目前,市面上的抗蓝光、抗氧化、清除自由基组合物及护肤品效果并不明显,且容易引起过敏现象。因此,选择何种植物原料,并将其安全的应用到护肤品中达到抗蓝光、抗氧化、清除自由基效果,是急需丞待解决的问题。

一种抗蓝光、抗氧化、清除自由基组合物,包括如下质量百分比的组分:万寿菊花提取物和红花籽油的复合物0.1-5%、茶提取物1-10%和高山火绒草提取物1-10%。

红花籽油:红花籽油中富含维生素E,作为一种天然抗氧化剂,它对人体细胞***、延缓衰老有着重要作用,在护肤方面有很好的作用:能收缩毛孔,缓解皮肤干燥,延缓皮肤衰老,美白肌肤,修复晒伤的皮肤,还能预防皮肤癌的发生,适合各种肤质。
由于万寿菊花提取物是油溶性的,将其与稳定性较高的红花籽油复合,提高稳定性。

三、所述组合物中还包括高山火绒草提取物,能够温和而深层清洁皮肤,去除表皮的油脂及毛孔内污质,同时舒缓皮肤紧张状态,对肌肤具有舒缓、镇静、抗氧化及滋养保护作用。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步详细的描述,但本发明的实施方式不限于此。
本发明提供一种抗蓝光、抗氧化、清除自由基组合物,其包括如下质量份的组分:万寿菊花提取物和红花籽油的复合物0.1-5份、茶提取物1-10份和高山火绒草提取物1-10份。
其中所述万寿菊花提取物和红花籽油的复合物的制备方法包括如下步骤:
将万寿菊花干粉与正己烷按1:3比例混合,反复萃取3-6次,静置30min后,超声振荡10min,静置后倒出上层萃取液;
合并反复萃取后的萃取液,过滤,滤液在38℃下减压旋转蒸发至无馏出物为止,得到棕黄色粘稠的油状物;
将所述油状物与红花籽油按1:19比例混合均匀即可。
将上述组合物应用到护肤品中,其配方见表1。

上述实施例1-3和对比例通过以下制备方法得到:
步骤S1、将配方量的甘油、丁二醇、EDTA二钠、烟酰胺、聚甘油-10、泛醇、辛酸/癸酸甘油酯类聚甘油-10酯类、卡波姆和去离子水加入真空搅拌锅中,加热至80℃溶解完全,灭菌,得D相;
步骤S2、将配方量的鲸蜡硬脂醇、鲸蜡硬脂基葡糖苷、山嵛醇、聚甘油-10五硬脂酸酯及硬脂酰乳酰乳酸钠、硬脂酸、鲸蜡硬脂醇、牛油果树果脂、棕榈酸乙基己酯、羟苯甲酯、氢化聚癸烯、甘油三酯、聚二甲基硅氧烷和生育酚乙酸酯加入油相锅中,加热至80℃溶解完全,得A相;
步骤S3、在搅拌速度为60转/分钟的条件下,将A相抽入到真空搅拌锅中,混合均匀,均质10分钟;
步骤S4、真空脱气20~30分钟;
步骤S5、降低搅拌速度至30转/分钟,并冷却降温;
步骤S6、待温度降至45℃时,加入B相和C相,混合均匀;
步骤S7、出料,静置,检验合格后,灌装、包装、喷码、入库。
一、抗蓝光性能检测
检测方法为:通过使用CellTiter96(MTS)检测具有代谢活性的细胞的存活率、增殖率来研究蓝光对人表皮角质细胞(HEK)和人真皮纤维细胞(HDF)的损伤以及本发明的护肤品对该损伤的防护作用。细胞在96-微孔板中培养,每个微孔板中的细胞数量相同。
将装有人表皮细胞和人真皮纤维细胞的微孔由一块装有本发明护肤品样品溶液的平底消毒板覆盖,在距离培养皿30cm的上方进行LED(476nm,1900lux)蓝光照射9h,然后用CellTiter96(MTS)进行细胞存活率测定。
空白对照:室温下(37℃)细胞不暴露在蓝光下。
样品溶液分别为实施例1-3和对比例所述的护肤品溶解于二甲基亚砜中的溶液。
取三次测量的平均值,检测结果为见表2。

表2结果显示,实施例1-3的护肤品含有抗蓝光、抗氧化、清除自由基组合物,其人表皮角质细胞活性和人真皮纤维细胞活性均明显大于对比例(不含有抗蓝光、抗氧化、清除自由基组合物)的活性,说明实施例1-3的护肤品中添加的抗蓝光、抗氧化、清除自由基组合物具有较强的过滤蓝光的能力,能够阻挡蓝光对皮肤的伤害。
二、抗氧化性能检测
检测方法为:使用Oxiselect细胞内活性氧检测试剂盒进行细胞内活性氧(ROS)的活动和氧化压力的测量值,检测不同测试条件下经蓝光照射后产生的细胞内羟基、过氧化基和其它自由基。
人表皮角质细胞和人真皮纤维细胞在玻片上用DCFH-DA(2’,7’-二氯荧光素二乙酸酯)混合在一起,在37℃下培养1小时。然后,细胞用D-PBS(磷酸盐缓冲盐水)冲洗2-3次,然后添加含有样品的培养基溶液并暴露在蓝光(476nm,1900lux))LED灯下9h。在试验最后阶段,培养基更换为100μL新鲜培养基和100μL细胞裂解缓冲液。经过5min潜伏期后,把其中150μL的培养基加入黑色壁-96微孔板上,测试荧光度。
空白对照:室温下(37℃)细胞不暴露在蓝光下。
取三次测量的平均值,检测结果为见表3。

由表3可知,实施例1-3的护肤品含有抗蓝光、抗氧化、清除自由基组合物,其人表皮角质细胞荧光强度和人真皮纤维细胞荧光强度均明显低于对比例(不含有抗蓝光、抗氧化、清除自由基组合物)的荧光强度,说明实施例1-3的护肤品中添加的抗蓝光、抗氧化、清除自由基组合物具有优异的抗氧化性能。
三、清除自由基性能检测
检测原理为:自由基是高度活跃的分子,由作为正常细胞代谢一部分的生化氧化还原反应生成或因为暴露于环境因素如紫外线、吸烟、污染和γ射线而生成,自由基一旦生成,就会攻击体内所有的结构成分(DNA、细胞膜、蛋白质)。DPPH又称1,1-二苯基-2-三硝基苯肼,是一种很稳定的以氮为中心的自由基,他的稳定性主要来自共振稳定作用的3个苯环的空间障碍,使夹在中间的氮原子上不成对的电子不能发挥其应有的电子成对作用。它的无水乙醇溶液呈紫色,在517nm波长处有最大吸收,吸光度与浓度呈线性关系。向其中加入自由基清除剂时,可以结合或替代DPPH·,使自由基数量减少,吸光度变小,溶液颜色变浅,借此可评价清除自由基的能力。即通过在517nm波长处检测样品清除DPPH·的效果,来计算抗氧化能力。
检测方法为:在10mL比色管中依次加入4.0mL(0.02mg/ml)DPPH(日本TOKYOKASEI)的无水乙醇溶液和2.0mL各样品无水乙醇稀释液(3mg/ml),再加入无水乙醇至刻度,混匀立即用1cm比色皿在517nm波长处测吸光值,记为Ai,再在温室避光保存30min后测吸光值,记为Aj,对照试验为只加DPPH的乙醇溶液,其吸光值记为Ac。按下式计算自由基清除率(K):

取三次测量的平均值,检测结果为见表4。

从表4可以看出,护肤品中含有抗蓝光、抗氧化、清除自由基组合物,其自由基清除率明显高于不添加抗蓝光、抗氧化、清除自由基组合物的护肤品,说明护肤品中添加的抗蓝光、抗氧化、清除自由基组合物具有优异的清除自由基性能。
四、使用后皮肤弹性检测
检测方法为:实施例1-3和对比例的护肤品分别经20名志愿者连续使用8周,使用Cutometer(Courage&Khazaka)检测皮肤弹性R2值,对皮肤弹性数据进行统计分析。
皮肤弹性R2值越接近1,表示皮肤弹性和紧致度越好,检测结果见表5。

从表5可知,本发明的护肤品添加抗蓝光、抗氧化、清除自由基组合物后,明显可以改善人体皮肤弹性。
相较于现有技术,本发明提供的组合物及护肤品具有以下有益效果:
一、所述组合物中包括万寿菊花提取物和红花籽油的复合物,其能补充人体皮肤中的叶黄素,增强人体皮肤过滤蓝光的能力,阻挡蓝光对皮肤的伤害,还能捕获人体皮肤组织中的自由基,延缓由于皮肤氧化而导致的衰老,且红花籽油能收缩毛孔,缓解皮肤干燥,延缓皮肤衰老,美白肌肤,修复晒伤的皮肤,还能预防皮肤癌的发生;
二、所述组合物中还包括茶提取物,能使皮肤柔嫩光滑,还有助于清洁皮肤,防止暗疮,而且可作为护肤品的抗氧化剂,减缓护肤品中油脂的酸败变质,提高护肤品的品质;
三、所述组合物中还包括高山火绒草提取物,能够温和而深层清洁皮肤,去除表皮的油脂及毛孔内污质,同时舒缓皮肤紧张状态,对肌肤具有舒缓、镇静、抗氧化及滋养保护作用。

Claims (7)

1.一种抗蓝光、抗氧化、清除自由基组合物,其特征在于,包括如下质量份的组分:万寿菊花提取物和红花籽油的复合物0.1-5份、茶提取物1-10份和高山火绒草提取物1-10份,其中所述万寿菊花提取物和红花籽油的复合物中,万寿菊提取物与红花籽油的质量比为1:19;
所述万寿菊花提取物和红花籽油的复合物的制备方法包括如下步骤:
将万寿菊花干粉与正己烷按1:3比例混合,反复萃取3-6次,静置30min后,超声振荡10min,静置后倒出上层萃取液;
合并反复萃取后的萃取液,过滤,滤液在38℃下减压旋转蒸发至无馏出物为止,得到棕黄色粘稠的油状物;
将所述油状物与红花籽油按1:19比例混合均匀即可。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抗蓝光、抗氧化、清除自由基组合物,其特征在于,包括如下质量份的组分:万寿菊花提取物和红花籽油的复合物0.1-1份、茶提取物1-10份和高山火绒草提取物1-10份。
3.一种抗蓝光、抗氧化、清除自由基护肤品,其特征在于,包括如下质量百分比的组分:

C相:苯氧乙醇、氯苯甘醚及甘油 0.1-0.5%
氨甲基丙醇 0.1-3%
香精 0.01-1%;

其中所述抗蓝光、抗氧化、清除自由基组合物包括如下质量份的组分:万寿菊花提取物和红花籽油的复合物0.1-5份、茶提取物1-10份和高山火绒草提取物1-10份,所述万寿菊花提取物和红花籽油的复合物中,万寿菊提取物与红花籽油的质量比为1:19;
所述万寿菊花提取物和红花籽油的复合物的制备方法包括如下步骤:
将万寿菊花干粉与正己烷按1:3比例混合,反复萃取3-6次,静置30min后,超声振荡10min,静置后倒出上层萃取液;
合并反复萃取后的萃取液,过滤,滤液在38℃下减压旋转蒸发至无馏出物为止,得到棕黄色粘稠的油状物;
将所述油状物与红花籽油按1:19比例混合均匀即可。
4.根据权利要求3所述的抗蓝光、抗氧化、清除自由基护肤品,其特征在于,所述抗蓝光、抗氧化、清除自由基组合物包括如下质量份的组分:万寿菊花提取物和红花籽油的复合物0.1-1份、茶提取物1-10份和高山火绒草提取物1-10份。
5.一种如权利要求3所述的抗蓝光、抗氧化、清除自由基护肤品的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
步骤S1、将配方量的甘油、丁二醇、EDTA二钠、烟酰胺、聚甘油-10、泛醇、辛酸/癸酸甘油酯类聚甘油-10酯类、卡波姆和去离子水加入真空搅拌锅中,加热至80℃溶解完全,灭菌,得D相;
步骤S2、将配方量的鲸蜡硬脂醇、鲸蜡硬脂基葡糖苷、山嵛醇、聚甘油-10五硬脂酸酯及硬脂酰乳酰乳酸钠、硬脂酸、鲸蜡硬脂醇、牛油果树果脂、棕榈酸乙基己酯、羟苯甲酯、氢化聚癸烯、甘油三酯、聚二甲基硅氧烷和生育酚乙酸酯加入油相锅中,加热至80℃溶解完全,得A相;
步骤S3、在搅拌条件下,将A相抽入到真空搅拌锅中,混合均匀,均质10分钟;
步骤S4、真空脱气20~30分钟;
步骤S5、降低搅拌速度,并冷却降温;
步骤S6、待温度降至45℃时,加入B相和C相,混合均匀;
步骤S7、出料,静置,检验合格后,灌装、包装、喷码、入库。
6.根据权利要求5所述的抗蓝光、抗氧化、清除自由基组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤S3中,搅拌速度为60转/分钟。
7.根据权利要求5所述的抗蓝光、抗氧化、清除自由基组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤S4中,搅拌速度为30/分钟。
