本发明公开了一种蔬菜废弃物粉碎装置,上料机构一端设置在壳体机架进料口上,第一切碎滚轴和第二切碎滚轴上设置有两段绞龙叶片,两段绞龙叶片对称设置在第一切碎滚轴和第二切碎滚轴上并且两段绞龙叶片位于第一切碎滚轴和第二切碎滚轴中间的一端相互连接,绞龙叶片上均匀设置有若干刀片,第一切碎滚轴和第二切碎滚轴均由切碎滚轴驱动电机驱动,粉碎滚轴水平设置并且位于第一切碎滚轴和第二切碎滚轴下方,粉碎滚轴转动设置在壳体机架下侧并且由粉碎滚轴驱动电机驱动。本发明解决了藤条状废弃物缠绕滚轴问题,从而达到了将蔬菜废弃物进行良好的粉碎效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种粉碎装置,特别是一种蔬菜废弃物粉碎装置。
背景技术
自实施“菜篮子”工程以来,我国蔬菜产业快速发展,我国蔬菜产量不断增加,居民对蔬菜品质要求不断提高的同时,我国蔬菜废弃物的产生量也急剧增加。蔬菜废弃物中养分含量丰富,传统田间堆积和焚烧处理已经产生大量的环境问题,因此蔬菜废弃物的无害化处理和资源化利用对蔬菜产业的健康发展和环境保护意义重大。蔬菜废弃物处理初步需要将蔬菜废弃物先进行粉碎,然后清洗将泥沙等去除分离,最后挤压烘干处理备用。蔬菜废弃物在进行粉碎的时候发现,普通的粉碎机在进行粉碎的时候,由于部分蔬菜废弃物为藤条状废弃物,因此会造成缠绕在粉碎机的滚轴上,引起粉碎机故障。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种蔬菜废弃物粉碎装置,它解决了藤条状废弃物缠绕滚轴的问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种蔬菜废弃物粉碎装置,其特征在于:包含上料机构、壳体机架、第一切碎滚轴、第二切碎滚轴、切碎滚轴驱动电机、粉碎滚轴和粉碎滚轴驱动电机,壳体机架竖直设置并且壳体机架上端设置有进料口,壳体机架下端设置有出料口,上料机构一端设置在壳体机架进料口上,第一切碎滚轴和第二切碎滚轴均水平设置并且相互平行,第一切碎滚轴和第二切碎滚轴上设置有两段绞龙叶片,两段绞龙叶片对称设置在第一切碎滚轴和第二切碎滚轴上并且两段绞龙叶片位于第一切碎滚轴和第二切碎滚轴中间的一端相互连接,绞龙叶片上均匀设置有若干刀片,第一切碎滚轴和第二切碎滚轴设置在同一水平面上并且转动设置在壳体机架上侧,第一切碎滚轴和第二切碎滚轴均由切碎滚轴驱动电机驱动,粉碎滚轴水平设置并且位于第一切碎滚轴和第二切碎滚轴下方,粉碎滚轴转动设置在壳体机架下侧并且由粉碎滚轴驱动电机驱动。
进一步地,所述刀片的一侧设置有锯齿,若干刀片锯齿在刀片两侧交替设置。
进一步地,所述第一切碎滚轴和第二切碎滚轴一端设置有皮带轮,皮带设置在皮带轮和切碎滚轴驱动电机输出轴上,第一切碎滚轴和第二切碎滚轴的皮带轮直径不等。
进一步地,所述壳体机架上端设置有拨料机构。
进一步地,所述拨料机构包含竖直支架、摆臂、弹簧、下端转轴、上端转轴、摆臂转轴、拨料滚轴、减速器和拨料驱动电机,竖直支架竖直设置并且固定在壳体机架上端,摆臂上端通过摆臂转轴转动设置在竖直支架上端,下端转轴转动设置在竖直支架下端,上端转轴转动设置在竖直支架上端,拨料滚轴转动设置在摆臂下端,两根弹簧分别设置在摆臂两侧并且弹簧一端固定在摆臂下端,弹簧另一端固定在壳体机架上端的弹簧支架上,下端转轴一端与减速器连接由减速器驱动,减速器由拨料驱动电机驱动,下端转轴和上端转轴通过皮带联动,上端转轴和摆臂转轴之间通过齿轮啮合传动,拨料滚轴和摆臂转轴通过皮带传动。
进一步地,所述粉碎滚轴上均匀设置有粉碎刀片,粉碎刀片相邻刀片之间设置有粉碎隔套。
进一步地,所述上料机构包含上料机架、Z型输送带、若干链轮和上料驱动电机,若干链轮呈Z型分布转动设置在上料机架上,Z型输送带设置在若干链轮上,链轮与上料驱动电机连接由上料驱动电机驱动。
进一步地,所述Z型输送带上设置有张紧机构。
进一步地,所述张紧机构包含张紧滚轴和丝杠调节机构,张紧滚轴转动设置在丝杠调节机构上由丝杠调节机构驱动上下运动,张紧滚轴设置在Z型输送带外侧。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下优点和效果:通过先将蔬菜废弃物进行切断,然后再进行粉碎,采用特殊结构的切碎滚轴将蔬菜废弃物进行切碎,从而解决了藤条状废弃物缠绕滚轴问题,从而达到了将蔬菜废弃物进行良好的粉碎效果。

下面结合附图并通过实施例对本发明作进一步的详细说明,以下实施例是对本发明的解释而本发明并不局限于以下实施例。
如图所示,本发明的一种蔬菜废弃物粉碎装置,包含上料机构1、壳体机架2、第一切碎滚轴3、第二切碎滚轴4、切碎滚轴驱动电机5、粉碎滚轴6和粉碎滚轴驱动电机7,壳体机架2竖直设置并且壳体机架2上端设置有进料口,壳体机架2下端设置有出料口,上料机构1一端设置在壳体机架2进料口上,第一切碎滚轴3和第二切碎滚轴4均水平设置并且相互平行,第一切碎滚轴3和第二切碎滚轴4上设置有两段绞龙叶片8,两段绞龙叶片8对称设置在第一切碎滚轴3和第二切碎滚轴4上并且两段绞龙叶片8位于第一切碎滚轴3和第二切碎滚轴4中间的一端相互连接,绞龙叶片8上均匀设置有若干刀片9,第一切碎滚轴3和第二切碎滚轴4设置在同一水平面上并且转动设置在壳体机架2上侧,第一切碎滚轴3和第二切碎滚轴4均由切碎滚轴驱动电机5驱动,粉碎滚轴6水平设置并且位于第一切碎滚轴3和第二切碎滚轴4下方,粉碎滚轴6转动设置在壳体机架2下侧并且由粉碎滚轴驱动电机7驱动。刀片9长度与绞龙叶片宽度相匹配,从而使刀片9在切碎滚轴的表面切过,保证刀片9能够将切碎滚轴上的蔬菜藤条切断。
刀片9的一侧设置有锯齿,若干刀片锯齿在刀片9两侧交替设置。第一切碎滚轴3和第二切碎滚轴4一端设置有皮带轮10,皮带设置在皮带轮10和切碎滚轴驱动电机5输出轴上,第一切碎滚轴3和第二切碎滚轴4的皮带轮10直径不等,从而使第一切碎滚轴3和第二切碎滚轴4具有一定的转速差,这样刀片9能够在绞龙叶片之间间隙来回移动,保证将切碎滚轴上的藤条全部切断。
壳体机架2上端设置有拨料机构。拨料机构包含竖直支架11、摆臂12、弹簧13、下端转轴14、上端转轴15、摆臂转轴16、拨料滚轴17、减速器18和拨料驱动电机19,竖直支架11竖直设置并且固定在壳体机架2上端,摆臂12上端通过摆臂转轴16转动设置在竖直支架11上端,下端转轴14转动设置在竖直支架11下端,上端转轴15转动设置在竖直支架11上端,拨料滚轴17转动设置在摆臂12下端,两根弹簧13分别设置在摆臂12两侧并且弹簧13一端固定在摆臂12下端,弹簧13另一端固定在壳体机架2上端的弹簧支架20上,下端转轴14一端与减速器18连接由减速器18驱动,减速器18由拨料驱动电机19驱动,下端转轴14和上端转轴15通过皮带联动,上端转轴15和摆臂转轴16之间通过齿轮啮合传动,拨料滚轴17和摆臂转轴16通过皮带传动。
粉碎滚轴6上均匀设置有粉碎刀片21,粉碎刀片21相邻刀片之间设置有粉碎隔套22。上料机构1包含上料机架23、Z型输送带24、若干链轮25和上料驱动电机26,若干链轮25呈Z型分布转动设置在上料机架23上,Z型输送带24设置在若干链轮25上,链轮25与上料驱动电机26连接由上料驱动电机26驱动。Z型输送带24上设置有张紧机构27。张紧机构27包含张紧滚轴和丝杠调节机构,张紧滚轴转动设置在丝杠调节机构上由丝杠调节机构驱动上下运动,张紧滚轴设置在Z型输送带外侧。
