Abstract

本发明公开了一种抗磨液压油,按重量百分数计,所述抗磨液压油主要由以下物质组分制成:基础油97.9‑98.5%、液压油添加剂0.6‑0.8%、降凝剂0.1‑0.3%、ZDTP抗磨添加剂0.8‑1%。本发明抗磨液压油,其配方合理,清洁度提高,从初始的‑/20/18降低至‑/16/13(GB 14039,ISO4406),达到NAS 7级的标准。且抗磨性能和极压性能也有所提高。

技术领域
本发明涉及石油化工领域,特别涉及一种高清洁抗磨液压油。
背景技术
现有抗磨液压油基本按照国家标准GB11118.1中对抗磨液压油的质量要求生产,在此标准中并未对清洁度提出明确要求,也未对抗磨性能中的磨斑直径和极压性能中的最大无卡咬负荷、烧结负荷和综合磨损值提出要求,因此按此标准生产出来的液压油性能质量差异很大。清洁度对于液压设备来说非常重要,颗粒物过多会导致液压设备中的滤网堵塞,造成流动不畅,传递效率下降,设备功率下降。抗磨性能和极压性能对于高压的液压设备来说也非常关键,因为设备零部件在高压情况下间隙会更小,会承受更大的摩擦磨损的风险。因此对于一款高档的抗磨液压油来说,高清洁和高抗磨性能能带来性能更加优异的产品。

发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种抗磨液压油,从而克服液压油清洁度不高、抗磨性差和极压性能不高的缺点。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种抗磨液压油,按重量百分数计,所述抗磨液压油主要由以下物质组分制成:基础油97.9-98.5%、液压油添加剂0.6-0.8%、降凝剂0.1-0.3%、ZDTP抗磨添加剂0.8-1%。
优选地,上述技术方案中,所述的抗磨液压油,按重量百分数计,所述抗磨液压油主要由以下物质组分制成:基础油98.25%、液压油添加剂0.75%、降凝剂0.2%、ZDTP抗磨添加剂0.8%。
优选地,上述技术方案中,所述基础油为APIⅡ类加氢精制环烷基基础油150N和500N的混合物。
优选地,上述技术方案中,所述APIⅡ类加氢精制环烷基基础油150N和APIⅡ类加氢精制环烷基基础油500N混合的体积比例为54:44。
优选地,上述技术方案中,所述液压油添加剂主要包括:C15-C50的深度精制矿物油、烷基二硫代磷酸酯锌、受阻的烷基苯酚、水杨酸钙硫化物、芳烷基聚醚、硫化支链烷基苯酚钙、二烷基环烷基磺酸锌和支链烷基酚钙。
优选地,上述技术方案中,所述C15-C50的深度精制矿物油、烷基二硫代磷酸酯锌、受阻的烷基苯酚、水杨酸钙硫化物、芳烷基聚醚、硫化支链烷基苯酚钙、二烷基环烷基磺酸锌和支链烷基酚钙的质量比为20:40:3:2:2:1:0.4。
优选地,上述技术方案中,所述降凝剂为聚甲基丙烯酸酯溶液。
优选地,上述技术方案中,所述ZDTP抗磨添加剂为二烷基二硫代磷酸锌。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:本发明抗磨液压油,其配方合理,清洁度提高,从初始的-/20/18降低至-/16/13(GB 14039,ISO4406),达到NAS 7级的标准。且抗磨性能和极压性能也有所提高。

实施例1
一种抗磨液压油,按重量百分数计,所述抗磨液压油主要由以下物质组分制成:基础油98.25%、液压油添加剂0.75%、降凝剂0.2%、ZDTP抗磨添加剂0.8%。
所述基础油为APIⅡ类加氢精制环烷基基础油150N和500N的混合物,APIⅡ类加氢精制环烷基基础油150N和APIⅡ类加氢精制环烷基基础油500N混合的体积比例为54:44。
所述液压油添加剂主要包括:C15-C50的深度精制矿物油、烷基二硫代磷酸酯锌、受阻的烷基苯酚、水杨酸钙硫化物、芳烷基聚醚、硫化支链烷基苯酚钙、二烷基环烷基磺酸锌和支链烷基酚钙,上述物质的质量比为20:40:3:2:2:1:0.4。
所述降凝剂为聚甲基丙烯酸酯溶液。
所述ZDTP抗磨添加剂为二烷基二硫代磷酸锌。
通过设计增加过滤装置的生产工艺达到出厂液压油清洁度控制从初始的-/20/18降低至-/16/13(GB 14039,ISO4406),达到NAS 7级的标准。

所述液压油添加剂主要包括:C15-C50的深度精制矿物油、烷基二硫代磷酸酯锌、受阻的烷基苯酚、水杨酸钙硫化物、芳烷基聚醚、硫化支链烷基苯酚钙、二烷基环烷基磺酸锌和支链烷基酚钙,上述物质的质量比为20:40:3:2:2:1:0.4。
所述降凝剂为聚甲基丙烯酸酯溶液。

所述液压油添加剂主要包括:C15-C50的深度精制矿物油、烷基二硫代磷酸酯锌、受阻的烷基苯酚、水杨酸钙硫化物、芳烷基聚醚、硫化支链烷基苯酚钙、二烷基环烷基磺酸锌和支链烷基酚钙,上述物质的质量比为20:40:3:2:2:1:0.4。
所述降凝剂为聚甲基丙烯酸酯溶液。
将实施例1和对比例1制得的抗磨液压油的性能进行对比,如表1所示。本发明的抗磨液压油,其抗磨性能和极压性能提高。

2.根据权利要求1所述的抗磨液压油,其特征在于,按重量百分数计,所述抗磨液压油主要由以下物质组分制成:基础油98.25%、液压油添加剂0.75%、降凝剂0.2%、ZDTP抗磨添加剂0.8%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的抗磨液压油,其特征在于,所述基础油为APIⅡ类加氢精制环烷基基础油150N和500N的混合物。
4.根据权利要求3所述的抗磨液压油,其特征在于,所述APIⅡ类加氢精制环烷基基础油150N和APIⅡ类加氢精制环烷基基础油500N混合的体积比例为54:44。
5.根据权利要求1所述的抗磨液压油,其特征在于,所述液压油添加剂主要包括:C15-C50的深度精制矿物油、烷基二硫代磷酸酯锌、受阻的烷基苯酚、水杨酸钙硫化物、芳烷基聚醚、硫化支链烷基苯酚钙、二烷基环烷基磺酸锌和支链烷基酚钙。
6.根据权利要求5所述的抗磨液压油,其特征在于,所述C15-C50的深度精制矿物油、烷基二硫代磷酸酯锌、受阻的烷基苯酚、水杨酸钙硫化物、芳烷基聚醚、硫化支链烷基苯酚钙、二烷基环烷基磺酸锌和支链烷基酚钙的质量比为20:40:3:2:2:1:0.4。
7.根据权利要求1所述的抗磨液压油,其特征在于,所述降凝剂为聚甲基丙烯酸酯溶液。
8.根据权利要求1所述的抗磨液压油,其特征在于,所述ZDTP抗磨添加剂为二烷基二硫代磷酸锌。
