本发明主要涉及种植技术领域,公开了一种花菜种子拌种剂,由以下原料制成:荚蒾、雪胆、王瓜根、元宝草、黄海棠、黄瑞香、溲疏、海仙花、山麻杆、鹿葱、赶山鞭、柠檬酸、壳聚糖、***钠;原料丰富,绿色环保,安全健康,对人体安全无害,易于推广,经济收入增加9.6%;加入多种中药成分,配伍科学,经反复提取,提取率提高22.7%,药效相辅相成,抗菌杀虫,杀灭多种病原微生物,营养丰富,提高胚芽活性,加快种子发芽,提高发芽率,达到93%;加入柠檬酸、壳聚糖和***钠,调节种子发芽所需的pH,提供丰富的营养成分,抑制病原微生物增殖,增强胚芽抗逆性,加快种子发芽,提高移栽成活率,达到98%,节约种植成本10.3%。

技术领域
本发明主要涉及种植技术领域,尤其涉及一种花菜种子拌种剂。
背景技术
花菜,又称花椰菜、菜花或椰菜花,品质鲜嫩,营养丰富,风味鲜美,营养丰富,富含蛋白质、膳食纤维、维生素、矿质元素及黄酮类物质,具有全面的保健功能,能够提高肌体免疫力,美容护肤,保护心脑血管,保肝解毒,促进胃肠功能,抗癌抑癌。
花菜是我国的常见蔬菜,种植广泛,花菜种子播种时,需要对种子进行拌种,但是目前花菜播种时所用的拌种剂毒性太大,在使用过程中容易对人体造成危害,污染环境,而且容易造成有毒物质在花菜内的残留,因此,需要一种安全健康的花菜种子拌种剂。
发明内容
为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,本发明的目的是提供一种花菜种子拌种剂。
一种花菜种子拌种剂,由以下重量份的原料制成:荚蒾32~34、雪胆32~34、王瓜根27~29、元宝草27~29、黄海棠27~29、黄瑞香23~25、溲疏21~23、海仙花21~23、山麻杆15~17、鹿葱15~17、赶山鞭15~17、柠檬酸3.2~3.4、壳聚糖2.7~2.9、***钠0.6~0.8。
一种花菜种子拌种剂的制备方法,具体包括以下步骤:
(1)将荚蒾、雪胆、王瓜根、元宝草和黄海棠粉碎至100~120目,加入荚蒾重量6~7倍量的水,置于-32~-30℃冷冻20~22小时,快速破坏组织细胞,提高提取率,取出,得冷冻料;
(2)向冷冻料中加入冷冻料重量70~80倍量的水,加热煮沸至体积为原来的1/10,得混合提取液A;
(3)将黄瑞香、溲疏、海仙花、山麻杆、鹿葱和赶山鞭粉碎至2~3mm,加入黄瑞香重量4~5倍量的食盐,置于80~85℃翻炒20~25分钟,过筛除去食盐,增加营养,提高炒制温度,促进有效成分释放,提高提取率,粉碎至100~120目,得炒制料;
(4)向炒制料中加入炒制料重量45~50倍量的体积分数为67~69%的酒精溶液,浸泡3~4小时,于45~47℃、31~33kHz超声40~45分钟,加热煮沸至体积为原来的1/15,得混合提取液B;
(5)将混合提取液A和混合提取液B混合,加入柠檬酸,加热至55~60℃,加入壳聚糖,保温搅拌至完全混匀,加入***钠,搅拌均匀,冷冻干燥至含水量为4~6%,花菜种子拌种剂;
(6)真空包装,检验,得成品。
所述步骤(5)的冷冻干燥,冷冻温度为-36~-38℃,加热温度为45~47℃。
所述花菜种子拌种剂的使用方法,取适量花菜种子拌种剂,加入拌种剂重量100~150倍量的水,搅拌至完全混匀,均匀加入花菜种子,加入量为花菜种子重量的10~12%。
本发明的优点是:本发明提供的一种花菜种子拌种剂,原料丰富,绿色环保,安全健康,对人体安全无害,使用方便,价格低廉,易于推广,经济收入增加9.6%;加入多种中药成分,配伍科学,经反复提取,提取率提高22.7%,药效相辅相成,抗菌杀虫,杀灭多种病原微生物,营养丰富,提高胚芽活性,加快种子发芽,提高发芽率,达到93%;加入柠檬酸、壳聚糖和***钠,调节种子发芽所需的pH,提供丰富的营养成分,抑制病原微生物增殖,增强胚芽抗逆性,加快种子发芽,提高移栽成活率,达到98%,不会对花菜造成有害物质残留,节约种植成本10.3%。
具体实施方式
下面用具体实施例说明本发明。
实施例1
一种花菜种子拌种剂,由以下重量份的原料制成:荚蒾32、雪胆32、王瓜根27、元宝草27、黄海棠27、黄瑞香23、溲疏21、海仙花21、山麻杆15、鹿葱15、赶山鞭15、柠檬酸3.2、壳聚糖2.7、***钠0.6。
一种花菜种子拌种剂的制备方法,具体包括以下步骤:
(1)将荚蒾、雪胆、王瓜根、元宝草和黄海棠粉碎至100目,加入荚蒾重量7倍量的水,置于-30℃冷冻22小时,快速破坏组织细胞,提高提取率,取出,得冷冻料;
(2)向冷冻料中加入冷冻料重量80倍量的水,加热煮沸至体积为原来的1/10,得混合提取液A;
(3)将黄瑞香、溲疏、海仙花、山麻杆、鹿葱和赶山鞭粉碎至2~3mm,加入黄瑞香重量4倍量的食盐,置于85℃翻炒25分钟,过筛除去食盐,增加营养,提高炒制温度,促进有效成分释放,提高提取率,粉碎至100目,得炒制料;
(4)向炒制料中加入炒制料重量50倍量的体积分数为67%的酒精溶液,浸泡4小时,于45℃、32kHz超声45分钟,加热煮沸至体积为原来的1/15,得混合提取液B;
(5)将混合提取液A和混合提取液B混合,加入柠檬酸,加热至55~60℃,加入壳聚糖,保温搅拌至完全混匀,加入***钠,搅拌均匀,冷冻干燥至含水量为4~6%,冷冻温度为-37℃,加热温度为45℃,花菜种子拌种剂;
(6)真空包装,检验,得成品。
所述花菜种子拌种剂的使用方法,取适量花菜种子拌种剂,加入拌种剂重量150倍量的水,搅拌至完全混匀,均匀加入花菜种子,加入量为花菜种子重量的10%。
实施例2
一种花菜种子拌种剂,由以下重量份的原料制成:荚蒾33、雪胆33、王瓜根28、元宝草28、黄海棠28、黄瑞香24、溲疏22、海仙花22、山麻杆16、鹿葱16、赶山鞭16、柠檬酸3.3、壳聚糖2.8、***钠0.7。
制备和使用方法,同实施例1。
实施例3
一种花菜种子拌种剂,由以下重量份的原料制成:荚蒾34、雪胆34、王瓜根29、元宝草29、黄海棠29、黄瑞香25、溲疏23、海仙花23、山麻杆17、鹿葱17、赶山鞭17、柠檬酸3.4、壳聚糖2.9、***钠0.8。
制备和使用方法,同实施例1。
对比例1
去除荚蒾、雪胆和王瓜根,其余制备和使用方法,同实施例1。
对比例2
去除元宝草和黄海棠,其余制备和使用方法,同实施例1。
对比例3
去除黄瑞香、溲疏和海仙花,其余制备和使用方法,同实施例1。

去除山麻杆、鹿葱和赶山鞭,其余制备和使用方法,同实施例1。

实施例和对比例花菜种子拌种剂的拌种效果:
在安徽省阜阳市,随机合格的同种花菜种子1100g,随机分为11组,每组100g,分别用实施例和对比例的拌种剂拌种后进行播种,其它管理方法相同,受试时间从种子拌种至花菜苗移栽后30天,实施例和对比例花菜种子拌种剂的拌种效果见表1。

从表1的结果可以看出,实施例的花菜种子拌种剂,发芽率和成活率明显较对比例高,说明本发明提供的花菜种子拌种剂具有较好的拌种效果。

Claims (4)

1.一种花菜种子拌种剂,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料制成:荚蒾32~34、雪胆32~34、王瓜根27~29、元宝草27~29、黄海棠27~29、黄瑞香23~25、溲疏21~23、海仙花21~23、山麻杆15~17、鹿葱15~17、赶山鞭15~17、柠檬酸3.2~3.4、壳聚糖2.7~2.9、***钠0.6~0.8。
2.一种权利要求1所述花菜种子拌种剂的制备方法,其特征在于,具体包括以下步骤:
(1)将荚蒾、雪胆、王瓜根、元宝草和黄海棠粉碎至100~120目,加入荚蒾重量6~7倍量的水,置于-32~-30℃冷冻20~22小时,取出,得冷冻料;
(2)向冷冻料中加入冷冻料重量70~80倍量的水,加热煮沸至体积为原来的1/10,得混合提取液A;
(3)将黄瑞香、溲疏、海仙花、山麻杆、鹿葱和赶山鞭粉碎至2~3mm,加入黄瑞香重量4~5倍量的食盐,置于80~85℃翻炒20~25分钟,过筛除去食盐,粉碎至100~120目,得炒制料;
(4)向炒制料中加入炒制料重量45~50倍量的体积分数为67~69%的酒精溶液,浸泡3~4小时,于45~47℃、31~33kHz超声40~45分钟,加热煮沸至体积为原来的1/15,得混合提取液B;
(5)将混合提取液A和混合提取液B混合,加入柠檬酸,加热至55~60℃,加入壳聚糖,保温搅拌至完全混匀,加入***钠,搅拌均匀,冷冻干燥至含水量为4~6%,花菜种子拌种剂;
(6)真空包装,检验,得成品。
3.根据权利要求2所述花菜种子拌种剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(5)的冷冻干燥,冷冻温度为-36~-38℃,加热温度为45~47℃。
4.一种权利要求1~3任一项所述花菜种子拌种剂的使用方法,其特征在于,取适量花菜种子拌种剂,加入拌种剂重量100~150倍量的水,搅拌至完全混匀,均匀加入花菜种子,加入量为花菜种子重量的10~12%。
