本发明公开了一种橡胶厂废气处理净化***,涉及废气处理领域,本发明主要是用来处理橡胶厂在对橡胶进行加工时所产生的工业废气进行处理净化后进行排放,从而减少或者去除气体中的杂质和污染物,实现绿色排放,采用本技术方案所带来的有益效果:通过对炼胶和硫化车间的气体进行抽气‑除尘‑除硫‑吸附‑排放,降低或者去除了气体中的大量粉尘以及硫化物,从而达到绿色排放的指标,降低了对大气的污染。

本发明属于废气处理领域,具体地说,本发明涉及一种橡胶厂废气处理净化***。
背景技术
未来伴随着汽车使用量越来越多,在生产汽车轮胎时要耗费大量的橡胶,在对橡胶进行加工处理的过程中,会产生大量的工业废气,如果将这些未经处理的工业废气直接排放至大自然,会产生恶劣的环境影响。目前国内采用的橡胶厂的废气处理方法很多,如活性炭吸附净化法、化学药剂吸收法、催化净化法、生物净化法、低温等离子体净化法等,但是大多存在一定的缺陷,如处理效率低、能耗较高、对处理气体还存在选择性,同时还有可能产生二次污染等。
发明内容
本发明提供一种橡胶厂废气处理净化***,目的是橡胶厂在对橡胶进行加工时所产生的工业废气进行处理,使达到排放标准后再对气体进行排放。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案为:一种橡胶厂废气处理净化***,步骤:
抽气:在炼胶和硫化生产车间内地面四周设置鼓风机,顶部集气罩将废气集中收集;
除尘:将生产车间产生的气体通过抽风机抽入干式除尘器;
除硫:将经过除尘的气体通入喷淋塔中进行喷淋,喷淋液采用NaOH溶液或者Na2CO3溶液,喷淋后的气体再通入填料塔中;
吸附:将填料塔中的气体通入卧式活性炭吸附塔;
排放。
优选的,所述集气罩设有若干个且设与生产车间的顶部并通过风道与抽风机连通,所述生产设备上设有一风道并于与抽风机连通。
优选的,所述干式除尘器和喷淋塔之间的风道上设有一臭氧机。
优选的,所述喷淋塔下端设有一液体循环水箱并与喷淋塔中的喷嘴连通。
优选的,所述卧式活性炭吸附塔内的温度低于200℃。
本发明主要是用来处理橡胶厂在对橡胶进行加工时所产生的工业废气进行处理,达标后进行排放,从而减少或者去除气体中的杂质和污染物,实现绿色排放,采用本技术方案所带来的有益效果:通过对炼胶和硫化车间的气体进行抽气-除尘-除硫-吸附-排放,降低或者去除了气体中的大量粉尘以及硫化物,从而达到一个绿色排放的指标,降低了对大气的污染。

如图1所示,本发明是一种橡胶厂废气处理净化***,用来处理橡胶厂在生产过程中产生的大量的粉尘和硫化物,从而达到气体标准排放的指标,降低了对大气的污染。
具体的说,如图1所示,一种橡胶厂废气处理净化***,步骤:
抽气:在炼胶和硫化生产车间1内地面四周设置鼓风机4,顶部集气罩2将废气集中收集;
除尘:将生产车间1产生的气体通过抽风机一6抽入干式除尘器7,主要去除炭黑粉尘和颗粒粉尘;
除硫:将经过除尘的气体通入喷淋塔9中进行喷淋,喷淋液采用NaOH溶液或者Na2CO3溶液,喷淋后的气体再通入填料塔11中;
吸附:将填料塔11中的气体利用抽风机二12通入卧式活性炭吸附塔13,去除气体中的苯胺类物质和CS2
排放。
在本实施例中,所述集气罩2设有若干个且设与生产车间1的顶部并通过风道3与抽风机一6连通,所述生产设备5上设有一风道并于与抽风机一6连通。
在本实施例中,所述干式除尘器7和喷淋塔9之间的风道上设有一臭氧机8,提高处理效果。
在本实施例中,所述喷淋塔9下端设有一液体循环水箱10并与喷淋塔9中的喷嘴连通,用于喷淋液循环使用。
在本实施例中,所述卧式活性炭吸附塔内13的温度低于200℃,活性炭用于去除气体中的苯胺类物质和CS2,活性炭在吸附气体中的杂质后可以利用蒸汽洗脱,使得活性炭可再次利用。
本发明的有益效果:本发明应用于橡胶厂废气治理方面,通过对炼胶和硫化车间的气体进行抽气-除尘-除硫-吸附-排放,降低或者去除了气体中的大量粉尘以及硫化物,从而达到绿色排放的指标,降低了对大气的污染。

抽气:在炼胶和硫化生产车间内地面四周设置鼓风机,顶部集气罩将废气集中收集;
除尘:将生产车间产生的气体通过抽风机抽入干式除尘器;
除硫:将经过除尘的气体通入喷淋塔中进行喷淋,喷淋液采用NaOH溶液或者Na2CO3溶液,喷淋后的气体再通入填料塔中;
吸附:将填料塔中的气体通入卧式活性炭吸附塔;
排放。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种橡胶厂废气处理净化***,其特征在于:所述集气罩设有若干个且设与生产车间的顶部并通过风道与抽风机连通,所述生产设备上设有一风道并与抽风机连通。
