技术领域

背景技术

发明内容
与此相对地,本发明的目的在于,进一步改进开头所述类型的软管衬,以使得薄膜端部同时在技术上耗费更低的情况下更好地彼此连接。
根据本发明,该目的通过如下方式实现,在重叠区域中背离纤维材料层的带边缘仅仅由载体薄膜构成,所述载体薄膜在重叠区域上突出超过无纺布层,并且所述载体薄膜直接与在重叠区域中朝向纤维材料层的带边缘的载体薄膜粘接或者焊接。
根据本发明,这两个重叠的带边缘的载体薄膜直接彼此连接,其中,朝向纤维材料层的薄膜侧仍然全面地由无纺布层覆盖。载体薄膜的在重叠区域中上下重叠放置的(或摞着的)带边缘在软管纵向方向上彼此粘接或焊接,其中,可以使用所有公知的薄膜焊接方法、例如超声波焊接或热焊接(“加热元件焊接”)来焊接。根据本发明的软管衬可以具有光硬化的树脂或者也具有其他可硬化的材料、例如由于冷硬化而硬化的材料或由于热而硬化的材料,所述由于热而硬化的材料由于施加给软管衬的热水或蒸汽而硬化。

薄膜软管可以由一个唯一的软管带或者由多个软管带(扁平薄膜)构成。当应该制造超过所使用的扁平薄膜的最大宽度的薄膜软管时,则后者的情况是特别有利的。在这个实施方式的一个变型中,这些软管带不仅分别具有一个无纺布胶合的齐平的带边缘而且分别具有一个突出的没有无纺布的载体薄膜边缘。在一个另外的变型中,一个软管带具有两个无纺布胶合的齐平的带边缘,并且另一个软管带具有突出的没有无纺布的载体薄膜边缘。
焊接的薄膜软管的朝向纤维材料层的那侧全面地由无纺布层覆盖,其中,这两个带边缘的所述无纺布层可以边到边地(Stoβan Stoβ)彼此贴靠。替换地,载体薄膜和无纺布层彼此齐平处的带边缘可以稍微伸出超过不具有无纺布的另一个带边缘。

图2a中所示的内薄膜软管2与图1a的内薄膜软管的不同之处在于,内薄膜软管2在此由两个软管带51,52构成,所述两个软管带分别具有一个可焊接的载体薄膜6和一个无纺布层7,所述无纺布层胶合到载体薄膜6的朝向纤维材料层4的外侧上。如同在图2b中所示的那样,在左边的软管带52的两个带边缘5b处,载体薄膜6和被胶合上的无纺布层7彼此齐平,而在右边的软管带51的情况中,两个带边缘5a仅仅由载体薄膜6构成,所述载体薄膜分别突出超过无纺布层7。两个软管带51,52的两个带边缘5a,5b在软管周向方向上彼此重叠,其中,软管带51的突出的载体薄膜6在重叠区域8中分别布置在径向内部。在重叠区域8中,带边缘5a的突出的载体薄膜6和带边缘5b的载体薄膜6直接上下重叠地放置并且在软管纵向方向上彼此粘接或者焊接。所述纵向粘接或焊接在图2a中以9a,9b示出。这样焊接的内薄膜软管2的朝向纤维材料层4的外侧由此全面地由无纺布层7覆盖。
图3a中所示的内薄膜软管2与图2a的内薄膜软管的不同之处在于,在此如同在图3a中所示的那样,两个软管带51,52的载体薄膜6分别在一个所述带边缘5a上突出超过无纺布层7并且在另一个所述带边缘5b处与无纺布层7齐平。两个软管带51,52的带边缘5a,5b在软管周向方向上彼此重叠,其中,软管带51,52的突出的载体薄膜6在重叠区域8中分别布置在径向内部。在重叠区域8中,带边缘5a的突出的载体薄膜6和带边缘5b的载体薄膜6直接上下重叠地放置并且在软管纵向方向上彼此粘接或者焊接。该纵向粘接或焊接在图3a中以9a,9b示出。这样焊接的内薄膜软管2的朝向纤维材料层4的外侧由此全面地由无纺布层7覆盖。
图4a中所示的软管衬1与图1a的软管衬的不同之处在于,外薄膜软管3在此由一个软管带5构成,该软管带具有一个载体薄膜6和一个无纺布层7,所述无纺布层胶合到载体薄膜6的朝向纤维材料层4的内侧上。软管带5的带边缘5a,5b在软管周向方向上彼此重叠并且在所述带边缘的重叠区域8中彼此粘接或者焊接。在重叠区域8中位于径向内部的带边缘5b处,载体薄膜6和被胶合上的无纺布层7彼此齐平。在重叠区域8中,位于径向外部的带边缘5a不配备有无纺布层,也就是说,在重叠区域8中仅仅由载体薄膜6构成,所述载体薄膜在重叠区域8上突出超过无纺布层7。在重叠区域8中,带边缘5a的突出的载体薄膜6和带边缘5b的载体薄膜6直接上下重叠地放置并且在软管纵向方向上彼此粘接或者焊接。所述纵向粘接或焊接在图4a中以9示出。这样焊接的外薄膜软管3的朝向纤维材料层4的内侧由此全面地由无纺布层7覆盖。替代如同所示的那样由仅仅一个唯一的扁平薄膜构成,外薄膜软管3也可以类似于图2和3地由多个扁平薄膜构成。
如同在图5中所示的那样,也可能的是,带边缘5b(在所述带边缘处,载体薄膜6和胶合上的无纺布层7彼此齐平)在软管周向方向上突出超过另一个带边缘5a的向后错位的无纺布层7。
视重叠区域8的宽度而定,图1至5中所示的软管衬1的不具有无纺布的带边缘5a的宽度为大约0.3cm至10cm。载体薄膜6可由一个或多个相同或不同材料的层构成。在载体薄膜6呈由多个不同材料的层构成的复合薄膜的形式的情况中有利的是,至少上下重叠的薄膜表面由相同的材料构成,因为由相同的材料构成的薄膜表面则可以较容易地焊接或粘接。
在软管衬的未示出的实施方式中,不仅内薄膜软管2而且外薄膜软管3分别由至少一个软管带5构成,所述至少一个软管带具有载体薄膜6和无纺布层7并且类似于图1至5地构造。
替代光硬化的树脂,纤维材料层4也可以具有其他可硬化的材料、例如由于冷硬化而硬化的材料或由于热而硬化的材料,所述由于热而硬化的材料通过热水或蒸汽硬化,将所述热水或蒸汽施加给软管衬。

Claims (10)

1.一种用于给管道加衬的软管衬(1),其具有内薄膜软管(2)、外薄膜软管(3)和布置在所述内薄膜软管和所述外薄膜软管之间的纤维材料层(4),所述纤维材料层用可硬化的材料浸渍,其中,这两个薄膜软管(2,3)中的至少一个由至少一个软管带(5;51,52)构成,所述至少一个软管带具有一载体薄膜(6)和一无纺布层(7),所述无纺布层被施加到所述载体薄膜(6)的朝向所述纤维材料层(4)的薄膜侧上,并且所述至少一个软管带的在软管周向方向上彼此重叠的带边缘(5a,5b)彼此连接,
其特征在于,
在重叠区域(8)中背离所述纤维材料层(4)的带边缘(5a)仅仅由所述载体薄膜(6)构成,所述载体薄膜在所述重叠区域(8)上突出超过所述无纺布层(7),并且所述载体薄膜直接与在所述重叠区域(8)中朝向所述纤维材料层(4)的带边缘(5b)的载体薄膜(6)粘接或者焊接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的软管衬,其特征在于,不仅所述内薄膜软管(2)而且所述外薄膜软管(3)分别由至少一个软管带(5;51,52)构成,所述至少一个软管带具有一载体薄膜(6)和一无纺布层(7),所述无纺布层被施加到所述载体薄膜(6)的朝向所述纤维材料层(4)的薄膜侧上,并且所述至少一个软管带的在软管周向方向上彼此重叠的带边缘(5a,5b)彼此连接;在所述重叠区域(8)中背离所述纤维材料层(4)的带边缘(5a)分别仅仅由所述载体薄膜(6)构成,所述载体薄膜在所述重叠区域(8)上突出超过所述无纺布层(7),并且所述载体薄膜直接与在所述重叠区域(8)中朝向所述纤维材料层(4)的带边缘(5b)的载体薄膜(6)粘接或者焊接。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的软管衬,其特征在于,在所述重叠区域(8)中朝向所述纤维材料层(4)的带边缘(5b)处,所述载体薄膜(6)和胶合上的所述无纺布层(7)彼此齐平。
4.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的软管衬,其特征在于,所述至少一个薄膜软管(2,3)由至少两个软管带(51,52)构成。
5.根据权利要求4所述的软管衬,其特征在于,所述至少两个软管带(51,52)分别具有一个无纺布胶合的齐平的带边缘(5b)和突出的载体薄膜边缘(5a)。
6.根据权利要求4所述的软管衬,其特征在于,一个软管带(52)具有两个无纺布胶合的齐平的带边缘,并且另一软管带(51)具有突出的载体薄膜边缘(5a)。
7.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的软管衬,其特征在于,所述载体薄膜(6)和所述无纺布层(7)彼此齐平处的带边缘(5b)伸出超过不具有无纺布的另一个带边缘(5a)。
8.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的软管衬,其特征在于,所述载体薄膜(6)由一个唯一的薄膜层构成。
9.根据权利要求1至7中任一项所述的软管衬,其特征在于,所述载体薄膜(6)由多个薄膜层构成。
10.根据权利要求9所述的软管衬,其特征在于,两个外部的所述薄膜层由相同的材料构成。
