(1) firstly, services are divided into three types, namely returning keys, getting keys, and returning and getting keys;
(2) secondly, filling in an OA system list which is also divided into three lists, corresponding to the number of the key, the existing detailed information such as the building number and the floor, and the like;
(3) the system can inform the state of the key according to the submitted information, and give the worker card the authority to open the cabinet corresponding to the key, only when the return and receiving business is transacted, the worker card has the authority of two cabinets, but the returned authority has high priority, namely, the worker card can only return the key first and then lead the key;
(4) then the user arrives at a corresponding transaction place, the card is swiped, the key is taken or put in a corresponding cabinet, the authority is only required to be once, and the user needs to contact with an administrator if an accident occurs.
Compared with the prior art, the embodiment has the following advantages
(1) When a staff gets or returns a cabinet key, the system can self-service, only an OA system sheet is needed to be filled, the system is informed of the key service, whether the key is in a key library or not according to the submitted key number, then a worker swipes a card in a key management place, the system can be automatically opened only according to the authority of the worker card, and the key cabinet of a corresponding floor corresponding to the building number is directly taken out or put in just like a supermarket storage cabinet without any flow and without manual participation of a worker in the service;
(2) when the staff adjusts the station, the department is generally changed greatly, at the moment, key service processors can finish the operation of returning and taking two items, the staff fills in an OA system sheet first, fills in a returning sheet and a getting sheet, the system can inform whether the key to be taken is stored in a warehouse or not, if so, the staff can go to the processing place and swipe the card, and the staff can only return the key first, namely, the first swiping of the card is that the cabinet for returning the key is opened and the card is returned completely, and then the key is taken, which is the same as the flow;
(3) after the key is returned or received each time, the key library is changed, because the card is swiped, the system can rewrite the state of the corresponding number key, the state of the returned key becomes in the library, and after the key is received, the state is changed into the received state. The state of the key can effectively inform a transactor whether the business can be transacted completely, effectively eliminate the white running event and effectively eliminate the key loss event.

Claims (9)

1. A key distribution system comprises a key management module, a locker management module, an employee information management module and a work card management module,
the key management module is used for dynamically updating the key database and reflecting the key state in real time;
the locker management module is used for dynamically updating a locker database and reflecting the use condition of the locker in real time;
the work card management module is used for dynamically updating a work card database and reflecting the use condition of the work card in real time;
the employee information management module is used for dynamically updating an employee information database and reflecting corresponding department information, account information, work card information, locker information and key information of the employee in real time;
the key distribution system also comprises a remote control module, wherein the remote control module is used for assisting the staff to complete the operation of picking up, returning or replacing keys;
wherein, the specific operation of changing the key is as follows: the key distribution system has the authority of opening two different lockers for the work card, the two lockers are respectively used for placing the key to be returned and the key to be taken, the returned authority has high priority, namely the key can be returned firstly and the key is taken, and the authority of opening the locker by the work card distributed each time can only open the corresponding locker once.
2. The key distribution system of claim 1, wherein said cabinet has an electromagnetic door lock mounted thereon, said key distribution system authorizing a one-to-one mating relationship of said electromagnetic door lock with a work card.
3. The key distribution system of claim 1, further comprising a notification module for notifying the employee of the particular location of the locker to which they are assigned.
4. A method of key picking in a key distribution system according to claim 1, the method steps comprising:
logging onto the key distribution system with the identity of a certain door employee;
applying for "picking up keys" to the key distribution system;
the key distribution system gives the employee's work card the right to open the corresponding locker;
and when the cabinet door of the locker is opened and closed for the first time, the key distribution system informs the key management module to modify the key state in the key database into 'received'.
5. The method for getting keys, according to claim 4, wherein before the key distribution system gives the employee's work card the right to open the corresponding locker, the key distribution system queries the employee information database, locker database and key database, and determines to distribute the corresponding locker belonging to the department where the employee is located, with the key in the "in-library" state, to the employee.
6. The method for getting keys according to claim 4, wherein after the employee's work card is given the authority of opening the corresponding locker by the key distribution system, the notification module of the key distribution system notifies the employee of the specific location of the locker to which the employee is assigned.
7. A method of returning keys based on the key distribution system of claim 1, wherein the method steps comprise:
logging onto the key distribution system with the identity of a certain door employee;
applying for a "return key" to the key distribution system;
the key distribution system gives the employee's work card the right to open the corresponding locker;
and when the cabinet door of the locker is opened and closed, the key distribution system informs the key management module to modify the key state in the key database into 'in the library'.
8. A method of rekeying a key distribution system according to claim 1, said method steps comprising:
logging onto the key distribution system with the identity of a certain door employee;
applying for a "rekeying" to the key distribution system;
the key distribution system acquires information of an original working post and a current working post of the employee;
the key distribution system gives the employee's work card the authority to open the locker which is distributed correspondingly;
when the originally distributed cabinet door of the locker is opened and closed, the key distribution system informs the key management module to modify the key state in the key database into 'in the library';
the key distribution system gives the employee's work card the authority to open the storage cabinet corresponding to the current distribution;
and when the door of the storage cabinet which is distributed at present is opened and closed, the key distribution system informs the key management module to modify the key state in the key database into 'received'.
9. The rekeying method of claim 8, wherein after said key distribution system gives said employee's work card the authority to open said locker for the current assignment, a notification module of said key distribution system notifies said employee of the specific placement of said locker for the current assignment.
