Description

Injection pump back pumping method and device
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of medical instruments, in particular to a syringe pump back pumping method which is completed by establishing a functional module framework and controlling a computer system by computer program instructions, wherein the computer program instructions are stored in a computer readable storage medium.
Background
Most syringe pumps on the market today are equipped with a syringe pressure detection function, and when a syringe placed on the syringe pump is over-pressurized or abnormal during the injection process, the syringe pump must stop injecting, because the injection may cause discomfort or even harm to the patient. With the improvement of the technology and the improvement of the customer demand, most of injection pumps in recent years realize the function of back-pumping after the pipeline is blocked so as to achieve the purpose of releasing the pressure in the pipe of the injector, so that the discomfort of a patient can be quickly and automatically eliminated under the condition that medical care personnel cannot operate on site for a short time, the use safety of the patient is improved, the situation that the medical care personnel need to pull out the intravenous needle when the medical care personnel get rid of the pipeline blockage is avoided, more possibilities are provided for the use of the injection pump on the occasion of being separated from the medical care personnel, and the requirement on the accuracy of the pressure self-release is higher.
The existing pressure pumping technology basically controls the motor to rotate reversely according to the feedback of a pressure sensor, and when the pressure is released to 1/3 of the blocking pressure, the pressure is stopped to be released. However, since the pressure sensor is installed at the end of the push rod, and the push rod pushes the injection handle and the push rod pulls the injection handle, the relationship between the input value of the pressure sensor and the pressure inside the injector is different in the two cases, so that the detection of the pressure inside the tube releasing the injector only by the pressure sensor is inaccurate, and the actual use requirement is difficult to meet.
Disclosure of Invention
It is an object of the present invention to provide a syringe pump withdrawal method that can properly release the pressure within the syringe.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme:
the invention provides a syringe pump back pumping method, which comprises the back pumping triggering steps: if the pressure in the pipe of the injector to be tested is larger than the preset value, the injection pump is triggered to suck back the push rod of the injector to be tested so as to reduce the pressure in the pipe of the injector to be tested, and the method also comprises the following steps:
and (3) calculating the withdrawal quantity: calculating the required withdrawal amount according to the current pressure in the tube of the injector to be tested and the length of a hose which is recorded in advance and used for connecting the injector to be tested and the intravenous needle;
and (3) a pumpback compensation step: calculating the compensation amount of the back pumping according to the displacement of the injector to be detected in the back pumping process of the injection pump;
a pumping-back control step: controlling the injection pump to perform the back pumping by the sum of the back pumping quantity required and the compensation quantity.
Wherein, the method also comprises a prompting step: and sending out a prompt signal for prompting the overpressure of the injector to be tested after the injection pump triggers the pumping-back triggering step.
The method is completed by establishing a functional module framework and controlling a computer system by computer program instructions which are stored in a computer readable storage medium.
Has the advantages that: the invention relates to a method for withdrawing an injection pump, which calculates the required withdrawal amount according to the current pressure in a tube of an injector to be detected and the length of a hose which is pre-recorded and used for connecting the injector to be detected and a vein needle, and fully considers the influence caused by the length of the hose when the injector is blocked, so that even if the length of the hose is longer, the pressure in the tube of the injector is only reduced during withdrawal but the pressure in the tube of the hose is not correspondingly reduced, thereby enabling the discomfort of a patient to be quickly and automatically eliminated. In addition, in order to ensure that the pressure in the tube of the injector can be released more accurately during the back-pumping, the processor calculates the compensation amount of the back-pumping according to the displacement of the injector and controls the injection pump to perform the back-pumping compensation by the compensation amount.
Drawings
The invention is further illustrated by means of the attached drawings, but the embodiments in the drawings do not constitute any limitation to the invention, and for a person skilled in the art, other drawings can be obtained on the basis of the following drawings without inventive effort.
Fig. 1 is a schematic view of a syringe at the time of injection.
In fig. 1, this includes: 1-injector, 2-injection handle, 3-hose, 4-vein needle, 5-pressing hand, 6-pressing block, 7-clamping groove, 8-push rod, 9-injection pump.
Detailed Description
The invention is further described with reference to the following examples.
As shown in figure 1, the injector 1 is connected with the intravenous needle 4 by the hose 3, a user presses the injector 1 on the injection pump 9 by the pressing block 6, the length D of the hose 3 is recorded on the injection pump 9 in advance, when a patient is transfused, the motor of the injection pump 9 rotates forwards to drive the push rod 8 to push the injection handle 2 to move leftwards so as to carry out transfusion, if the pressure sensor arranged at the tail end of the push rod 8 detects that the injector 1 is blocked (namely the internal pressure of the injector 1 is greater than a preset value) in the injection process, the processor of the injection pump 9 calculates the required pumpback amount according to the current pressure in the pipe of the injector 1 and the length D of the hose 3 at the moment, the processor controls the motor to rotate backwards according to the required pumpback amount so as to drive the push rod 8 to pull the injection handle 2 to move rightwards so as to carry out pumpback, so as to reduce the pressure in the, the influence caused by the length of the hose is fully considered when the required withdrawal amount is calculated, so that even if the length D of the hose 3 is longer, only the pressure in the syringe is reduced during withdrawal but the pressure in the hose is not correspondingly reduced, the discomfort of a patient can be quickly and automatically eliminated, the required withdrawal amount is calculated more correctly, the pressure in the syringe 1 is accurately released, and the problem that the relationship between the input value of the pressure sensor and the pressure in the syringe 1 is different under the two conditions that the push rod 8 pushes the injection handle 2 and the push rod 8 pulls the injection handle 2 is solved.
In order to calculate the required withdrawal amount more correctly and thus release the pressure in the tube of the syringe 1 accurately, different blocking alarm gears are set according to different pressures in the tube of the syringe 1, the following table shows the required withdrawal amount corresponding to different pressures in the tube of the syringe 1, where the length D of the hose is 500 mm:
blocking alarm gear Pressure in syringe K (KPA) Required withdrawal volume (ml)
1 10 0.318
2 20 0.469
3 40 0.723
4 60 0.927
5 80 1.094
6 100 1.238
7 120 1.375
8 140 1.517
The calculation formula for calculating the required pumpback amount is as follows:
y=(3E-07)×k3-(1E-04)×k2+0.017×k-0.067+0.002×D0.753
wherein y is the required withdrawal amount, k is the in-tube pressure of the syringe 1, and D is the length of the hose 3.
As shown in fig. 1, the pressing hand 5 of the injector 1 is placed in the clamping groove 7 of the injection pump 9, during infusion, the pressing hand 5 tightly presses the left side of the clamping groove 7, during withdrawal, the push rod 8 pulls the injection handle 2 to move to the right, because the pressing block 6 may not be enough to tightly press the injector 1 on the injection pump 9, the injector 1 can shift to the right during withdrawal, at this time, the pressing hand 5 tightly presses the right side of the clamping groove 7, the shift S of the injector 1 is the difference between the width W of the clamping groove 7 and the thickness T of the pressing hand 5, namely, the shift S is W-T, the motor rotates reversely in the shift S without releasing any pressure, and the syringe belongs to an invalid withdrawal amount. In order to ensure that the in-line pressure of the syringe 2 can be released more accurately upon withdrawal, the processor calculates a compensation amount for the withdrawal from the displacement S and controls the syringe pump to compensate for the withdrawal by the compensation amount. For a 4.5mm width W of the slot 7, the following table shows the compensation amount required for the different tubing types of an injector brand:
Figure BDA0001197072830000031
Figure BDA0001197072830000041
the calculation formula for calculating the compensation quantity needing to be pumped back is as follows:
I=V÷L×S。
after the pressure sensor on the injection pump 9 detects that the injector 1 is blocked in the injection process, the processor controls the alarm to send out an audible and visual alarm signal to prompt that the blockage occurs and remind related personnel to process in time.
Finally, it should be noted that the above embodiments are only used for illustrating the technical solutions of the present invention, and not for limiting the protection scope of the present invention, although the present invention is described in detail with reference to the preferred embodiments, it should be understood by those skilled in the art that modifications or equivalent substitutions can be made on the technical solutions of the present invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the technical solutions of the present invention.
