铰链连接有连接柄，连接柄上装有切片。
上述黄粑折叠切块装置，其中：导轨上设置有刻度线。
上述黄粑折叠切块装置，其中：导轨为圆柱形导轨。
本发明同现有技术相比具有明显的优点和有益效果。由以上技术方案可知，本发明的黄粑折叠切块装置中，模体上部固定有安装架，安装架上连接有导轨，导轨上可滑动地安装有滑块，滑块上可旋转地装有切片，实现了滑块带动切片在导轨上的移动，满足不同位置的切块需求；滑块通过铰链连接有连接柄，连接柄上装有切片，滑块可绕导轨中心旋转，进行切块时，将连接柄带动切片绕铰链旋出，进而在滑块的带动下绕导轨中心旋转，利用切片底部的尖刺部对模腔内的黄粑物料进行切块，切块完成时，反向绕导轨中心旋转滑块，进而将连接柄绕铰链旋回实现切片折叠；导轨上设置有刻度线，便于黄粑物料切块时的定位；导轨为圆柱形导轨，实现了滑块绕导轨中心的旋转。总之，本发明方便可调、结构简单、高效可行、稳定便捷，适合黄粑切块制作的推广使用。

参见图1至图2，本发明的黄粑折叠切块装置，包括模体2、切片4，其中：模体2上部固定有安装架1，安装架1上连接有导轨9，导轨9上可滑动地安装有滑块5，滑块5上可旋转地装有切片4，滑块5可绕导轨9中心旋转，模体2内部设置有上下贯通的模腔8。切片4底部设置有尖刺部3。滑块5通过铰链6连接有连接柄7，连接柄7上装有切片4。导轨9上设置有刻度线。导轨9为圆柱形导轨。
使用时，参见图3，将黄粑物料10放入模腔8内压平，根据切块大小将切片4移动至导轨9上的合适位置，将连接柄7带动切片4绕铰链6旋出，进而在滑块5的带动下绕导轨9中心旋转，利用切片4底部的尖刺部3对模腔8内的黄粑物料10进行切块即可；切块完成时，反向绕导轨9中心旋转滑块5，进而将连接柄7绕铰链6旋回实现切片4折叠。本发明方便可调、结构简单、高效可行、稳定便捷，适合黄粑切块制作的推广使用。

3.如权利要求1所述的黄粑折叠切块装置，其特征在于：滑块（5）通过铰链（6）连接有连接柄（7），连接柄（7）上装有切片（4）。
