本发明涉及合成革的生产领域,特别涉及一种绒面革的加工工艺。
背景技术
合成革具有加工方便、质量统一、品种多样等优点,使用范围广泛。表面处理技术可以将合成革加工出不同的表面风格,满足人们对合成革表面多种风格的要求。然而,随着生产技术的进步,消费者对皮革表面的要求也越来,希望合成革能够有类似天然皮革的性能。
绒面革是一种通过在基布表面涂覆发泡树脂,高温下发泡生成有绒毛感的合成革,生产着会在绒毛的表面涂覆一层蜡感处理剂,使绒毛具有优良的手感,而现有的绒面革的加工工艺存在不合理,容易使得绒面革经过蜡感处理后的效果不持久,影响到使用的效果。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种绒面革的加工工艺,通过该工艺生产的绒面革的处理后的效果持久。
本发明的上述技术目的是通过以下技术方案得以实现的:一种绒面革的表面处理工艺,包括有如下的处理步骤:
步骤1:准备底布,在含浸槽内浸渍挤压后预凝固;
步骤2:预凝固后的底布经水洗、烘干、冷却和收卷;
步骤3:步骤3中的底布涂覆辊涂浆料,高温下发泡;
步骤4:发泡后的底布进行磨皮整理;
步骤5:磨皮后经涂覆蜡感处理剂后预凝固;
步骤6:预凝固后底布经烘箱烘干、收卷。

通过上述技术方案,聚丙烯酰胺是由丙烯酰胺(AM)单体经自由基引发聚合而成的水溶性线性高分子聚合物,具有良好的絮凝性,可以降低液体之间的摩擦阻力,同时能够使得蜡感处理剂稳定,也能降低含浸浆料涂层出现的起层脱皮现象;二氧化硅的加入能够使得涂膜的光泽下降,能够使得聚酯树脂的光泽降低,赋予合成革独特的质感。

本发明进一步设置为:步骤6中烘箱的温度选择120-160℃。
通过上述技术方案,温度在该范围内能够实现烘干的效果的同时在烘干过程中部分溶解能够更好地渗透在涂覆层内实现涂覆的均匀度,则就能够实现均匀度良好。

一种绒面革的表面处理工艺
实施例1
步骤1:准备底布,在中含浸槽内浸渍挤压后预凝固,含浸浆料包括重量份数为150份DMF,80份聚氨酯改性弹性体树脂,5份木质粉,5份碳酸钙,3份色浆;
步骤2:预凝固后的底布经水洗、135℃烘干、冷却和收卷;

步骤6:预凝固后底布经烘箱在130℃的温度下烘干后收卷。
实施例3
步骤1:准备底布,在中含浸槽内浸渍挤压后预凝固,含浸浆料包括重量份数为160份DMF,90份聚氨酯改性弹性体树脂,7份木质粉,7份碳酸钙,4份色浆;
步骤2:预凝固后的底布经水洗、135℃烘干、冷却和收卷;
步骤3:步骤3中的底布涂覆辊涂浆料,145℃下下发泡;
步骤4:发泡后的底布用150目的砂纸磨皮处理,除去的厚度为0.08mm;
步骤5:磨皮后经以20m/min的速度涂覆蜡感处理剂后预凝固,蜡感处理剂包括如下重量份数的组分:35份聚氨酯树脂、35份DMF、12份丁酮、3聚丙烯酰胺、0.5份聚甲基硅氧烷、0.3份芥草酰胺;
步骤6:预凝固后底布经烘箱在140℃的温度下烘干后收卷。
实施例4
步骤1:准备底布,在中含浸槽内浸渍挤压后预凝固,含浸浆料包括重量份数为190份DMF,110份聚氨酯改性弹性体树脂,9份木质粉,9份碳酸钙,4份色浆;
步骤2:预凝固后的底布经水洗、135℃烘干、冷却和收卷;
步骤3:步骤3中的底布涂覆辊涂浆料,150℃下下发泡;
步骤4:发泡后的底布用150目的砂纸磨皮处理,除去的厚度为0.08mm;
步骤5:磨皮后经以20m/min的速度涂覆蜡感处理剂后预凝固,蜡感处理剂包括如下重量分数的组分:37份聚氨酯树脂、37份DMF、14份丁酮、4二氧化硅、0.4份聚二甲基硅氧烷、0.4份油酸酰胺;
步骤6:预凝固后底布经烘箱在150℃的温度下烘干后收卷。
实施例5
步骤1:准备底布,在中含浸槽内浸渍挤压后预凝固,含浸浆料包括重量份数为200份DMF,100份聚氨酯改性弹性体树脂,10份木质粉,10份碳酸钙,3份色浆;
步骤2:预凝固后的底布经水洗、135℃烘干、冷却和收卷;
步骤3:步骤3中的底布涂覆辊涂浆料,155℃下下发泡;
步骤4:发泡后的底布用150目的砂纸磨皮处理,除去的厚度为0.08mm;
步骤5:磨皮后经以20m/min的速度涂覆蜡感处理剂后预凝固,蜡感处理剂包括如下重量份数的组分:40份聚氨酯树脂、40份DMF、15份丁酮、5聚丙烯酰胺、0.3份聚甲基硅氧烷、0.5份芥草酰胺;
步骤6:预凝固后底布经烘箱在160℃的温度下烘干后收卷。
实验检测
参照国家标准GB/T8949-2008,对本发明产品的耐折、撕裂、剥离、耐水解等性能进行测定;
手感测试:通过观察和人手接触。
注:绒毛效果:+越多表示绒毛效果越好
表1实施例1-5的实验检测结果
通过上述表格可以得出,实施例1-5的均具有良好的使用性能,而且随着蜡感处理剂含量的增加,合成革的使用性能在不同程度的发生改变,但是从整体来说,实施例1-5的性能均符合标准所规定的使用性能,而且随着蜡感处理剂含量的增加呈现出整体性能逐渐增加后保持平稳状态,则说明随着蜡感处理剂中的各组分含量的增加,合成革的性能会存在一个先增加然后在逐渐平缓的趋势,而通过表格中优选实施例3作为最佳实施例,因为随着组分含量的增加,在实施例4和5中并没有体现出随着含量的增加而体现出更加优异的效果。
对比例1
对比例1与实施例3的区别在于,步骤5的组分中不含有芥草酰胺,其他均与实施例3保持一致。
对比例2
对比例2与实施例3的区别在于,步骤5的组分中不含有聚丙烯酰胺,其他均与实施例3保持一致。
对比例3
对比例3与实施例3的区别在于,步骤5中的组分同时不含有芥草酰胺和聚丙烯酰胺,其他均与实施例3保持一致。按照实施例1-5的实验检测方法对对比例1-3进行实验检测。

分析上述表格中的数据,对比对比例1与实施例3,在步骤5中不含有芥草酰胺,而其他调节保持不变的条件下,合成革的剥离性能、撕裂性能、耐水解性能均发生了改变,则说明芥草酰胺不仅能够增加合成革的爽滑性,而且能够对合成革的剥离性能、撕裂性能、耐水解性能也产生影响;对比隧比例2与实施例3,在步骤5中不含有聚丙烯酰胺,而其他条件不变的情况下,合成革的的剥离性能、撕裂性能、耐水解性能均发生了改变,则说明聚丙烯酰胺会对合成革的剥离性能、撕裂性能、耐水解性能均发生影响;然后对比对比例3与实施例3,在步骤5中同时不含有芥草酰胺和聚丙烯酰胺,其他条件均保持一致,而对比实施例3与对比例3的实验结果发现,存在有较大的差异,而且当同时添加有芥草酰胺和聚丙烯酰胺时的实验效果要大于任意一个单组份存在时的效果,而且也要大于两者效果的加和,则申请人可以合理的推导出芥草酰胺和聚丙烯酰胺之间存在复合的作用效果,芥草酰胺和聚丙烯酰胺之间能够发生分子间缔合,缔合后的分子间作用力增强,能更加牢固的吸附在合成革的表面,使得表面手感、耐剥离、耐折、撕裂性能均得到增加。

Claims (5)

1.一种绒面革的表面处理工艺,其特征是:包括有如下的处理步骤:
步骤1:准备底布,在含浸槽内浸渍挤压后预凝固;
步骤2:预凝固后的底布经水洗、135℃烘干、冷却后收卷;
步骤3:步骤3中的底布涂覆辊涂浆料,高温下发泡;
步骤4:发泡后的底布进行磨皮整理;
步骤5:磨皮后经涂覆蜡感处理剂后预凝固;
步骤6:预凝固后底布经烘箱烘干、收卷;步骤1中含浸浆料包括有如下重量份数的组分150~200份DMF,80~120份聚氨酯改性弹性体树脂,5~10份的木质粉,5~10份的碳酸钙,3~5份的色浆;步骤5中蜡感处理剂包括如下重量份数的组分:30~40份聚氨酯树脂、30~40份DMF、5~15份丁酮、1~5份消光粉、0.3~0.5份硅氧烷;所述消光粉选择聚丙烯酰胺;所述硅氧烷选择聚甲基硅氧烷或聚二甲基硅氧烷;所述蜡感处理剂中还包括有0.1~0.5份芥草酰胺。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种绒面革的表面处理工艺,其特征是:步骤3中的发泡温度为135~155℃。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种绒面革的表面处理工艺,其特征是:步骤4中磨皮整理选择150目的砂纸进行。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种绒面革的表面处理工艺,其特征是:砂纸磨皮处理厚度消失0.05~1mm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种绒面革的表面处理工艺,其特征是:步骤6中烘箱的温度选择120-160℃。
