Abstract
The invention relates to a device for preventing motor operation from interfering data acquisition serial port transmission, which comprises a relay, a USB (universal serial bus) serial port chip, a motor and a microcontroller; the input loop of the relay is respectively connected with the power supply and the positive electrode of the motor, and the microcontroller is used for controlling the switching of the power supply; the output loop of the relay comprises a movable contact, a first fixed contact and a second fixed contact, wherein the movable contact is grounded through a resistor, the first fixed contact is connected with the grounding end of the USB serial port chip, the second fixed contact is connected with the negative electrode of the motor, and the movable contact of the relay is normally closed with the first fixed contact. The circuit has a simple structure, and can avoid the situation that when the upper computer is not separated from the electric control equipment, the electric control equipment operates to start the lower computer, and the lower computer generates an uncertain signal after operating and influences the operation of the upper computer through a USB (universal serial bus) to serial port connected with the upper computer.

As shown in fig. 1, a device for preventing the operation of a motor from interfering with the transmission of a data acquisition serial port comprises a relay HK4100, a USB-to-serial port chip CH340G, a water pump motor M and a microcontroller, wherein the microcontroller can be a processor such as a single-chip microcomputer. One end of an input loop of the relay HK4100 is connected with an external power supply through a current limiting resistor R1, and the other end of the input loop is connected with the positive electrode of the water pump motor M. The microcontroller is connected with an external power supply and used for controlling the opening and closing of the external power supply. The output loop of the relay HK4100 comprises a movable contact, a first fixed contact and a second fixed contact, wherein the movable contact is grounded through a grounding resistor R2, the first fixed contact is connected with the grounding end GND of the USB serial port chip CH340G, the second fixed contact is connected with the power negative electrode of the water pump motor M, and the movable contact of the relay HK4100 is normally closed with the first fixed contact.
The circuit part further includes a diode IN4007, the anode of which is connected to the anode of the motor, and the cathode of which is connected to an external power source. The diode is a follow current diode of a relay, is used for protecting other elements from breakdown or burning by induced voltage in a circuit, is connected to two ends of the element of the relay for generating induced electromotive force in a parallel connection mode, and forms a loop with the element, so that high electromotive force generated by the diode is consumed in the loop in a continuous current mode, and the effect of protecting the elements in the circuit from being damaged is achieved.
In the circuit, the microcontroller is used as a component part of electric control equipment of the motor, and can be in communication connection with an upper computer such as a mobile phone, a computer and other equipment through the USB (universal serial bus) to facilitate the upper computer to set motor control. When the circuit of the invention works, the microcontroller controls the on and off time of the external power supply according to the setting of the upper computer, so that the motor operates according to the set requirement.
When the external power supply is turned off, the movable contact of the relay HK4100 is normally closed with the first stationary contact, namely, the grounding end GND of the USB-to-serial port chip CH340G is grounded through the grounding resistor R2, and the microcontroller can normally perform data communication with the upper computer at this moment, and the water pump motor M is in a stop running state.
When the microcontroller controls an external power supply to output electric energy, and current passes through an input loop of the relay, a movable contact of the relay acts, is disconnected with a first fixed contact and is closed with a second fixed contact; the external power supply is connected to the power supply anode of the motor through the input loop of the relay HK4100, then is grounded after the movable contact of the relay HK4100 is connected with the second stationary contact, a circuit loop is formed, and the motor starts to normally run. At this time, since the movable contact of the relay is disconnected from the first stationary contact, the ground end GND of the USB-to-serial chip CH340G is not grounded, the USB-to-serial chip CH340G cannot work normally, and at this time, the controller cannot perform data communication with the upper computer; therefore, an uncertain signal generated during the operation of the motor cannot be transmitted back to the upper computer through the microcontroller and the USB-to-serial port chip, and the influence of the operation of the lower computer on the upper computer is avoided.
