本发明提供了工位式软管剪切装置,包括底座,工位式软管剪切装置包括活动剪切刀、与活动剪切刀构成剪切机构的固定模,固定模为至少三只的条形件,固定模的一端相互固定连接,剪切刀的一端与固定模的相互固定连接的一端活动连接,剪切刀绕固定模的相互固定连接的一端旋转,工位式软管剪切装置还包括电机、转轴、固定架、第一齿轮盘、第二齿轮盘,有益效果:本装置运用了多个并列的工位进行管道剪切下料操作,并且每个工位均可进行批量性的下料操作,使得管道下料操作的效率更加提高了。

工位式软管剪切装置
技术领域
本发明涉及管道加工机械,具体涉及各种蛇皮管、波纹软管、胶皮管等管道的剪切下料装置,本装置能在不同的工位进行批量大量的下料操作。
背景技术
在现场的管道安装作业中,需要根据现场的情况对管道进行下料操作,一般情况下,软管的下料可以通过剪刀剪切操作来完成。但是采用传统的人工剪切下料的下料方式效率低下,不能适应工业化大生产的要求。
为了实现机械化软管下料,需要开发先进的机械设备,能采用并列工位操作,并且每个工位均可进行批量性的下料。
发明内容
本发明克服背景技术的不足提供了工位式软管剪切装置,发明目的是:运用了多个并列的工位进行管道剪切下料操作,并且每个工位均可进行批量性的下料操作,利用多个工位操作效率明显提高,由于每个工位又均可进行批量性的下料操作,管道下料操作的效率更加提高了。
本发明提供了下述技术方案:工位式软管剪切装置,包括底座,所述工位式软管剪切装置包括活动剪切刀、与所述活动剪切刀构成剪切机构的固定模,所述固定模为至少三只的条形件,所述固定模的一端相互固定连接,所述剪切刀的一端与所述固定模的相互固定连接的一端活动连接,所述剪切刀绕所述固定模的相互固定连接的一端旋转,所述工位式软管剪切装置还包括电机、转轴、固定架、第一齿轮盘、第二齿轮盘,所述电机通过传动机构与所述转轴传动连接,所述转轴与所述第一齿轮盘固定连接,所述所述固定模的相互固定连接的一端均与所述第二齿轮盘固定连接,所述第一齿轮盘、第二齿轮盘均为锥齿轮,所述第一齿轮盘与所述第二齿轮盘啮合,所述固定模通过所述固定架与所述底座固定连接。所述固定架为升降架。
另外,所述底座固定连接有竖杆,所述竖杆套接软管。
另外,所述传动机构为皮带传动机构。
另外,所述传动机构为减速机构,并且所述第一齿轮盘、第二齿轮盘组成减速齿轮机构。
本发明的有益效果:首先将软管11套接于竖杆10以达到固定软管11的目的,其次测量需要下料的管道尺寸并调节固定架5准确的高度,启动电机3,每个所述固定模2的位置各站立一名工人,对各个固定模2位置的管道剪切情况进行观察以及装料操作。各个固定模2对应的位置即为对应的工位。因此,本装置运用了多个并列的工位进行管道剪切下料操作,并且每个工位均可进行批量性的下料操作,利用多个工位操作效率明显提高,由于每个工位又均可进行批量性的下料操作,管道下料操作的效率更加提高了。

以下结合附图与具体实施例对本发明作进一步描述。
图1、2中:活动剪切刀1、固定模2、电机3、转轴4、固定架5、第一齿轮盘6、第二齿轮盘7、底座8、传动机构9、竖杆10、软管11。
工位式软管剪切装置,包括底座8,所述工位式软管剪切装置包括活动剪切刀1、与所述活动剪切刀1构成剪切机构的固定模2,所述固定模2为至少三只的条形件,本实施例采用了四只的固定模2,即四个操作工位。所述固定模2的一端相互固定连接,所述剪切刀1的一端与所述固定模2的相互固定连接的一端活动连接,所述剪切刀1绕所述固定模2的相互固定连接的一端旋转,所述工位式软管剪切装置还包括电机3、转轴4、固定架5、第一齿轮盘6、第二齿轮盘7,所述电机3通过传动机构9与所述转轴4传动连接,所述转轴4与所述第一齿轮盘6固定连接,所述所述固定模2的相互固定连接的一端均与所述第二齿轮盘7固定连接,所述第一齿轮盘6、第二齿轮盘7均为锥齿轮,所述第一齿轮盘6与所述第二齿轮盘7啮合,所述固定模2通过所述固定架5与所述底座8固定连接。所述底座8固定连接有竖杆10,所述竖杆10套接软管11。所述固定架5为升降架。
所述传动机构9为皮带传动机构。产生堵转的时候保持一定的扰度,不会造成堵死,烧毁设备。
所述传动机构9为减速机构,并且所述第一齿轮盘6、第二齿轮盘7组成减速齿轮机构。通过二次减速,进行减速增距,增强剪切力。
操作说明:首先将软管11套接于竖杆10以达到固定软管11的目的,测量需要下料的管道尺寸并调节固定架5准确的高度,启动电机3,活动剪切刀1产生旋转运动,通过该旋转运动产生剪切运动。到达固定模2位置相应的进行剪切,本装置通过旋转运动连续剪切。每个所述固定模2的位置各站立一名工人,对各个固定模2位置的管道剪切情况进行观察以及装料操作。各个固定模2对应的位置即为对应的工位。本实施例采用了四个工位进行操作。

1.工位式软管剪切装置,包括底座(8),其特征在于,所述工位式软管剪切装置包括活动剪切刀(1)、与所述活动剪切刀(1)构成剪切机构的固定模(2),所述固定模(2)为至少三只的条形件,所述固定模(2)的一端相互固定连接,所述剪切刀(1)的一端与所述固定模(2)的相互固定连接的一端活动连接,所述剪切刀(1)绕所述固定模(2)的相互固定连接的一端旋转,所述工位式软管剪切装置还包括电机(3)、转轴(4)、固定架(5)、第一齿轮盘(6)、第二齿轮盘(7),所述电机(3)通过传动机构(9)与所述转轴(4)传动连接,所述转轴(4)与所述第一齿轮盘(6)固定连接,所述所述固定模(2)的相互固定连接的一端均与所述第二齿轮盘(7)固定连接,所述第一齿轮盘(6)、第二齿轮盘(7)均为锥齿轮,所述第一齿轮盘(6)与所述第二齿轮盘(7)啮合,所述固定模(2)通过所述固定架(5)与所述底座(8)固定连接,所述固定架(5)为升降架。
