陶瓷材料具有诸多优点,如美观大方、耐酸碱、耐高温等,在日用品、建材、机械加工等众多领域具有广泛用途。氧化铝和氧化锆是陶瓷材料中常见的两种组份,氧化铝具有比重低、耐高温等优异性能,在陶瓷材料领域具有广泛应用,但其抗折强度和断裂韧性较低;氧化锆具有良好的抗折强度,被誉为“陶瓷钢”,但其比重较大,通常会增加成品的重量。氧化锆和氧化铝两者的有机结合,制备复合陶瓷材料技术受到了越来越多的重视。氧化镍通常用作陶瓷材料的颜料。

S3、将碳酸钡12份、氧化锌15份、烧结助剂7份、起泡剂6份、外加胶凝剂7份加水搅拌,加温至35℃,搅拌均匀;得到改性溶液;
S4、将步骤S2所得的反应溶液和步骤S3得到改性溶液混合均匀,加入步骤S1的粉料,经搅拌、过滤、干燥、热处理之后得到建筑复合陶瓷材料。
本发明采用花岗岩粉料、石英、方解石、氧化锌、陶瓷粘土、瓷砂、碳酸钡、腐植酸钠、硝酸铝、硝酸镍、烧结助剂、聚乙二醇有效配比,得到建筑陶瓷材料,使用温度高达 900℃,完全防火,且强度高使用寿命长,可替代现有墙体材料和易燃的保温材料,大大提高了房屋建筑的安全性增强陶瓷强度高、致密性好、韧性明显提高,且耐高温和耐磨优异,可广泛用于各种对材料强度要求高的领域采用矿物及化工原料,生产成本较低、易于规模生产,可制作多种造型及纹理,节约矿产资源;价格低廉、生产工艺简单,适合规模化生产。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以作出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (5)

1.一种高性能建筑复合陶瓷材料,其特征在于,包括由以下重量份的原料制备而成:花岗岩粉料20-35份、石英20-30份、方解石15-30份、氧化锌10-20份、陶瓷粘土8-15份、瓷砂20-35份、碳酸钡10-12份、腐植酸钠11-22份、硝酸铝7-15份、硝酸镍8-18份、烧结助剂5-10份、聚乙二醇5-10份、起泡剂4-8份、外加胶凝剂5-9份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高性能建筑复合陶瓷材料,其特征在于,包括由以下重量份的原料制备而成:花岗岩粉料21-34份、石英21-28份、方解石16-27份、氧化锌11-19份、陶瓷粘土9-14份、瓷砂22-33份、碳酸钡11-12份、腐植酸钠15-20份、硝酸铝8-14份、硝酸镍9-17份、烧结助剂6-8份、聚乙二醇6-9份、起泡剂5-7份、外加胶凝剂6-8份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种高性能建筑复合陶瓷材料,其特征在于,所述烧结助剂为三氧化二铝和氧化镁中的一种或两种混合物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种高性能建筑复合陶瓷材料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
S1、将花岗岩粉料21-34份、石英21-28份、方解石16-27份、陶瓷粘土8-15份、瓷砂20-35份加入球磨机进行球磨后,过150-200目筛,得到粉料;
S2、将硝酸铝8-14份、硝酸镍9-17份混合之后加入高浓度硝酸,搅拌反应得到反应溶液;
S3、将碳酸钡11-12份、氧化锌11-19份、烧结助剂6-8份、起泡剂5-7份、外加胶凝剂6-8份加水搅拌,加温至30-40℃,搅拌均匀;得到改性溶液;
S4、将步骤S2所得的反应溶液和步骤S3得到改性溶液混合均匀,加入步骤S1的粉料,经搅拌、过滤、干燥、热处理之后得到建筑复合陶瓷材料。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种高性能建筑复合陶瓷材料,其特征在于,包括由以下重量份的原料制备而成:花岗岩粉料28份、石英25份、方解石19份、氧化锌17份、陶瓷粘土11份、瓷砂27份、碳酸钡11份、腐植酸钠18份、硝酸铝11份、硝酸镍15份、烧结助剂7份、聚乙二醇8份、起泡剂6份、外加胶凝剂7份。
