Abstract

本发明提供了一种超市巡检器：包括货架主体、RFID处理装置以及服务器，所述的RFID处理装置主要由显示器、RFID读写器、数据处理器、天线、通信装置组成，所述的RFID处理装置与货架主体嵌接，RFID处理装置通过所述的通信装置与所述的服务器连接。本发明可实现实时监控商品的数量，当货架上的某一单品低于一定数量时，可提示该单品需要补货的通知；同时当顾客从货架上取走商品时刻直接写入RFID标签，减少了人工劳动，提高工作效率。在使用过程中，***通过智能的数据分析处理，顾客可直观的了解拿取商品的信息。

本发明属于电子商务领域，尤其是涉及一种超市巡检器。
背景技术
现如今，加油站不仅仅承担着交通工具加油的功能，同时也相继推出便利购物的商铺，便利店作为居住社区内、交通道路上的主要购物场所，无法脱离人民的日常生活。如果商品在便利店或超市的销量能够增加，将大大增加经销商的盈利。超市中的货架几乎是每个便利店或者超市所必需用到的管理工具。如果能让普通的货架车变成顾客购物的助手，不但方便了顾客及理货员也将大大增加企业的盈利。
发明内容
有鉴于此，本发明旨在提出一种商品拿放可以直接扫描的RFID超市管理装置。
为达到上述目的，本发明的技术方案是这样实现的：
一种超市巡检器，包括货架主体、RFID处理装置以及服务器，所述的RFID处理装置主要由显示器、RFID读写器、数据处理器、天线、通信装置组成，所述的显示器、RFID读写器、通信装置均与数据处理器连接，所述的天线与RFID读写器耦接；所述的RFID处理装置与货架主体嵌接，RFID处理装置通过所述的通信装置与所述的服务器连接。
进一步的，所述的天线至少由三组RFID天线组成。
进一步的，所述的数据处理器为MCU微控制器。
进一步的，所述的通信装置为WIFI连接模块或者蓝牙连接模块。
进一步的，还包括提示装置，所述的提示装置与数据处理器连接，提示装置为蜂鸣器或者发光二级管。
相对于现有技术，本发明所述的一种超市巡检器具有以下优势：
本发明可实现实时监控商品的数量，当货架上的某一单品低于一定数量时，可提示该单品需要补货的通知；同时当顾客从货架上取走商品时刻直接写入RFID标签，减少了人工劳动，提高工作效率。在使用过程中，***通过智能的数据分析处理，顾客可直观的了解拿取商品的信息。

如图1所示，一种超市巡检器：包括货架主体1、RFID处理装置以及服务器，所述的RFID处理装置主要由显示器、RFID读写器2、数据处理器、天线、通信装置组成，所述的显示器3、RFID读写器2、通信装置均与数据处理器连接，所述的天线与RFID读写器2耦接；所述的RFID处理装置与货架主体嵌接，RFID处理装置通过所述的通信装置与所述的服务器连接。
所述的天线至少由三组RFID天线。
所述的RFID处理装置还包括提示装置，所述的提示装置与数据处理器连接，提示装置为蜂鸣器或者发光二级管。
所述的数据处理器为MCU微控制器。
所述的通信装置为WIFI连接模块或者蓝牙连接模块。
如图所示，本发明的一种超市管理装置通过RFID读写器2通过天线对货架上的物品进行扫描并及时传送给数据处理器，由RFID数据处理器及时通过显示器及时反馈物品信息，同时可以通过提示装置提示RFID读写器2的读取/写入状态。
同现有技术相比，本发明与货架结合通过RFID处理装置了解货物的数量，快速识别，具有合理调配资源性能稳定，抗干扰能力强，操作简单，大方美观、易于维护。

1.一种超市巡检器，其特征在于：包括货架主体、RFID处理装置以及服务器，所述的RFID处理装置主要由显示器、RFID读写器、数据处理器、天线、通信装置组成，所述的显示器、RFID读写器、通信装置均与数据处理器连接，所述的天线与RFID读写器耦接；所述的RFID处理装置与货架主体嵌接，RFID处理装置通过所述的通信装置与所述的服务器连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种超市巡检器，其特征在于：所述的天线至少由三组RFID天线组成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种超市巡检器，其特征在于：所述的数据处理器为MCU微控制器。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种超市巡检器，其特征在于：所述的通信装置为WIFI连接模块或者蓝牙连接模块。
5.根据权利要求1-3任意一项所述的一种超市巡检器，其特征在于：还包括提示装置，所述的提示装置与数据处理器连接，提示装置为蜂鸣器或者发光二级管。
