Abstract
一种丝绵混纺面料的染色方法,先将面料进行煮练、漂白,消除丝和棉的原始色差,然后用一体化染色整理液对面料进行染色整理,采用尼泊尔金酯、氨基酸酯和聚丙烯酸钠组成的混合乳化剂,并与螯合剂、促染剂、分散剂等添加剂共同使用,不但染色效果均匀,而且浴比低,染色时间短,大大降低了能耗并降低了水的使用量,有利于环保。

技术领域
本发明涉及纺织印染技术领域,尤其涉及一种丝绵混纺面料的染色方法。
背景技术
棉纤维在纺织工业中占有重要的地位,大约占纤维总产量的65%。目前应用在棉纤维染色方面的最重要、最有潜力的染料是活性染料。活性染料与棉纤维通过共价键结合,从根本上解决了染色纤维湿处理牢度差的问题。同时因为活性染料具有色谱齐全,色泽鲜艳,应用工艺简便,适用性强,价格相对便宜等优点,近些年它已成为棉纤维用染料中产量和产值最大的染料。在传统的活性染料染色工艺中必须加入大量的氯化钠或硫酸钠,当染浴中加入盐后,染料的水合度减小,这样染料由水溶液向纤维表面转移的倾向就增加,平衡上染量就增大。
丝绸和棉纤维的结构不同,导致对颜色的上染量也不同,染色时容易造成色差,尤其是淡色时色差更加严重,传统的改善方法为延长染色时间,加入大量的匀染剂,再加上浸轧法等辅助工艺增强染色效果,但是随着国家对印染行业节能减排的要求越来越高,传统的高耗能、高耗水方法已经无法适应现代纺织工业的要求。
发明内容
为了解决背景技术中的问题,本发明提供一种丝绵混纺面料的染色方法,可以大大减少染色时间,提高了固色效果。
一种丝绵混纺面料的染色方法,包括以下步骤:
A、在pH值6.0-6.5的条件下,对面料进行煮练、漂白处理;
B、在一体化染色整理液中进行染色整理,浴比为1:(15-25),pH值为5.5-6.0,染色温度控制在80-90℃,时间为15-20min;
C、高温定型:温度为120-130℃,时间为30-40s;
所述的一体化染色整理液,包括以下成分:
天然植物染料 8-30g/L
EDTA 1-3g/L
促染剂 5-10g/L
柠檬酸 8-15g/L
混合乳化剂 30-50g/L
分散剂 0.5-0.8g/L
抗起毛起球整理液 5-8g/L
防皱整理液 2-5g/L
余量为去离子水。
优选的,所述的分散剂为科宁Hydropalat 875。
优选的,所述的促染剂为尿素。
优选的,所述的混合乳化剂为尼泊尔金酯、氨基酸酯和聚丙烯酸钠。
本发明的有益之处在于:本发明的丝绵混纺面料的染色方法,先将面料进行煮练、漂白,消除丝和棉的原始色差,然后用一体化染色整理液对面料进行染色整理,采用尼泊尔金酯、氨基酸酯和聚丙烯酸钠组成的混合乳化剂,并与螯合剂、促染剂、分散剂等添加剂共同使用,不但染色效果均匀,而且浴比低,染色时间短,大大降低了能耗并降低了水的使用量,有利于环保。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种丝绵混纺面料的染色方法,包括以下步骤:
A、在pH值6.0-6.5的条件下,对面料进行煮练、漂白处理;
B、在一体化染色整理液中进行染色整理,浴比为1:20,pH值为5.5-6.0,染色温度控制在85℃,时间为18min;
C、高温定型:温度为125℃,时间为35s;
所述的一体化染色整理液,包括以下成分:
天然植物染料 20g/L
EDTA 2g/L
促染剂 8g/L
柠檬酸 12g/L
混合乳化剂 35g/L
分散剂 0.7g/L
抗起毛起球整理液 6g/L
防皱整理液 3g/L
余量为去离子水;
所述的分散剂为科宁Hydropalat 875;
所述的促染剂为尿素;
所述的混合乳化剂为尼泊尔金酯、氨基酸酯和聚丙烯酸钠。
实施例2
一种丝绵混纺面料的染色方法,包括以下步骤:
A、在pH值6.0-6.5的条件下,对面料进行煮练、漂白处理;
B、在一体化染色整理液中进行染色整理,浴比为1:25,pH值为5.5-6.0,染色温度控制在80℃,时间为20min;
C、高温定型:温度为120℃,时间为40s;
所述的一体化染色整理液,包括以下成分:
天然植物染料 8g/L
EDTA 3g/L
促染剂 5g/L
柠檬酸 15g/L
混合乳化剂 30g/L
分散剂 0.8g/L
抗起毛起球整理液 5g/L
防皱整理液 5g/L
余量为去离子水;
所述的分散剂为科宁Hydropalat 875;
所述的促染剂为尿素;
所述的混合乳化剂为尼泊尔金酯、氨基酸酯和聚丙烯酸钠。
实施例3
一种丝绵混纺面料的染色方法,包括以下步骤:
A、在pH值6.0-6.5的条件下,对面料进行煮练、漂白处理;
B、在一体化染色整理液中进行染色整理,浴比为1:15,pH值为5.5-6.0,染色温度控制在90℃,时间为15min;
C、高温定型:温度为130℃,时间为30s;
所述的一体化染色整理液,包括以下成分:
天然植物染料 30g/L
EDTA 1g/L
促染剂 10g/L
柠檬酸 8g/L
混合乳化剂 50g/L
分散剂 0.5g/L
抗起毛起球整理液 8g/L
防皱整理液 2g/L
余量为去离子水;
所述的分散剂为科宁Hydropalat 875;
所述的促染剂为尿素;
所述的混合乳化剂为尼泊尔金酯、氨基酸酯和聚丙烯酸钠。
经测试,使用本发明你的实施例1-3的染色方法对丝绵混纺面料进行染色,皂洗色牢度为4级。

A、在pH值6.0-6.5的条件下,对面料进行煮练、漂白处理;
B、在一体化染色整理液中进行染色整理,浴比为1:(15-25),pH值为5.5-6.0,染色温度控制在80-90℃,时间为15-20min;
C、高温定型:温度为120-130℃,时间为30-40s;
所述的一体化染色整理液,包括以下成分:
天然植物染料 8-30g/L
EDTA 1-3g/L
促染剂 5-10g/L
柠檬酸 8-15g/L
混合乳化剂 30-50g/L
分散剂 0.5-0.8g/L
