Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a water meter sensor, in particular to a water meter sensor which can collect the accumulated flow, the instantaneous flow and the positive and negative rotation states of a water meter under the condition of not modifying a mechanical water meter.
Background
At present, the known water meter sensor types are a magnetic induction water meter sensor and a photoelectric water meter sensor. The magnetic sensing water meter sensor needs to be additionally provided with a magnetic element in the water meter, then senses the rotation of the magnetic element and converts the rotation into a switching value signal to be output. The photoelectric water meter sensor senses the position of a water meter character wheel by using a plurality of photoelectric sensors to obtain the reading of the water meter. The problem that two kinds of water gauge sensors all exist is that need reequip the water gauge that will gather, changed the original mechanical structure of water gauge, influence the measurement accuracy of water gauge. The magnetic induction water meter sensor does not directly output accumulated flow, instantaneous flow and positive and negative rotation states; the photoelectric water meter sensor does not directly output instantaneous flow and positive and negative rotation states.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defect that the existing water meter sensor can acquire the data of the water meter only by modifying the water meter, the invention provides the optical water meter sensor which can acquire the accumulated flow, the instantaneous flow and the forward and reverse rotation states of the water meter and can be conveniently installed and used without modifying the water meter.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is as follows: an optical water meter sensor is fixed on glass outside a mechanical water meter dial, the water meter sensor is provided with a light-gathering light-emitting diode and two photosensitive electronic elements, the light-gathering light-emitting diode irradiates a circular light spot with uniform luminosity and covering a sensing area of the photosensitive electronic elements in a pointer rotation range of the water meter dial, and the photosensitive electronic elements receive optical information of reflected light of the sensing area. When the rotating pointer enters a sensing area of the photosensitive electronic element, the pointer generates diffuse reflection and absorption phenomena on light, the optical information of the reflected light at the moment is greatly different from the optical information of the reflected light when the pointer does not enter the sensing area, and the position of the pointer is detected according to the difference characteristic; two photosensitive electronic elements are arranged on the water meter sensor in parallel along the rotating track of the pointer, and when the pointer of the water meter rotates forwards or backwards, the photosensitive electronic elements of the pointer are detected to be different, so that the forward and reverse rotation states of the pointer are identified. The accumulated flow and the instantaneous flow of the water meter can be calculated according to the detected forward and reverse rotation states, the rotation frequency and the accumulated times of the pointer.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the accumulated flow, the instantaneous flow and the forward and reverse rotation states of the water meter can be collected simultaneously without modifying the mechanical water meter, the accuracy of the water meter is not affected, and the use is convenient.

The invention is further illustrated with reference to the following figures and examples: the invention is a water meter sensor (2) which is cylindrical in shape, the height of the cylinder is 5 cm, the diameter is 2 cm, the bottom of the cylinder is an optical information acquisition unit (3), a circuit board with a signal processing unit is packaged in a shell, and the top of the shell is a power supply communication cable (1) which contains a power supply wire and a communication wire. An optical information acquisition unit (3) at the bottom of a water meter sensor (2) is fixed on glass right above a certain dial (5) of a water meter dial (4), and a light-gathering type light-emitting diode (7) irradiates a round light spot with uniform luminosity and covering a sensing area of a photosensitive electronic element (10) on the dial (5). Fig. 2 is a front external view of the optical information collecting unit (3) of the present invention, which includes a light-condensing led (7) and two photosensitive electronic components (10), which are separated by a light-shielding plate (8). The two focusing lenses (9) focus the light reflected by the sensing areas of the two photosensitive electronic elements (10) on the two photosensitive electronic elements (10) respectively so as to enhance the resolution of the photosensitive electronic elements (10).
Detailed Description
As shown in figure 1, the invention is a water meter sensor (2) which is cylindrical in shape, the height of the cylinder is 5 centimeters, the diameter of the cylinder is 2 centimeters, the diameter of a shell is slightly larger than that of a water meter dial (5), an optical information acquisition unit (3) is arranged at the bottom end of the sensor (2), and a circuit board with power management, data acquisition, processing and storage functions is encapsulated in the shell of the water meter sensor (2). The invention adheres the optical information acquisition unit (3) end of the water meter sensor (2) shown in figure 1 on the glass of the water meter dial (4) through waterproof sealant, and is positioned right above the water meter dial (5).
As shown in fig. 2, the main components of the optical information collecting unit (3) of the present invention are composed of a light-condensing light-emitting diode (7), two photosensitive electronic components (10) and a matched condensing lens (9), wherein the diameter of the light-condensing light-emitting diode (7) is 3 mm, the light-emitting angle is 60 degrees, and the emitted light is cold white light with a color temperature of 5500K. The light-gathering type light-emitting diode (7) is positioned at the center of the dial, the two photosensitive electronic elements (10) are arranged in parallel along the rotating track of the pointer (6), and the two photosensitive electronic elements (10) are two circumscribed circular surfaces with the diameter of 2.2 millimeters through the sensing area of the light-gathering lens (9). The three electronic components are respectively separated by a light-shielding plate (8) to avoid mutual interference.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 1, the optical information acquisition unit (3) end of the water meter sensor (2) is adhered to the glass of the water meter dial (4) through waterproof sealant, and after power is supplied through the power supply communication cable (1), a round light spot with uniform luminosity and covering the sensing area of the photosensitive electronic element (10) is irradiated on the dial (5). When the pointer (6) does not rotate into the sensing area of the photosensitive electronic element (10), the photosensitive electronic element (10) receives reflected light mainly comprising white light reflected by the white bottom plate of the dial (5); when the pointer (6) rotates into a sensing area of the photosensitive electronic element (10), because light spots generate a diffuse reflection phenomenon on the surface of the pointer (6), the light intensity is weakened, the pointer (6) with colors can absorb light with other colors except the self color and reflect the light with the same color as the pointer (6), so that optical information of reflected light from the photosensitive electronic element (10) through the condensing lens (9) changes with vivid characteristics, the photosensitive electronic element (10) collects the optical information changes, converts the optical information changes into electric signal changes and sends the electric signal changes to a signal processing unit of a circuit board in a shell, and the signal processing unit can recognize that the pointer (6) rotates once after capturing two continuous changes of the characteristics; in addition, the optical information acquisition unit (3) of the water meter sensor (2) is provided with two photosensitive electronic elements (10) in parallel along the rotating track of the pointer (6) of the water meter, when the pointer (6) rotates forwards or backwards, the photosensitive electronic elements (10) which sense the change of the optical information are different, so that the forward and backward rotation states of the water meter can be identified; the signal processing unit on the circuit board in the shell of the water meter sensor (2) calculates the accumulated flow and the instantaneous flow of the water meter according to the positive and negative rotation state, the rotation frequency and the rotation number of turns of the pointer (6), and processes and stores the accumulated flow and the instantaneous flow for external communication.
