本发明属于日用化学品技术领域,具体涉及一种空调杀菌清洗剂及其制备方法。本发明空调杀菌清洗剂包括以下组分及其质量百分比:非离子表面活性剂16~20%、阴离子表面活性剂7~10%、杀菌剂3~6%、柠檬酸1.5~3%、水溶性助剂1.5~5%、螯合剂1~3%和水53~70%。本发明的技术优势在于:配伍合理、科学,各组分相互作用,洗涤完成后无需用水冲洗,其次,迅速杀灭空调器过滤网和散热片上的细菌和霉菌,在清洗部位形成一层杀菌膜,可以有效预防细菌和霉菌的生长繁殖。

背景技术
空调器在使用一段时间后,过滤网和散热片上往往积聚着大量的灰尘和污垢,这些污垢由于空调器使用的环境不同,其组成成分也略有不同,无烟场所,如家庭卧室、图书馆、电影放映厅等,过滤网和散热片的污垢主要是由悬浮于空气中的灰尘组成,而家庭客厅、饭店、咖啡馆等场所的空调器污垢,除了上述悬浮尘外,还有大量的油腻性污垢,这些污垢会加速灰尘的吸附。污垢、灰尘在空调器内部的大量积聚,会大大降低空调的工作效率,增加能耗。
现有空调清洗剂主要依靠酸性清洗剂或者碱性清洗剂,借助酸或碱的腐蚀性去除表面的污垢和锈斑,这种去污效果虽然较为快捷和明显,但是对空调零部件表面损伤较大,金属尤其是铝材料制成的部件,腐蚀较为严重,同时使用过程中有刺鼻气味,污染环境,并且没有较好的灭菌效果。
中国专利CN101475878B公开了一种空调整机清洗剂及清洗方法,由柠檬酸、磷酸或硼酸、无机强酸中的至少两种、非离子表面活性剂或非离子表面活性剂与阴离子表面活性剂复配、含氧溶剂和酸缓蚀剂组成,该清洗剂虽然能够有效的去除空调表面的污垢,但是其并不具备杀菌、除霉、抗静电的作用。
中国专利CN102138566B公开了一种无毒杀螨灭菌集中空调通风***清洗剂,该发明清洗剂包括右旋柠檬烯、右旋苯醚菊酯、右旋胺菊酯、和聚六亚甲基胍和乳化剂,该清洗剂虽然具有优异的杀菌作用,但是并不具备杀菌、除霉、抗静电的作用,其去污除尘效果也不好。
因此,解决现有技术中存在的问题,开发一种具有优异的杀菌、除霉和去污的家用空调清洗剂是目前空调清洗剂领域的难题。
发明内容
为解决现有家用空调不具备杀菌、除霉和去污等协同功效的问题,本发明提供一种空调杀菌清洗剂及其制备方法。
本发明空调杀菌清洗剂包括以下组分及其质量百分比:
非离子表面活性剂16~20%、阴离子表面活性剂7~10%、杀菌剂3~6%、柠檬酸1.5~3%、水溶性助剂1.5~5%、螯合剂1~3%和水53~70%。
优选的,所述的空调杀菌清洗剂由以下组分及其质量百分比组成:
非离子表面活性剂18%、阴离子表面活性剂8.5%、杀菌剂4.5%、柠檬酸2.25%、水溶性助剂3.25%、螯合剂2%和水61.5%。
优选的,所述的非离子表面活性剂为辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚。
优选的,所述的阴离子表面活性剂为十二烷基苯磺酸钠。
优选的,所述的杀菌剂由十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵和四氯间苯二腈按质量比2:3组成。
优选的,所述的水溶性助剂为乙醇。
优选的,所述的螯合剂为乙二胺四乙酸二钠。
此外本发明还提供了一种空调杀菌清洗剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、在预溶罐中加入非离子表面活性剂和阴离子表面活性剂;
S2、加入30%的水搅拌至完全溶解;
S3、搅拌下加入杀菌剂、柠檬酸、水溶性助剂和螯合剂直至完全溶解;
S4、持续搅拌下加入剩余量的水,即得。

本发明提供的空调杀菌清洗剂中非离子表面活性剂辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚在水溶液中不产生离子,其分子中的亲油基团与离子型表面活性剂的亲油基团大致相同,其亲水基团主要是由具有一定数量的含氧集团构成;阴离子表面活性剂十二烷基苯磺酸钠在水中电离后其表面活性作用的部分带负电荷,非/阴离子表面活性剂的存在使清洗剂具有去污能力;十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵具有广谱、高效的杀菌灭藻能力,能有效地控制水中菌藻繁殖和粘泥生长,并具有良好的粘泥剥离作用和一定的分散、渗透作用,同时具有一定的去油、除臭和缓蚀作用,能降低表面张力,使脂肪乳化,故有清洁除污作用,能改变细菌胞浆膜的通透性,使菌体内一些重要物质外渗,阻碍其代谢而呈杀菌效果,作用强而快,毒性低;四氯间苯二腈为高效广谱杀菌剂,具有保护作用,对弱酸、弱碱及光热稳定,无腐蚀作用;乙二胺四乙酸二钠为性能优良的螯合剂对金属具有很好的螯合效果。
本发明配伍合理、科学,各组分相互配合、协同作用,协同增强其去污力和杀菌功能。
与现有技术相比,本发明的技术优势在于:配伍合理、科学,各组分相互作用,洗涤完成后无需用水冲洗,其次,迅速杀灭空调器过滤网和散热片上的细菌和霉菌,在清洗部位形成一层杀菌膜,可以有效预防细菌和霉菌的生长繁殖。
具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施例对本发明做进一步详细说明,这些实施例仅用于例证的目的,绝不限制本发明的保护范围。
实施例1-3,对比例1-2
表1列出了本发明提供的具体实施例1-3和对比例1-2空调杀菌清洗剂的组分及质量百分比。
对比例1与实施例2的区别在于:不含十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵,增加四氯间苯二腈的含量。
对比例2与实施例2的区别在于:杀菌剂由十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵和四氯间苯二腈按质量比1:1组成。
实施例2空调杀菌清洗剂的制备方法:
S1、在预溶罐中加入非离子表面活性剂和阴离子表面活性剂;
S2、加入30%的水搅拌至完全溶解;
S3、搅拌下加入杀菌剂、柠檬酸、水溶性助剂和螯合剂直至完全溶解;
S4、持续搅拌下加入剩余量的水,即得。
实施例1、实施例3和对比例1-2空调杀菌清洗剂的制备方法与实施例2类似。
产品性能评价测试
对本发明实施例1-3和对比例1-2所得空调杀菌清洗剂进行杀菌防霉性能测试,采用载体喷雾法进行,试验菌为金黄色葡萄球菌和黑曲霉,分别为细菌、霉菌的代表菌种,载体选用金属铝,制成直径为2.4cm的圆形金属片,事先针对不同杀菌体系进行中和剂鉴定试验,选择合适的中和剂。将金属铝片分别染以不同菌种悬液,使菌片活菌含量达105-106cfu/ml,自然干燥后,将上述配方喷洒至菌片表面(对照为磷酸盐缓冲溶液),作用至预定时间,将菌片移入盛有5ml中和剂的试管中,中和作用10min,洗下菌片上的菌,进行活菌计数,按公式计算灭菌率:灭菌率(%)=(对照组活菌浓度平均值-试验组活菌浓度平均值)/对照组活菌浓度平均值,结果如表2所示。

从表2可以看出本发明实施例1-3对金黄色葡萄球菌和黑曲霉的灭菌率高于对比例1-2,说明本发明杀菌剂由十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵和四氯间苯二腈按质量比2:3组成对金黄色葡萄球菌和黑曲霉具有更好的杀灭效果。
以上仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出的是,上述优选实施方式不应视为对本发明的限制,本发明的保护范围应当以权利要求所限定的范围为准。对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明的精神和范围内,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (8)
1.一种空调杀菌清洗剂,其特征在于,包括以下组分及其质量百分比:
非离子表面活性剂16~20%、阴离子表面活性剂7~10%、杀菌剂3~6%、柠檬酸1.5~3%、水溶性助剂1.5~5%、螯合剂1~3%和水53~70%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的空调杀菌清洗剂,其特征在于,由以下组分及其质量百分比组成:非离子表面活性剂18%、阴离子表面活性剂8.5%、杀菌剂4.5%、柠檬酸2.25%、水溶性助剂3.25%、螯合剂2%和水61.5%。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的空调杀菌清洗剂,其特征在于,所述的非离子表面活性剂为辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的空调杀菌清洗剂,其特征在于,所述的阴离子表面活性剂为十二烷基苯磺酸钠。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的空调杀菌清洗剂,其特征在于,所述的杀菌剂由十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵和四氯间苯二腈按质量比2:3组成。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的空调杀菌清洗剂,其特征在于,所述的水溶性助剂为乙醇。
7.根据权利要求1或2所述的空调杀菌清洗剂,其特征在于,所述的螯合剂为乙二胺四乙酸二钠。
8.根据权利要求1-7任一项所述的空调杀菌清洗剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1、在预溶罐中加入非离子表面活性剂和阴离子表面活性剂;
S2、加入30%的水搅拌至完全溶解;
S3、搅拌下加入杀菌剂、柠檬酸、水溶性助剂和螯合剂直至完全溶解;
S4、持续搅拌下加入剩余量的水,即得。
