Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a motorcycle body structure, and more particularly to a motorcycle body structure capable of increasing the storage space of a storage box and reducing the cost of a body cover unit, thereby improving the use efficiency of a motorcycle.
Background
As shown in fig. 1, a pair of left and right side frame parts 111 is provided extending rearward of a vehicle body in a frame unit 11 of the motorcycle 1, a storage box 12 is provided between the side frame parts 111, and a seat cushion 13 capable of closing the storage box 12 is provided above the storage box 12; the outer periphery of the frame unit 11 covers a body cover unit 14.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the storage box 12 is disposed inside the side frame portion 111 of the frame unit 11, and the side body cover 141 of the body cover unit 14 covers the outside of the side frame portion 111; more specifically, the side body cover 141, the side frame part 111, and the storage box 12 are arranged in order from the outer side of the vehicle body side to the inner side, and a certain distance is kept between the side frame part 111 and the side body cover 141 to facilitate the installation of the side body cover 141. Disclosure of Invention
The invention mainly aims to provide a motorcycle body structure, so that the defect that the storage space of a storage box is reduced due to the common motorcycle body structure can be overcome.
The invention aims to achieve the purpose, and adopts the main technical means that: the motorcycle body structure at least comprises a frame unit, a seat cushion arranged on the frame unit, a power unit hung on the frame unit and a body cover unit arranged on the periphery of the frame unit; the frame unit is at least provided with a left side frame part and a right side frame part, the side frame parts are provided with ascending sections and extending sections, a storage box is arranged between the side frame parts, the seat cushion cover is arranged above the storage box, the body cover unit is provided with a front body cover arranged on the front section of the frame unit and a body side cover arranged on the frame unit, the side frame parts move out towards the left and right width directions of the body to form a part of the body side cover, and therefore a larger accommodating width can be formed between the left side frame part and the right side frame part, and the storage space of the storage box can be effectively increased.
The invention can achieve the effects by the technical means as follows: the side frame parts move out towards the left and right width directions of the vehicle body to form a part of the side cover of the vehicle body, so that a larger accommodating width can be formed between the left and right side frame parts, the width of the storage box arranged between the left and right side frame parts along the left and right width directions can be properly increased, the storage space of the storage box can be effectively increased, meanwhile, the position of the storage box close to the bottom does not need to be provided with an accommodating protruding part for accommodating the side frame parts, and the storage space of the storage box can be further increased.
The invention can achieve another effect by the technical means as follows: the side frame part is moved out towards the left and right width directions of the motorcycle body to form a part of the side cover, so that the ascending section and the front section of the extending section of the side frame part can form a part of the side cover component of the motorcycle body, more specifically, the cover component of the side body of the motorcycle cover is formed by the front body side cover, the lower body side cover and the rear body side cover of the side cover, and the ascending section and the front section of the extending section of the side frame part, so that the ascending section and the extending section of the side frame part can be used as a part of the side cover of the motorcycle body, the number of the side covers can be reduced, and the cost of the side cover of the motorcycle body can be reduced.

Detailed Description
In order to make the structure and the achieved effect of the present invention more easily understood by those skilled in the art, the following description is provided in conjunction with the accompanying drawings:

The present invention has an effect that a large accommodation width can be formed between the pair of left and right side frame portions 35 by moving the side frame portions 35 out of the side frame portions 35 in the left and right width direction of the vehicle body to form a part of the side cover 82, so that the width of the storage box 9 installed between the pair of left and right side frame portions 35 in the left and right width direction can be appropriately increased, and the storage space of the storage box 9 can be effectively increased, and the storage box 9 does not need to be provided with an accommodation protrusion portion for accommodating the side frame portion 35 near the bottom, thereby further increasing the storage space of the storage box 9.
Another advantage of the present invention is that the side frame part 35 is moved out in the left-right width direction of the vehicle body to form a part of the body side cover 82, whereby the front sections of the rising section 351 and the extension section 352 of the side frame part 35 can form a part of the body side cover member of the motorcycle 2, more specifically, the cover member of the cover side body of the motorcycle 2 is formed by the front body side cover 822, the lower body side cover 823 and the rear body side cover 824 of the body side cover 82, and the rising section 351 and the extension section 352 of the side frame part 35 can be used as a part of the body side cover 82, whereby the number of the body side covers 82 can be reduced, and the cost of the body side cover 82 can be reduced.
In summary, the present invention, with the above structure, can improve the known defects and achieve the desired purpose, and indeed has improved efficacy over the conventional ones, and has obvious requirements of novelty, creativity and practicability, so that the invention is applied by law, and the application is helpful for the detailed identification of the examiners and granted as a patent reference.
