本发明公开一种带嵌框液晶模块,其特征是包括液晶显示屏、背光板、印刷电路板和框,所述液晶显示屏安装在背光板上面,印刷电路板安装在背光板下面,液晶显示屏、背光板和印刷电路板整体安装在框内,所述框中间为中空区域,框的耳型四角有窄边连接,所述窄边为U形,内侧有凹槽、凸起和长条形通孔,所述背光板为LED背光板,背光板与印刷电路板连接区域的侧面有感温条,所述感温条中间有感温变色区间,所述感温变色区间安装位置对准框窄边上的长条形通孔。本发明取消了背光板与印刷电路板侧边通过金属螺栓连接,解决了液晶显示屏、背光板和印刷电路板侧边漏光的问题,拼装间隙小,整体拼装方便,适合批量化推广使用。

技术领域
本发明涉及液晶模块技术领域,具体属于一种带嵌框液晶模块。
背景技术
液晶模块是数字标牌的内胆,有数字标牌的所有功能部件,具备数字标牌的所有功能,具备完整紧凑的结构,但没有原数字标牌的外箱,这种产品主要用于安装环境比较高的场所。普通液晶模块中的印刷电路板和背光板安装时,通常是在印刷电路板上打孔或开槽,采用固定螺栓固定安装,此种连接方式不仅浪费印刷电路板上面的空间,在多个液晶模块拼接使用时,间隙较大;同时印刷电路板和背光板的侧边容易出现漏光问题,严重影响液晶模块的整体使用性能。针对上述问题,本发明提供了一种带嵌框液晶模块。
发明内容
本发明目的是提供一种带嵌框液晶模块,可解决上述背景技术中提到的问题。
本发明所采用的技术方案如下:
一种带嵌框液晶模块,其特征是包括液晶显示屏、背光板、印刷电路板和框,所述液晶显示屏安装在背光板上面,印刷电路板安装在背光板下面,液晶显示屏、背光板和印刷电路板整体安装在框内,所述框的四角为耳型,框的中间为中空区域,框的耳型四角有窄边连接,所述窄边为U形,内侧有凹槽、凸起和长条形通孔,所述背光板为LED背光板,背光板与印刷电路板连接区域的侧面有感温条,所述感温条的边缘部位有导电双面胶,所述感温条的中间有感温变色区间,所述感温变色区间的颜色有灰色、绿色、蓝色、橙色和红色,所述感温变色区间安装位置对准框窄边上的长条形通孔,所述印刷电路板上面有沟槽,沟槽底宽上口窄,沟槽内侧有向外通孔,沟槽内有凝固的环氧树脂胶,凝固后的环氧树脂胶上表面光滑,在凝固后的环氧树脂胶上面加工有孔,孔内安装有导电条,导电条和环氧树脂胶的上表面涂敷有胶黏剂,背光板安装在胶黏剂上。
所述框有铝合金制成,框窄边内侧的凸起嵌装在印刷电路板沟槽内侧的向外通孔内,框窄边内侧的凸起与凝固后的环氧树脂胶上面孔内的导电条不接触。
所述框窄边外侧有挂卡。
与已有技术相比,本发明的有益效果如下:
本发明通过对液晶显示屏、背光板、印刷电路板和框的整体优选设计组合,制造出一种带嵌框液晶模块,所述框的四角为耳型,框的中间为中空区域,框的耳型四角有窄边连接,所述窄边为U形,内侧有凹槽、凸起和长条形通孔,印刷电路板上面有沟槽,沟槽底宽上口窄,沟槽内侧有向外通孔,沟槽内有凝固的环氧树脂胶,凝固后的环氧树脂胶上表面光滑,在凝固后的环氧树脂胶上面加工有孔,孔内安装有导电条,导电条和环氧树脂胶的上表面涂敷有胶黏剂,背光板安装在胶黏剂上,解决了普通液晶模块中的印刷电路板和背光板安装时,通常是在印刷电路板上打孔或开槽,采用固定螺栓固定安装,此种连接方式浪费印刷电路板上面空间的问题;所述背光板为LED背光板,背光板与印刷电路板连接区域的侧面有感温条,所述感温条的边缘部位有导电双面胶,解决了印刷电路板和背光板的侧边容易出现漏光,严重影响液晶模块整体使用性能的问题;所述框窄边外侧有挂卡,当多块液晶模块拼接时,框窄边外侧的挂卡整体卡装在框窄边内侧,解决了普通液晶模块在进行多个拼接使用时,间隙较大的问题。此外,所述背光板为LED背光板,背光板与印刷电路板连接区域的侧面有感温条,所述感温条的边缘部位有导电双面胶,所述感温条的中间有感温变色区间,所述感温变色区间的颜色有灰色、绿色、蓝色、橙色和红色,所述感温变色区间安装位置对准框窄边上的长条形通孔,可以直接观察到背光板和印刷电路板在使用过程中,温度的变化,提示人员及时维护,防止因温度高,影响液晶模块的使用性能。本发明取消了背光板与印刷电路板侧边通过金属螺栓连接,解决了液晶显示屏、背光板和印刷电路板侧边漏光的问题,拼装间隙小,整体拼装方便,适合批量化推广使用。

一种带嵌框液晶模块,其特征是包括液晶显示屏1、背光板2、印刷电路板3和框4,所述液晶显示屏1安装在背光板2上面,印刷电路板3安装在背光板2下面,液晶显示屏1、背光板2和印刷电路板3整体安装在框4内,所述框4的四角为耳型,框4的中间为中空区域,框4的耳型四角有窄边402连接,所述窄边402为U形,内侧有凹槽、凸起403和长条形通孔404,所述背光板2为LED背光板2,背光板2与印刷电路板3连接区域的侧面有感温条5,所述感温条5的边缘部位有导电双面胶,所述感温条5的中间有感温变色区间,所述感温变色区间的颜色有灰色、绿色、蓝色、橙色和红色,所述感温变色区间安装位置对准框4窄边402上的长条形通孔404,所述印刷电路板3上面有沟槽,沟槽底宽上口窄,沟槽内侧有向外通孔,沟槽内有凝固的环氧树脂胶302,凝固后的环氧树脂胶302上表面光滑,在凝固后的环氧树脂胶302上面加工有孔303,孔303内安装有导电条304,导电条304和环氧树脂胶302的上表面涂敷有胶黏剂,背光板2安装在胶黏剂上。
所述框4有铝合金制成,框4窄边402内侧的凸起403嵌装在印刷电路板3沟槽内侧的向外通孔301内,框4窄边402内侧的凸起403与凝固后的环氧树脂胶302上面孔303内的导电条304不接触。
所述框4窄边402外侧有挂卡401。
液晶模块生产时,在印刷电路板3上面加工沟槽,沟槽内侧加工向外通孔301,将框4窄边402内侧的凸起403嵌装在印刷电路板3沟槽内侧的向外通孔301内,环氧树脂胶302加入沟槽内,待环氧树脂胶302凝固后,在环氧树脂胶302的上表面加工孔303,孔303内安装导电条304,在导电条304和环氧树脂胶302的上表面涂敷有胶黏剂,背光板2安装在胶黏剂上;在感温条5的边缘部位覆导电双面胶,将感温条5安装在背光板2与印刷电路板3连接区域的侧面,液晶显示屏1安装在框4内背光板2上面;当多个液晶模块拼接时,框4窄边402外侧的挂卡401整体卡装在框4窄边402内侧,实现多个液晶模块的整体拼接。

1.一种带嵌框液晶模块,其特征是包括液晶显示屏、背光板、印刷电路板和框,所述液晶显示屏安装在背光板上面,印刷电路板安装在背光板下面,液晶显示屏、背光板和印刷电路板整体安装在框内,所述框的四角为耳型,框的中间为中空区域,框的耳型四角有窄边连接,所述窄边为U形,内侧有凹槽、凸起和长条形通孔,所述背光板为LED背光板,背光板与印刷电路板连接区域的侧面有感温条,所述感温条的边缘部位有导电双面胶,所述感温条的中间有感温变色区间,所述感温变色区间的颜色有灰色、绿色、蓝色、橙色和红色,所述感温变色区间安装位置对准框窄边上的长条形通孔,所述印刷电路板上面有沟槽,沟槽底宽上口窄,沟槽内侧有向外通孔,沟槽内有凝固的环氧树脂胶,凝固后的环氧树脂胶上表面光滑,在凝固后的环氧树脂胶上面加工有孔,孔内安装有导电条,导电条和环氧树脂胶的上表面涂敷有胶黏剂,背光板安装在胶黏剂上。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种带嵌框液晶模块,其特征在于所述框有铝合金制成,框窄边内侧的凸起嵌装在印刷电路板沟槽内侧的向外通孔内,框窄边内侧的凸起与凝固后的环氧树脂胶上面孔内的导电条不接触。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种带嵌框液晶模块,其特征在于所述框窄边外侧有挂卡。
