Abstract
本发明公开了一种生态储粮脱氧剂,属于粮食储藏技术领域。该脱氧剂的组分与各组分的重量%含量为:超细铁粉4.5-35%,活性碳12-25%,NaCl 7~13%、Ca(OH)5-16%,NaHCO3 4-7%、1.5~67%的填充剂、0.5~2.5%的聚丙烯酸系高吸水性树脂。本发明的优点在于采用反应活性高、比表面积大的超细铁粉替代传统除氧剂中的还原铁粉,NaHCO3,吸氧容量高、除氧速率快、而且可防自燃,实现防虫、防霉、保持或提高粮食品质,具有制备工艺简单等特点,实现了食品在贮藏过程中要求高效、快速除氧和延长贮藏期之目的。本发明用于粮食保管,低毒,杀虫谱广,用量在3-8克/公斤粮食保管1年基本无虫。本发明可在粮食、食品、茶叶、药材、书刊等贮藏中推广应用。
Description
技术领域 本发明属于粮食储藏技术领域,属于一种生态杀虫剂。
背景技术 生态储粮脱氧剂是虫、螨的成虫、幼虫、蛹、卵在氧浓度低于2%的条件下相继死亡,最顽固的霉菌、饱子及其它嗜氧微生物在氧浓度低于0.2%的条件下也不能存活。除氧剂封存包装足以在短期内使虫、霉菌和其它嗜氧生物灭绝。它不是靠药物的毒力,不改变生物的生化特性,不致畸、不致癌、无突变、不影响生物的免疫力和抗药性,而是无氧窒息死亡。取而代之的是生态储粮脱氧剂的异军突起。因此,开发一种新的生态储粮脱氧剂应用在粮食储藏方面,具有重要的意义。
目前国内大量使用杀虫剂机理是毒杀性的,如有机磷农药、拟除虫菊酯类、氨基甲酸酯类,其中绝大多数品种由于长期使用,已被害虫适应,特别是那些繁殖快的害虫,均已产生抗性(能抵抗神经性中毒),但对保幼激素类的干扰却不适应。而生态储粮脱氧剂有独特的杀虫机理,大多数昆虫不存在抗性,因而对常规农药已产生抗药性的害虫,将会表现出活性高的杀虫优势。
仓储害虫必须在有氧的条件下才能生长繁殖。昆虫和所有好氧生物一样,通过呼吸作用产生高能磷酸化合物ATP,为生命活动提供必须的能量。昆虫的呼吸代谢遵循一般动物的模式,包括糖酵解过程、三羧酸循环过程、呼吸链和氧化磷酸化等。但由于昆虫生活环境和食物的多样性,不同昆虫及不同发育阶段的特异性,就造成昆虫呼吸及能量代谢多样性的特点。低氧的环境通过迫使昆虫的气门频繁开启,导致虫体内水分过量散失和神经麻痹;并抑制昆虫的有氧代谢,导致昆虫体内能源物质的耗尽和代谢有毒物质的积累,是引起昆虫死亡的主要原因。
发明内容 本发明的生态储粮脱氧剂,是以铁粉加入NaCl、Ca(OH)、NaHCO3、聚丙烯酸系树脂、活性碳、填充剂,这种剂型占质量百分比如下:

配制时把前四个组份在反应罐中充分搅拌使其尽量均匀,再依次加入其它成份,搅匀后分装即可。

应用实施例1
我们在中央储备粮广东新沙港直属库进行实验,起始虫口密度为0,虫种为我省常见虫种,如米象、麦蛾、谷蠹、书虱等。采用实例1与粮食按照剂量进行密封,每袋放5公斤粮食。每2个月抽样检测害虫死亡情况,结果见试验记录表1及表2。

1.一种生态储粮脱氧剂,以铁粉加入NaCl、Ca(OH)、NaHCO3、聚丙烯酸系树脂、活性碳、填充剂,把前四个组份在反应罐中充分搅拌使其尽量均匀,再依次加入其它成份,搅匀后分装即可成本品。
