采用上述技术方案，将黑色油相缓慢置入水相中，两者的温度均在80-85℃的范围内，有助于促进两相之间的相互混合，使形成的水油混合物中不易出现结块的现象，并减少沉淀的产生。在温度降至38-43℃的范围内时，加入成膜剂，减少对成膜剂的损坏，并促进整个体系中各组分之间的充分混合，使睫毛膏具有均匀分散且上妆浓密的效果。
甘油硬脂酸酯、PEG-100硬脂酸酯为酯类物质，在80-85℃的温度范围内，更易与糊精异硬脂酸酯、巴西棕榈树蜡、蜂蜡、硬脂酸、PEG-40硬脂酸酯、环聚二甲基硅氧烷等油相物质相互混合，使形成的油相具有较好的均匀、稳定的效果。
进一步优选为：所述步骤S6中加入相应重量份数的防腐剂，混合均匀。
采用上述技术方案，在38-43℃的温度范围内加入防腐剂，减少对防腐剂的损失，并使本申请中的睫毛膏具有良好的杀菌和防腐效果，并延长睫毛膏的有效使用期限。
综上所述，本发明具有以下有益效果：
1、甘油硬脂酸酯、PEG-100硬脂酸酯形成的混合物，与聚乙烯醇、羟乙基纤维素、糊精异硬脂酸酯、环聚二甲基硅氧烷、硅石复配作用，有助于将C177499与睫毛粘附，使形成的本申请在具有较好的上妆效果，达到使睫毛变得更加浓密的目的；
2、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、蜂蜡、巴西棕榈树蜡、成膜剂相互配合作用，达到较好的防水效果，使本申请中的睫毛膏经上妆后，不易出现润妆的现象。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例，对本发明进行详细描述。
实施例1：一种睫毛膏，通过如下步骤制备获得：
S1，将相应重量份数的去离子水、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、聚乙烯醇、丁二醇、羟乙基纤维素充分混合，加热至80-85℃，形成水相；
S2，将相应重量份数的糊精异硬脂酸酯、巴西棕榈树蜡、蜂蜡、硬脂酸、PEG-40硬脂酸酯、环聚二甲基硅氧烷、表面活性剂，加热至80-85℃，形成油相，其中，该表面活性剂为甘油硬脂酸酯、PEG-100硬脂酸酯，两者的重量份数比值为2∶1；
S3，将相应重量份数的CI77499与步骤S2中获得的油相混合均匀，保温至80-85℃，形成黑色油相；
S4，将步骤S3中获得的黑色油相加入步骤S1中获得的水相中，均质，形成水油混合物；
S5，将步骤S4中获得的水油混合物脱泡，降温至38-43℃，形成冷却水油混合物；
S6，将相应重量份数的苯乙烯、丙烯酸(酯)类共聚物钠、去离子水、脱氢乙酸钠的重量份数比为1∶3∶1∶2形成的成膜剂，以及硅石加入步骤S5中获得的冷却水油混合物中，混合均匀，获得成品，检测，出料，灌装。
实施例1中各组分及其相应的重量份数如表1所示。
实施例2：一种睫毛膏，与实施例1的区别在于，在步骤S6中加入相应重量份数的防腐剂，混合均匀，该防腐剂包括重量份数比为1∶1∶1∶2的双(羟甲基)咪唑烷基脲、碘丙炔醇丁基氨甲酸酯、羟苯甲酯、丙二醇。
实施例3：一种睫毛膏，与实施例2的区别在于，各组分及其重量份数如表1所示，其中，成膜剂中，苯乙烯、丙烯酸(酯)类共聚物钠、去离子水、脱氢乙酸钠的重量份数比为1∶4∶1∶2.5；表面活性剂中，甘油硬脂酸酯、PEG-100硬脂酸酯的重量份数比值为3∶1；防腐剂中双(羟甲基)咪唑烷基脲、碘丙炔醇丁基氨甲酸酯、羟苯甲酯、丙二醇的重量份数比值为1∶1.5∶1.5∶2.5。
实施例4：一种睫毛膏，与实施例2的区别在于，各组分及其重量份数如表1所示，各组分及其重量份数如表1所示，其中，成膜剂中，苯乙烯、丙烯酸(酯)类共聚物钠、去离子水、脱氢乙酸钠的重量份数比为1∶5∶1∶3；表面活性剂中，甘油硬脂酸酯、PEG-100硬脂酸酯的重量份数比值为4∶1；防腐剂中双(羟甲基)咪唑烷基脲、碘丙炔醇丁基氨甲酸酯、羟苯甲酯、丙二醇的重量份数比值为1∶2∶1.5∶2.5。
实施例5：一种睫毛膏，与实施例2的区别在于，各组分及其重量份数如表1所示，各组分及其重量份数如表1所示，其中，成膜剂中，苯乙烯、丙烯酸(酯)类共聚物钠、去离子水、脱氢乙酸钠的重量份数比为1∶3.5∶1∶2.5；表面活性剂中，甘油硬脂酸酯、PEG-100硬脂酸酯的重量份数比值为2.5∶1；防腐剂中双(羟甲基)咪唑烷基脲、碘丙炔醇丁基氨甲酸酯、羟苯甲酯、丙二醇的重量份数比值为1∶2∶2∶3.5。
实施例6：一种睫毛膏，与实施例2的区别在于，各组分及其重量份数如表1所示，各组分及其重量份数如表1所示，其中，成膜剂中，苯乙烯、丙烯酸(酯)类共聚物钠、去离子水、脱氢乙酸钠的重量份数比为1∶4.5∶1∶3；表面活性剂中，甘油硬脂酸酯、PEG-100硬脂酸酯的重量份数比值为3.5∶1；防腐剂中双(羟甲基)咪唑烷基脲、碘丙炔醇丁基氨甲酸酯、羟苯甲酯、丙二醇的重量份数比值为1∶2∶2∶3。

其中，聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、防腐剂购自百好博；聚乙烯醇购自广东新图；丁二醇购自上海协瑞；羟乙基纤维素、成膜剂购自上海科耐欧；乙醇购自安特；C177499、巴西棕榈树蜡、蜂蜡购自翔酋；糊精异硬脂酸酯购自科丝发；硬脂酸购自上海锦雍；甘油硬脂酸酯、PEG-100硬脂酸酯、PEG-40硬脂酸酯购自上海高维；环聚二甲基硅氧烷购自上海方登；硅石购自上海联锴。
对比例1-7：一种睫毛膏，与实施例3相比，各组分及其相应的重量份数如表2所示。

对比例8：一种睫毛膏，组分及其相应的重量份数与实施例3相同，但通过如下步骤制备获得：
S1，将相应重量份数的去离子水、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、聚乙烯醇、丁二醇、羟乙基纤维素充分混合，加热至70-79℃，形成水相；
S2，将相应重量份数的糊精异硬脂酸酯、巴西棕榈树蜡、蜂蜡、硬脂酸、PEG-40硬脂酸酯、环聚二甲基硅氧烷、表面活性剂，加热至70-79℃，形成油相，其中，该表面活性剂为甘油硬脂酸酯、PEG-100硬脂酸酯，两者的重量份数比值为2∶1；
S3，将相应重量份数的CI77499与步骤S2中获得的油相混合均匀，保温至70-79℃，形成黑色油相；
S4，将步骤S3中获得的黑色油相加入步骤S1中获得的水相中，均质，形成水油混合物；
S5，将步骤S4中获得的水油混合物脱泡，降温至30-37℃，形成冷却水油混合物；
S6，将相应重量份数的苯乙烯、丙烯酸(酯)类共聚物钠、去离子水、脱氢乙酸钠的重量份数比为1∶3∶1∶2形成的成膜剂，以及硅石加入步骤S5中获得的冷却水油混合物中，混合均匀，获得成品，检测，出料，灌装。
对比例9-13：一种睫毛膏，与实施例3相比，各组分及其相应的重量份数如表3所示。

试验一 上妆试验
试验样品：采用实施例1、3、5中获得的睫毛膏作为试验样品1-3，采用对比例1-8中获得的睫毛膏作为对照样品1-8。
试验方法：选取睫毛长度相似的、睫毛数量较少的、同一地区的、年龄为18-25周岁的女性白领受试者1100名，平均分成11组，分别编号1-11。其中，第1-3组受试者分别使用试验样品1-3，第4-11组受试者则分别使用对照样品1-8。使用时，采用相同类型的睫毛刷将相应的等量样品涂抹于睫毛上，1min后记录每组受试者的上妆效果及使用感受。且观察实施例1、3、5中获得的睫毛膏的可使用期限。
试验结果：第一组受试者中，99％受试者认为涂抹试验样品1后，试验样品1均匀涂抹在睫毛表面，使睫毛明显变得浓密，且睫毛之间不粘黏，使眼神变得有神；经长期使用，试验样品1打开3个月后无法继续使用；
第二组受试者中，100％受试者认为涂抹试验样品2后，试验样品2均匀涂抹在睫毛表面，睫毛明显变得浓密、自然，睫毛的弯曲程度不受影响，且睫毛之间不粘黏，使眼神变得神采奕奕；经长期使用，试验样品2的保质期可达6个月；
第三组受试者中，100％受试者认为涂抹试验样品3后，试验样品3均匀涂抹在睫毛表面，睫毛明显变得浓密，且睫毛之间不粘黏，使眼神变得有神；经长期使用，试验样品3的保质期可达6个月；
第四组受试者中，95％受试者认为涂抹对照样品1后，睫毛未变浓密，且睫毛上的睫毛膏未涂抹均匀；
第五组受试者中，88％受试者认为涂抹对照样品2后，睫毛未变浓密，且睫毛上的睫毛膏未涂抹均匀；
第六组受试者中，81％受试者认为涂抹对照样品3后，睫毛未变浓密，且睫毛上的睫毛膏未涂抹均匀；
第七组受试者中，73％受试者认为涂抹对照样品4后，睫毛未变浓密，且睫毛上的睫毛膏未涂抹均匀；
第八组受试者中，55％受试者认为涂抹对照样品5后，睫毛未变浓密，且睫毛上的睫毛膏未涂抹均匀，形成苍蝇脚的现象；
第九组受试者中，60％受试者认为涂抹对照样品6后，睫毛比未涂抹对照样品6时稍微***，但睫毛膏未涂抹均匀，形成苍蝇脚的现象；
第十组受试者中，75％受试者认为涂抹对照样品7后，睫毛比未涂抹对照样品7时稍显浓密，但睫毛膏涂抹不够均匀，形成苍蝇脚的现象；
第十一组受试者中，85％受试者认为涂抹对照样品8后，睫毛比未涂抹对照样品8时稍显浓密，但睫毛膏涂抹不够均匀，形成较为严重的苍蝇脚现象；
综上所述，甘油硬脂酸酯、PEG-100硬脂酸酯形成的表面活性剂，与聚乙烯醇、羟乙基纤维素、糊精异硬脂酸酯、环聚二甲基硅氧烷、硅石复配作用，有助于将CI77499与睫毛粘附，使形成的本申请在具有较好的上妆效果，使睫毛变得更加浓密的。且睫毛膏制备过程也会对其上妆效果及上妆后睫毛的浓密程度造成影响。
试验二 防水试验
试验样品：采用实施例2、4、6、7中获得的睫毛膏作为试验样品1-4，采用对比例9-13中获得的睫毛膏作为对照样品1-5。
试验方法：挑选试验一中正常体温在37℃的受试者900名，平均分成9组，分别编号1-9。其中，第1-4组受试者分别使用试验样品1-4，第5-9组受试者则分别使用对照样品1-5。使用时，采用相同类型的睫毛刷将相应的等量样品涂抹于睫毛上，经充分干燥后，采用温度为37℃(与人体体温相似)的水进行冲洗10次后，记录防水效果1；再经采用相同强度的运动30min后，记录防水效果2。
试验结果：受试者1-9组的防水效果如表4所示。由表4可知，聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、蜂蜡、巴西棕榈树蜡、通过苯乙烯、丙烯酸(酯)类共聚物钠、去离子水、脱氢乙酸钠的重量份数比为1∶4∶1∶2.5形成的成膜剂相互配合作用，达到较好的防温水、防汗水效果，不易出现润妆的现象。

以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式，本发明的保护范围并不仅局限于上述实施例，凡属于本发明思路下的技术方案均属于本发明的保护范围。应当指出，对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说，在不脱离本发明原理前提下的若干改进和润饰，这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (6)

1.一种睫毛膏，其特征在于，包括如下重量份数的组分：
去离子水35-43份；
聚乙烯吡咯烷酮2-3.5份；
聚乙烯醇2.5-4份；
丁二醇2-5份；
羟乙基纤维素0.1-0.5份；
乙醇6-10份；
CI77499为5-8份；
糊精异硬脂酸酯1-3.5份；
巴西棕榈树蜡4-6份；
蜂蜡4.5-6份；
硬脂酸1-3.5份；
表面活性剂1-3份；
PEG-40硬脂酸酯0.2-1.5份；
环聚二甲基硅氧烷3.5-6.5份；
成膜剂8-11份；
硅石3-5份；
所述成膜剂为苯乙烯、丙烯酸（酯）类共聚物钠、去离子水、脱氢乙酸钠形成的混合物，所述苯乙烯、丙烯酸（酯）类共聚物钠、去离子水、脱氢乙酸钠的重量份数比为1:3-5:1:2-3。
2.根据权利要求1所述的睫毛膏，其特征在于，包括如下重量份数的组分：
去离子水37-41份；
聚乙烯吡咯烷酮2.3-3.2份；
聚乙烯醇2.8-3.7份；
丁二醇2.5-4.5份；
羟乙基纤维素0.2-0.45份；
乙醇7-9份；
CI77499为5.5-7份；
糊精异硬脂酸酯1.5-3份；
巴西棕榈树蜡4.5-5.5份；
蜂蜡4.7-5.8份；
硬脂酸1.2-3.3份；
表面活性剂1.3-2.5份；
PEG-40硬脂酸酯0.5-1.3份；
环聚二甲基硅氧烷3.8-6份；
成膜剂8.5-10份；
硅石3.3-4.5份；
所述成膜剂为苯乙烯、丙烯酸（酯）类共聚物钠、去离子水、脱氢乙酸钠形成的混合物，所述苯乙烯、丙烯酸（酯）类共聚物钠、去离子水、脱氢乙酸钠的重量份数比为1：3-5:1：2-3。
3.根据权利要求1所述的睫毛膏，其特征在于，所述表面活性剂包括甘油硬脂酸酯、PEG-100硬脂酸酯，所述甘油硬脂酸酯和PEG-100硬脂酸酯的比值为2-4:1。
4.根据权利要求1所述的睫毛膏，其特征在于，还包括防腐剂，所述防腐剂的重量份数为0.1-1.5份，所述防腐剂包括双（羟甲基）咪唑烷基脲、碘丙炔醇丁基氨甲酸酯、羟苯甲酯、丙二醇，所述双（羟甲基）咪唑烷基脲、碘丙炔醇丁基氨甲酸酯、羟苯甲酯、丙二醇的重量份数比为1:1-2:1-2:2-3.5。
5.一种如权利要求1所述的一种睫毛膏的制备方法，其特征在于，包括如下步骤：
S1，将相应重量份数的去离子水、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、聚乙烯醇、丁二醇、羟乙基纤维素充分混合，加热至80-85℃，形成水相；
S2，将相应重量份数的糊精异硬脂酸酯、巴西棕榈树蜡、蜂蜡、硬脂酸、PEG-40硬脂酸酯、环聚二甲基硅氧烷、表面活性剂，加热至80-85℃，形成油相；
S3，将相应重量份数的CI77499与步骤S2中获得的油相混合均匀，保温至80-85℃，形成黑色油相；
S4，将步骤S3中获得的黑色油相加入步骤S1中获得的水相中，均质，形成水油混合物；
S5，将步骤S4中获得的水油混合物脱泡，降温至38-43℃，形成冷却水油混合物；
S6，将相应重量份数的成膜剂、硅石加入步骤S5中获得的冷却水油混合物中，混合均匀，获得成品，检测，出料，灌装。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种睫毛膏的制备方法，其特征在于，所述步骤S6中加入相应重量份数的防腐剂，混合均匀。
