Abstract
本发明公开了一种耐磨防切割手套,其特征在于,所述手套以高强度聚乙烯、氨纶丝和锦纶按照15‑20:8‑25:100的体积比进行混纺成手套本体,在手指部位,还掺杂有石墨烯纤维。本发明的混合纤维拉伸断裂强力为43N,断裂伸长率为542%,织物具有外观结构紧密,具备较好的力学性能。本发明的手套耐磨性能出色且防切割。

技术领域
本发明涉及劳保技术领域,尤其涉及一种耐磨防切割手套。
背景技术
随着高性能纤维材料的不断发展,利用现有增强复合材料与其它纤维材料的复合,研发出高附加值、高性能的产业用新产品已成为目前国内纺织产品转型升级、扩大出口的一个重要内容。近年来,防护性纺织品的种类越来越多,防护织物的发展逐渐向高新技术产业方向靠拢,并成为现在纺织技术进步的一个重要标志。伴随人们安全防护意识的不断增强,防护纺织品的需求量日益增加也使得对防护型织物的开发与研究成为必然。鉴于人们手部受伤的频率较高,手部防护织物的性能研究引起国内外学者的重视。目前,国内对防切割手套织物缺乏深入***的研究,尤其在防切割机理方面的分析还不够完善,加强对防切割手套工艺与性能的分析研究,可以为柔性手部防护纺织品的研发提供技术参考。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提出一种耐磨防切割手套,耐磨性能出色,防切割。
为达此目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种耐磨防切割手套,其特征在于,所述手套以高强度聚乙烯、氨纶丝和锦纶按照15-20:8-25:100的体积比进行混纺成手套本体,在手指部位,还掺杂有石墨烯纤维。
根据手套防护性能检测标准,本发明采用正交试验的方式测试纱线结构、纱线细度、捻度以及织物密度等因素对防切割性能的影响。经测试,本发明的混合纤维拉伸断裂强力为43N,断裂伸长率为542%,织物具有外观结构紧密,具备较好的力学性能。本发明的手套耐磨性能出色且防切割。

下面通过具体实施方式来进一步说明本发明的技术方案。
实施例1
一种耐磨防切割手套,其特征在于,所述手套以高强度聚乙烯、氨纶丝和锦纶按照15:8:100的体积比进行混纺成手套本体,在手指部位,还掺杂有石墨烯纤维。所述石墨烯与高强度聚乙烯的体积比为12:100。
实施例2
一种耐磨防切割手套,其特征在于,所述手套以高强度聚乙烯、氨纶丝和锦纶按照20:25:100的体积比进行混纺成手套本体,在手指部位,还掺杂有石墨烯纤维。
实施例3
一种耐磨防切割手套,其特征在于,所述手套以高强度聚乙烯、氨纶丝和锦纶按照18:15:100的体积比进行混纺成手套本体,在手指部位,还掺杂有石墨烯纤维。
