Abstract
本发明公开了一种水产养殖水质改善及尾水净化用填料颗粒及其制备方法,包括生物质、煤炭、富铁物质、催化剂和粘合剂混合后造粒,经厌氧炭化和微孔化烧结得到。填料颗粒可以去除水体富营养化元素氮,尤其对鱼类有害的氨氮、亚硝态氮具有很强的去除率,同时对于水体磷具有永久性去除作用。本发明还公开了一种包括填料颗粒的反应器,反应器中除设置填料颗粒为外,还设置曝气管,可以快速提高水体溶氧,降解沉积物中鱼类粪便和饲料残渣,同时还可以降解残留的鱼药和激素,有效改善养殖水质和净化养殖尾水。

技术领域
本发明涉及水净化技术领域,特别是涉及一种水产养殖水质改善及尾水净化用填料颗粒、其制备方法及包含其的反应器。
背景技术
中国水产养殖的产量占世界的70%,而养殖水环境是关键所在,既关系到养殖产品的质量安全、经济效益还关系到国家水环境的问题。目前,水产养殖的水源来及河流、湖泊、海水等,但多数水质污染严重。我国60%以上的湖泊处于重富营养化;根据江苏省2015年海洋环境质量报告,流经盐城滩涂的入海河口附近水质处于地面水Ⅴ类水标准,非离子氨超标率在77.8%-100%、石油类污染物超标率在41.7%-66.7%,养殖水源水质差且不稳定,亟需预处理。由于养殖的水源水环境质量差,直接实用未经处理的水源对鱼类危害很大,必须处理后才可作为养殖用水。
养殖水中同样存在污染物,在养殖水中,污染物质来源于鱼类分泌***物、饵料残留,包含碳、氮、磷、硫四种主要元素,将含有污染物的养殖尾水直接排放无疑会造成污染,亟需净化及循环利用。蓄淡养殖过程中投放的饲料所含的氮、磷只有约25%和17%左右被鱼同化,同时尾水中含有大量抗菌素如土霉素等,未经处理的养殖废水排入河流,势必将加剧湖泊、海洋富营养化,甚至会诱导蓝藻、赤潮的发生。中国是世界上13个最贫水的国家之一,而水产养殖是消耗水资源的产业之一,因此,开展养殖尾水净化处理及循环利用同样重要。
因此,如何解决现有技术中,养殖水水源质量差、养殖尾水中的残留有害物质污染环境的问题,是本领域技术人员亟待解决的。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种水产养殖水质改善及尾水净化用填料颗粒,以解决上述现有技术存在的问题,有效改善养殖水水源质量差、养殖尾水中的残留有害物质污染环境的现状。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了如下方案:本发明提供一种水产养殖水质改善及尾水净化用填料颗粒,包括下列组成部分:
a、生物质,生物质为木材、竹子、芦苇、植物秸秆或谷物壳,生物质粉碎为0.1-1cm大小,质量比含量为5-40%;
b、煤炭,煤炭含量为5-10%;
c、富铁物质,包括单质铁粉20-40%,氧化铁5-20%,红壤5-27%;
d、催化剂,催化剂为单质铜、氧化铜1-3%;
e、粘合剂,粘合剂为高岭土5-15%。
优选地,所述填料颗粒为比表面积≥1.2m2/g的亲水性多孔物质。
本发明还提供一种制备所述水产养殖水质改善及尾水净化用填料颗粒的方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤一、将所述生物质、所述煤炭、所述富铁物质、所述催化剂和所述粘合剂混合后造粒,造粒质量为0.1g-1000g,造粒形状为颗粒、球形、饼状或不规则形状;
步骤二、成型后颗粒的厌氧炭化和微孔化烧结:采用缺氧炭化烧结法,炭在化过程中通入惰性气体进行吹气,确保厌氧环境和颗粒内部微孔,温度保持在150℃-850℃。
优选地,所述惰性气体为氮气、二氧化碳、氩气或氦气。
本发明又提供一种所述水产养殖水质改善及尾水净化用填料颗粒的反应器,包括过滤器、风机、所述填料颗粒和设置于所述过滤器中的滤网袋和曝气管,所述填料颗粒直接设置于所述过滤器中或装入所述滤网袋中,所述过滤网袋的孔径较所述填料颗粒的粒径小,所述曝气管设置进气口,所述进气口与所述风机相连。
优选地,所述过滤网袋的孔径为所述填料颗粒粒径的80%。
本发明相对于现有技术取得了以下技术效果:本发明反应器中的填料颗粒可以去除水体富营养化元素氮,尤其对鱼类有害的氨氮、亚硝态氮具有很强的去除率,同时对于水体磷具有永久性去除作用;反应器中还设置曝气管,可以快速提高水体溶氧,降解沉积物中鱼类粪便和饲料残渣,同时还可以降解残留的鱼药和激素,有效净化养殖尾水。本发明具有成本低廉、无污染、易获得、净化能力强、见效快等诸多优点。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
本发明的目的是提供一种水产养殖水质改善及尾水净化用填料颗粒,以解决现有技术存在的问题,有效改善养殖水水源质量差、养殖尾水中的残留有害物质污染环境的现状。
为使本发明的上述目的、特征和优点能够更加明显易懂,下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细的说明。
本发明提供一种水产养殖水质改善及尾水净化用填料颗粒,包括下列组成部分:
a、生物质,生物质为木材、竹子、芦苇、植物秸秆或谷物壳,生物质粉碎为0.1-1cm大小,质量比含量为5-40%;
b、煤炭,煤炭含量为5-10%;
c、富铁物质,包括单质铁粉20-40%,氧化铁5-20%,红壤5-27%;
d、催化剂,催化剂为单质铜、氧化铜1-3%;
e、粘合剂,粘合剂为高岭土5-15%。
填料颗粒为比表面积≥1.2m2/g,孔隙率≥65%,物理强度≥600kg/cm2的亲水性多孔物质。填料颗粒可以去除水体富营养化元素氮,尤其对鱼类有害的氨氮、亚硝态氮具有很强的去除率,同时对于水体磷具有永久性去除作用。
本发明还提供一种制备水产养殖水质改善及尾水净化用填料颗粒的方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤一、将生物质、煤炭、富铁物质、催化剂和粘合剂混合后造粒,造粒质量为每粒0.1g-1000g,造粒形状为颗粒、球形、饼状或不规则形状;
步骤二、成型后颗粒的厌氧炭化和微孔化烧结:采用缺氧炭化烧结法,炭在化过程中通入惰性气体进行吹气,如氮气、二氧化碳、氩气或氦气等,确保厌氧环境和颗粒内部微孔,温度保持在150℃-850℃。
填料颗粒造粒过程中,可以根据实际需要选择造粒大小、形状等,在填料颗粒成型过程中通入氮气进行吹气,保证填料颗粒制备过程中不会与其他物质发生反应而变质。
请结合说明书附图图1,图1为多孔塑料框的结构示意图。本发明还提供一种水产养殖水质改善及尾水净化用填料颗粒的反应器,包括过滤器、风机、填料颗粒和设置于过滤池中的滤网袋1和曝气管2,在本具体实施方式中,填料颗粒设置于滤网袋1中,在本发明的其他实施方式中,填料颗粒还可以直接放置于过滤器中,过滤网袋1的孔径较填料颗粒的粒径小,曝气管2设置进气口3,进气口3与风机相连。
在水产养殖水质改善及尾水净化过程中,将滤网袋1放入过滤器中,滤网袋1中的填料颗粒全面改善养殖水水质,净化养殖尾水。反应器中的设置曝气管2,可以快速提高水体溶氧,改善养殖水水质,还能够降解沉积物中鱼类粪便和饲料残渣,同时还可以降解残留的鱼药和激素,有效净化养殖尾水。过滤网袋的孔径为填料颗粒粒径的80%。
现填料颗粒成分配比如表1,加工为单个颗粒质量为0.1g,填料颗粒的比表面积为1.4m2/g,孔隙率为70%,物理强度为630kg/cm2。养殖尾水总氮、总磷CODMn分别为5.23mg/L,0.26mg/L,126.8mg/L,填料颗粒直接放置在反应器中,反应器中填料颗粒的添加量为5g/L,处理7天后,其水质情况如表2。

Claims (6)
1.一种水产养殖水质改善及尾水净化用填料颗粒,其特征在于:包括下列组成部分:
a、生物质,生物质为木材、竹子、芦苇、植物秸秆或谷物壳,生物质粉碎为0.1-1cm大小,质量比含量为5-40%;
b、煤炭,煤炭含量为5-10%;
c、富铁物质,包括单质铁粉20-40%,氧化铁5-20%,红壤5-27%;
d、催化剂,催化剂为单质铜、氧化铜1-3%;
e、粘合剂,粘合剂为高岭土5-15%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的水产养殖水质改善及尾水净化用填料颗粒,其特征在于:所述填料颗粒为比表面积≥1.2m2/g的亲水性多孔物质。
3.一种制备如权利要求1或2所述的水产养殖水质改善及尾水净化用填料颗粒的方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:
步骤一、将所述生物质、所述煤炭、所述富铁物质、所述催化剂和所述粘合剂混合后造粒,造粒质量为0.1g-1000g,造粒形状为颗粒、球形、饼状或不规则形状;
步骤二、成型后颗粒的厌氧炭化和微孔化烧结:采用缺氧炭化烧结法,炭在化过程中通入惰性气体进行吹气,确保厌氧环境和颗粒内部微孔,温度保持在150℃-850℃。
4.根据权利要求3所述的水产养殖水质改善及尾水净化用填料颗粒的制备方法,其特征在于:所述惰性气体为氮气、二氧化碳、氩气或氦气。
5.一种包括权利要求1或2所述的水产养殖水质改善及尾水净化用填料颗粒的反应器,其特征在于:包括过滤器、风机、所述填料颗粒和设置于所述过滤器中的滤网袋和曝气管,所述填料颗粒直接设置于所述过滤器中或装入所述滤网袋中,所述过滤网袋的孔径较所述填料颗粒的粒径小,所述曝气管设置进气口,所述进气口与所述风机相连。
6.根据权利要求5所述的反应器,其特征在于:所述过滤网袋的孔径为所述填料颗粒粒径的80%。
