背景技术：
现有一些治疗颈肩腰腿痛、骨质增生、股骨头坏死的药物，都有这样或那样的不足，有些药物治疗时间长，而且不能达到疗效好、见效快、治愈率高、标本兼治的效果和愈后不易复发的目标。
发明内容：
本发明的目的是提供一种治疗颈肩腰腿痛、骨质增生、股骨头坏死疗效好、见效快，治愈率高，能达标本兼治的效果和愈后不易复发的目标的外用贴剂药物。
具体实施方案：
本发明的组方为：肉桂600克，丹参60克，炒杜仲60克，独活50克，黄芪100克，泽泻50克，地鳖50克，千年健50克，熟地黄60克，骨碎补50克，怀牛膝100克，钻地风50克，天麻60克，黄柏100克，法半夏60克，川乌60克，草乌60克，鸡血藤60克，鹿衔草50克，淫羊藿50克，辣椒素20克，氮酮30克，热熔胶2000克。
制做方法：将组方中的肉桂、丹参、炒杜仲、独活、黄芪、泽泻、地鳖、千年健、熟地黄、骨碎补、怀牛膝、钻地风、天麻、黄柏、法半夏、川乌、草乌、鸡血藤、鹿衔草、淫羊藿粉成120目细粉，备用。将组方中的热熔胶放到特定的容器内加热，温度达到130--160℃热熔胶才能融化，待到热熔胶全部融化能流动后，凉10-20分钟，再将上述药物粉成的120目细粉边加入，边用不锈钢铲搅动，等到把上述药物粉成的120目细粉全部加入搅动均匀后，再加入辣椒素和氮酮，然后再搅动3--5分钟即成混合药膏，取混合药膏13克摊到离心纸上或棉布上，均摊成长度为10厘米，宽度为7厘米即成本发明。
本方剂中，肉桂：补元阳，暖脾胃，除积冷，通血脉，治命门火衰，肢冷脉微，亡阳虚脱，腹痛泄泻，寒疝奔豚，腰膝冷痛，经闭百瘕，阴疽，流注，及虚阳浮越，上热下寒；丹参：活血祛瘀，安神宁心，排脓，止痛，治心绞痛，***，痛经，经闭，血崩带下，癥瘕，积聚，瘀血腹痛，骨节疼痛，惊悸不眠，恶疮肿毒；炒杜仲：补肝肾，强筋骨，安胎，治腰脊酸疼，足膝痿弱，小便余沥，阴下湿痒，胎漏欲堕，胎动不安，高血压；独活：祛风，胜湿，散寒，止痛，治风寒湿痹，腰膝酸痛，手脚挛痛，慢性气管炎，头痛，齿痛；黄芪：补气固表，托毒排脓，利尿，生肌，用于气虚乏力、久泻脱肛、自汗、水肿、子官脱垂、慢性肾炎蛋白尿、糖尿病、疮口久不愈合；泽泻：利水，渗湿，泄热，治小便不利，水肿胀满，呕吐，泻痢，痰饮，脚气，淋病，尿血；地鳖：破瘀血，续筋骨，用于筋骨折伤，瘀血经闭，症瘕痞块；千年健：祛风湿，壮筋骨，止痛，消肿，治风湿痹痛，肢节酸痛，筋骨痿软，胃痛，痈疽疮肿。用于风湿痹痛、腰膝冷痛、下肢拘挛麻木；熟地黄：滋阴，补血，治阴虚血少，腰膝痿弱，劳嗽骨蒸，遗精，崩漏，***，消渴，溲数，耳聋，目昏；骨碎补：补肾，活血，止血，治肾虚久泻及腰痛，风湿痹痛，齿痛，耳鸣，跌打闪挫、骨伤，阑尾炎，斑秃，鸡眼；怀牛膝：生用散瘀血，消痈肿，治淋病，尿血，经闭，癥瘕，难产，胞衣不下，产后瘀血腹痛，喉痹，痈肿，跌打损伤，熟用补肝肾，强筋骨，治腰膝骨痛，四肢拘挛，痿痹；钻地风：治风湿脚气，四肢关节酸痛；天麻：息风，定惊，治眩晕眼黑，头风头痛，肢体麻木，半身不遂，语言蹇涩，小儿惊痫动风；黄柏：清热。燥湿，泻火，解毒，治热痢，泄泻，消渴，黄疸，痿躄，梦遗，淋浊，痔疮，便血，亦白带下，骨蒸劳热，目赤肿痛，口舌生疮，疮疡肿毒；法半夏：燥湿化痰，降逆止呕，消痞散结，治湿痰冷饮，呕吐，反胃，咳喘痰多，胸膈胀满，痰厥头痛，头晕不眠。外消痈肿；川乌：祛风除湿，温经止痛，用于风寒湿痹，关节疼痛，心腹冷痛，寒疝作痛，麻醉止痛；草乌：祛风除湿，温经止痛，用于风寒湿痹、关节疼痛、心腹冷痛、寒疝作痛、麻醉止痛；鸡血藤：活血、舒筋，治腰膝酸痛，麻木瘫痪，***；鹿衔草：补虚，益肾，祛风除湿，活血调经，治虚弱咳嗽，劳伤吐血，风湿关节痛，崩漏，白带，外伤出血；淫羊藿：补肾壮阳，祛风除湿，治阳痿不举，小便淋沥，筋骨挛急，半身不遂，腰膝无力，风湿痹痛，四肢不仁；辣椒素：消炎，止痛，治疗肌肉酸痛；氮酮：促渗剂，有很强的促渗作用，可提高药物有效成分的应用效果；热熔胶：黏合强度大，速度快。
本发明全方治则明晰，配伍合理，各种原料协同作用，具有活血化瘀、通经活络、补肾壮骨、软坚散结、驱寒作用強等功能，治疗颈肩腰腿痛、骨质增生、股骨头坏死疗效好、见效快，治愈率高，能达标本兼治的效果和愈后不易复发的目标，经多年临床应用，受到广大患者及其亲友的一致好评。
尤其本发明还具有如下特点：1、柔软紧贴皮肤，使患者觉得舒适，2、祖传中药配方加上现代熬制工艺，克服了黒膏药容易污染衣物的难题，3、传统黒膏药都含有铅，血液含铅高的患者不便使用，本发明解除了含铅这个难题，所有患者都可放心使用。
本发明为外用贴剂药物，外敷患处或按穴位经络外敷，三天更換一次，十五天为一个疗程。
近年来，本发明对960例患者临床治疗，全部患者都是程度不同的颈肩腰腿痛、骨质增生、股骨头坏死，治愈随访2年以上未复发者874例，占91％；有效86例，占9％；总有效率达100％。

1.补肾祛痛散寒膏药贴，其特征在于它是由下述重量配比的原料制成的：肉桂600克，丹参60克，炒杜仲60克，独活50克，黄芪100克，泽泻50克，地鳖50克，千年健50克，熟地黄60克，骨碎补50克，怀牛膝100克，钻地风50克，天麻60克，黄柏100克，法半夏60克，川乌60克，草乌60克，鸡血藤60克，鹿衔草50克，淫羊藿50克，辣椒素20克，氮酮30克，热熔胶2000克。
