Abstract

本发明涉及一种烧成镁钙砖及其制备方法。其技术方案是:以60~65wt%的电熔白云石砂颗粒为骨料,以10~15wt%的电熔白云石砂细粉、10~15wt%的电熔镁砂细粉、5~8wt%的Cr7C3微粉、3~6wt%的轻烧白云石熟料细粉和1~4wt%的氧化亚钴微粉为基质料;先将所述基质料混匀,再将混匀后的基质料加入所述骨料中,混合均匀;然后外加占所述基质料与所述骨料之和5~6wt%的液体石蜡,混合均匀,机压成型;最后置于马弗炉中,以3~5℃/min的升温速率升温至1600~1650℃,保温3~5小时,随炉冷却,制得烧成镁钙砖。本发明具有工艺简单和成本低廉的特点;所制备的烧成镁钙砖的烧结性能好和抗水化性能优良。

Description

一种烧成镁钙砖及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于镁钙砖技术领域。具体涉及一种烧成镁钙砖及其制备方法。
背景技术
镁钙砖是指以MgO和CaO为主要化学成分、以方镁石和方钙石为主要物相的耐火材料制品。由于镁钙砖中的MgO和CaO均为高熔点碱性氧化物,因此,镁钙砖耐火材料的耐火度高、抗碱性熔渣侵蚀性能强,但镁钙砖难烧结,尤其抗水化性能较差(张芸.添加剂对烧成镁钙砖烧结性能的影响.冶金能源,2002,21(6):pp37~38)。
为了改善镁钙砖的烧结并提高抗水化性能,可选用高纯镁钙砂等为原料,通过树脂或石蜡的包覆结合作用,降低杂质物相的含量,如“一种高钙镁钙砖及其制备方法”(CN201110194326.9)、“一种高致密度超高纯镁钙砖及制备方法”(CN201210583451.3)和“一种不烧镁钙砖及其制备方法”(CN201010262090.3),但高纯镁钙砂等原料成本较高,且选用树脂或石蜡等包覆剂制备镁钙砖的工艺过程较为复杂。
通过表面包覆(蒯超,等.浸蜡工艺对高钙镁钙质耐火材料抗水化性的影响.耐火材料,2013,47(3):200~203),隔绝外界环境的水分与镁钙砖接触,但表面包覆的稳定性较差。
通过液相的形成促进烧结致密化(杨为振,等.“Al2O3加入量对烧成镁钙砖性能的影响”.鞍山科技大学学报,2003,26(6):pp425~428),但液相的形成大大降低了镁钙砖的高温使用性能。
发明内容
本发明旨在克服现有技术缺陷,目的是提供一种工艺简单和成本低廉的烧成镁钙砖的制备方法,用该方法制备的烧成镁钙砖的烧结性能好和抗水化性能优良。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:以60~65wt%的电熔白云石砂颗粒为骨料,以10~15wt%的电熔白云石砂细粉、10~15wt%的电熔镁砂细粉、5~8wt%的Cr7C3微粉、3~6wt%的轻烧白云石熟料细粉和1~4wt%的氧化亚钴微粉为基质料;先将所述基质料混匀,再将混匀后的基质料加入所述骨料中,混合均匀;然后外加占所述基质料与所述骨料之和5~6wt%的液体石蜡,混合均匀,机压成型;最后置于马弗炉中,以3~5℃/min的升温速率升温至1600~1650℃,保温3~5小时,随炉冷却,制得烧成镁钙砖。
所述电熔白云石砂颗粒的主要化学成分是:MgO含量为45~50wt%,CaO含量为40~45wt%,SiO2含量≤0.2wt%;电熔白云石砂颗粒的粒度为0.1~8mm。
所述电熔白云石砂细粉的主要化学成分是:MgO含量为45~50wt%,CaO含量为40~45wt%,SiO2含量≤0.2wt%;电熔白云石砂细粉的粒度为0.064~0.088mm。
所述电熔镁砂细粉的主要化学成分是:MgO含量≥98wt%,SiO2含量≤0.2wt%;电熔镁砂细粉的粒度为0.064~0.088mm。
所述Cr7C3微粉的Cr7C3含量≥99wt%;Cr7C3微粉的粒度为0.064~0.088mm。
所述轻烧白云石熟料细粉的主要化学成分是:MgO含量为60~65wt%,CaO含量为25~30wt%,SiO2含量≤0.2wt%;轻烧白云石熟料细粉的粒度为0.064~0.088mm。
所述氧化亚钴微粉的CoO含量≥99wt%;氧化亚钴微粉的粒度为0.064~0.088mm。
所述液体石蜡为化学纯。
所述机压成型的压力为180~200MPa。
由于采取上述技术方案,本发明与现有技术相比具有如下积极效果:
1、本发明工艺简单,无需特殊的制备设备和处理技术,节省劳动力资源,制备成本低。
2、本发明通过烧成过程中的连续固溶反应提升Mg2+与Ca2+的扩散速度,进而改善烧成镁钙砖的烧结性能,增强烧成镁钙砖的致密度,降低烧成镁钙砖的孔隙率,提高烧成镁钙砖的抗水化性能。
本发明所制备的烧成镁钙砖经检测:体积密度为3.11~3.16g/cm3;显气孔率为4~7%;水化增重率为1.0~1.5%。
因此,本发明具有工艺简单和成本低廉的特点;所制备的烧成镁钙砖的烧结性能好和抗水化性能优良。

下面结合具体实施方式对本发明作进一步的描述,并非对其保护范围的限制。
为避免重复,先将本具体实施方式所涉及的骨料、基质料和机压成型统一描述如下,实施例中不再赘述:
所述电熔白云石砂颗粒的主要化学成分是:MgO含量为45~50wt%,CaO含量为40~45wt%,SiO2含量≤0.2wt%;电熔白云石砂颗粒的粒度为0.1~8mm;
所述电熔白云石砂细粉的主要化学成分是:MgO含量为45~50wt%,CaO含量为40~45wt%,SiO2含量≤0.2wt%;电熔白云石砂细粉的粒度为0.064~0.088mm;
所述电熔镁砂细粉的主要化学成分是:MgO含量≥98wt%,SiO2含量≤0.2wt%;电熔镁砂细粉的粒度为0.064~0.088mm;
所述Cr7C3微粉的Cr7C3含量≥99wt%;Cr7C3微粉的粒度为0.064~0.088mm。
所述轻烧白云石熟料细粉的主要化学成分是:MgO含量为60~65wt%,CaO含量为25~30wt%,SiO2含量≤0.2wt%;轻烧白云石熟料细粉的粒度为0.064~0.088mm;
所述氧化亚钴微粉的CoO含量≥99wt%;氧化亚钴微粉的粒度为0.064~0.088mm;
所述液体石蜡为化学纯;
所述机压成型的压力为180~200MPa。
实施例1
一种烧成镁钙砖及其制备方法。以60~62wt%的电熔白云石砂颗粒为骨料,以10~12wt%的电熔白云石砂细粉、10~12wt%的电熔镁砂细粉、6~8wt%的Cr7C3微粉、4~6wt%的轻烧白云石熟料细粉和2~4wt%的氧化亚钴微粉为基质料;先将所述基质料混匀,再将混匀后的基质料加入所述骨料中,混合均匀;然后外加占所述基质料与所述骨料之和5~6wt%的液体石蜡,混合均匀,机压成型;最后置于马弗炉中,以3~5℃/min的升温速率升温至1600~1650℃,保温3~5小时,随炉冷却,制得烧成镁钙砖。
本实施例所制备的烧成镁钙砖经检测:体积密度为3.11~3.13g/cm3;显气孔率为4~6%;水化增重率为1.0~1.2%。
实施例2
一种烧成镁钙砖及其制备方法。以61~63wt%的电熔白云石砂颗粒为骨料,以11~13wt%的电熔白云石砂细粉、11~13wt%的电熔镁砂细粉、6~8wt%的Cr7C3微粉、4~6wt%的轻烧白云石熟料细粉和2~4wt%的氧化亚钴微粉为基质料;先将所述基质料混匀,再将混匀后的基质料加入所述骨料中,混合均匀;然后外加占所述基质料与所述骨料之和5~6wt%的液体石蜡,混合均匀,机压成型;最后置于马弗炉中,以3~5℃/min的升温速率升温至1600~1650℃,保温3~5小时,随炉冷却,制得烧成镁钙砖。
本实施例所制备的烧成镁钙砖经检测:体积密度为3.12~3.14g/cm3;显气孔率为4~6%;水化增重率为1.1~1.3%。
实施例3
一种烧成镁钙砖及其制备方法。以62~64wt%的电熔白云石砂颗粒为骨料,以12~14wt%的电熔白云石砂细粉、12~14wt%的电熔镁砂细粉、5~7wt%的Cr7C3微粉、3~5wt%的轻烧白云石熟料细粉和1~3wt%的氧化亚钴微粉为基质料;先将所述基质料混匀,再将混匀后的基质料加入所述骨料中,混合均匀;然后外加占所述基质料与所述骨料之和5~6wt%的液体石蜡,混合均匀,机压成型;最后置于马弗炉中,以3~5℃/min的升温速率升温至1600~1650℃,保温3~5小时,随炉冷却,制得烧成镁钙砖。
本实施例所制备的烧成镁钙砖经检测:体积密度为3.13~3.15g/cm3;显气孔率为5~7%;水化增重率为1.2~1.4%。
实施例4
一种烧成镁钙砖及其制备方法。以63~65wt%的电熔白云石砂颗粒为骨料,以13~15wt%的电熔白云石砂细粉、13~15wt%的电熔镁砂细粉、5~7wt%的Cr7C3微粉、3~5wt%的轻烧白云石熟料细粉和1~3wt%的氧化亚钴微粉为基质料;先将所述基质料混匀,再将混匀后的基质料加入所述骨料中,混合均匀;然后外加占所述基质料与所述骨料之和5~6wt%的液体石蜡,混合均匀,机压成型;最后置于马弗炉中,以3~5℃/min的升温速率升温至1600~1650℃,保温3~5小时,随炉冷却,制得烧成镁钙砖。
本实施例所制备的烧成镁钙砖经检测:体积密度为3.14~3.16g/cm3;显气孔率为5~7%;水化增重率为1.3~1.5%。
本具体实施方式与现有技术相比具有如下积极效果:
1、本具体实施方式工艺简单,无需特殊的制备设备和处理技术,节省劳动力资源,制备成本低。
2、本具体实施方式通过烧成过程中的连续固溶反应提升Mg2+与Ca2+的扩散速度,进而改善烧成镁钙砖的烧结性能,增强烧成镁钙砖的致密度,降低烧成镁钙砖的孔隙率,提高烧成镁钙砖的抗水化性能。
本具体实施方式所制备的烧成镁钙砖经检测:体积密度为3.11~3.16g/cm3;显气孔率为4~7%;水化增重率为1.0~1.5%。
因此,本具体实施方式具有工艺简单和成本低廉的特点;所制备的烧成镁钙砖的烧结性能好和抗水化性能优良。

Claims (9)

1.一种烧成镁钙砖的制备方法,其特征在于以60~65wt%的电熔白云石砂颗粒为骨料,以10~15wt%的电熔白云石砂细粉、10~15wt%的电熔镁砂细粉、5~8wt%的Cr7C3微粉、3~6wt%的轻烧白云石熟料细粉和1~4wt%的氧化亚钴微粉为基质料;先将所述基质料混匀,再将混匀后的基质料加入所述骨料中,混合均匀;然后外加占所述基质料与所述骨料之和5~6wt%的液体石蜡,混合均匀,机压成型;最后置于马弗炉中,以3~5℃/min的升温速率升温至1600~1650℃,保温3~5小时,随炉冷却,制得烧成镁钙砖;
所述氧化亚钴微粉的CoO含量≥99wt%;氧化亚钴微粉的粒度为0.064~0.088mm。
2.根据权利要求1所述的烧成镁钙砖的制备方法,其特征在于所述电熔白云石砂颗粒的主要化学成分是:MgO含量为45~50wt%,CaO含量为40~45wt%,SiO2含量≤0.2wt%;电熔白云石砂颗粒的粒度为0.1~8mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的烧成镁钙砖的制备方法,其特征在于所述电熔白云石砂细粉的主要化学成分是:MgO含量为45~50wt%,CaO含量为40~45wt%,SiO2含量≤0.2wt%;电熔白云石砂细粉的粒度为0.064~0.088mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的烧成镁钙砖的制备方法,其特征在于所述电熔镁砂细粉的主要化学成分是:MgO含量≥98wt%,SiO2含量≤0.2wt%;电熔镁砂细粉的粒度为0.064~0.088mm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的烧成镁钙砖的制备方法,其特征在于所述Cr7C3微粉的Cr7C3含量≥99wt%;Cr7C3微粉的粒度为0.064~0.088mm。
6.根据权利要求1所述的烧成镁钙砖的制备方法,其特征在于所述轻烧白云石熟料细粉的主要化学成分是:MgO含量为60~65wt%,CaO含量为25~30wt%,SiO2含量≤0.2wt%;轻烧白云石熟料细粉的粒度为0.064~0.088mm。
7.根据权利要求1所述的烧成镁钙砖的制备方法,其特征在于所述液体石蜡为化学纯。
8.根据权利要求1所述的烧成镁钙砖的制备方法,其特征在于所述机压成型的压力为180~200MPa。
