实施例一:聚丙烯酰胺10份、十二醇硫酸钠16份、二乙烯三胺五甲叉膦酸5份、氨基三甲叉膦酸5份、硼酸双甘酯单硬脂酸酯8份、槐糖脂12份、2,3-丁二酮1份、环氧乙烷3份、冰醋酸0.05份、纯净水80份、乙醇50份、中药挥发油60份。
实施例二:聚丙烯酰胺15份、十二醇硫酸钠20份、二乙烯三胺五甲叉膦酸2份、氨基三甲叉膦酸7份、硼酸双甘酯单硬脂酸酯10份、槐糖脂6份、2,3-丁二酮2份、环氧乙烷5份、冰醋酸0.02份、纯净水100份、乙醇60份、中药挥发油40份。
实施例三:聚丙烯酰胺20份、十二醇硫酸钠12份、二乙烯三胺五甲叉膦酸3份、氨基三甲叉膦酸10份、硼酸双甘酯单硬脂酸酯5份、槐糖脂8份、2,3-丁二酮3份、环氧乙烷2份、冰醋酸0.03份、纯净水120份、乙醇40份、中药挥发油50份。
所述的中药挥发油由下述重量份实施例的中药原料组成:
实施例1:枯木10份、鱼腥草9份、连翘8份、了哥王3份、决明子8份、仙人掌5份、桔梗5份、虎杖9份、吴茱萸10份、板蓝根10份、射干8份。
实施例2:枯木12份、鱼腥草10份、连翘5份、了哥王4份、决明子10份、仙人掌2份、桔梗10份、虎杖12份、吴茱萸6份、板蓝根15份、射干10份。
实施例3:枯木15份、鱼腥草8份、连翘6份、了哥王5份、决明子6份、仙人掌3份、桔梗15份、虎杖7份、吴茱萸8份、板蓝根20份、射干6份。
如图1、图2和图3所示,采用本发明(实施例1和实施例1结合)应用于大型中央空调机组过滤器上和对照组(75%酒精)相比,杀菌效果明显提升。
所述的中药挥发油由下述方法制得:①将各中药原料粉碎,所有粉碎中药原料的粒度均小于1cm;②将步骤粉碎后的中药原料加入至水中浸泡2-3h;③将浸泡后的中药原料和蒸馏水加入至蒸馏釜内蒸馏2-3h,蒸馏水为中药原料重量的3-4倍,蒸馏得到中药挥发油。
大型中央空调机组用清洁剂及其制备方法和使用方法,所述的包括下述步骤:①将聚丙烯酰胺、十二醇硫酸钠、二乙烯三胺五甲叉膦酸、氨基三甲叉膦酸、硼酸双甘酯单硬脂酸酯、槐糖脂、冰醋酸加入至纯净水中,搅拌升温至40-50℃,保温1h,得到混合液Ⅰ;②将2,3-丁二酮、环氧乙烷和中药挥发油加入至乙醇中,搅拌混合,得到混合液Ⅱ;③将混合液Ⅰ和混合液Ⅱ,搅拌混合后降低至室温,得到大型中央空调机组用清洁剂及其制备方法和使用方法。
大型中央空调机组用清洁剂及其制备方法和使用方法,将一种基于中草药的杀菌洗涤剂注入至喷雾瓶内,雾化喷出至大型空调机组的内壁、外壁、换热器和过滤器上,等待1-2min,然后水洗1-2遍,再在过滤器上喷上一层。

Claims (10)

1.大型中央空调机组用清洁剂及其制备方法和使用方法,其特征在于:由下述重量份原料组成:聚丙烯酰胺10-20份、十二醇硫酸钠12-20份、二乙烯三胺五甲叉膦酸2-5份、氨基三甲叉膦酸5-10份、硼酸双甘酯单硬脂酸酯5-10份、槐糖脂6-12份、2,3-丁二酮1-3份、环氧乙烷2-5份、冰醋酸0.02-0.05份、纯净水80-120份、乙醇40-60份、中药挥发油40-60份; 所述的中药挥发油由下述重量份的中药原料组成:枯木10-15份、鱼腥草8-10份、连翘5-8份、了哥王3-5份、决明子6-10份、仙人掌2-5份、桔梗5-15份、虎杖7-12份、吴茱萸6-10份、板蓝根10-20份、射干6-10份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的大型中央空调机组用清洁剂及其制备方法和使用方法,其特征在于:由下述重量份原料组成:聚丙烯酰胺10份、十二醇硫酸钠16份、二乙烯三胺五甲叉膦酸5份、氨基三甲叉膦酸5份、硼酸双甘酯单硬脂酸酯8份、槐糖脂12份、2,3-丁二酮1份、环氧乙烷3份、冰醋酸0.05份、纯净水80份、乙醇50份、中药挥发油60份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的大型中央空调机组用清洁剂及其制备方法和使用方法,其特征在于:由下述重量份原料组成:聚丙烯酰胺15份、十二醇硫酸钠20份、二乙烯三胺五甲叉膦酸2份、氨基三甲叉膦酸7份、硼酸双甘酯单硬脂酸酯10份、槐糖脂6份、2,3-丁二酮2份、环氧乙烷5份、冰醋酸0.02份、纯净水100份、乙醇60份、中药挥发油40份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的大型中央空调机组用清洁剂及其制备方法和使用方法,其特征在于:由下述重量份原料组成:聚丙烯酰胺20份、十二醇硫酸钠12份、二乙烯三胺五甲叉膦酸3份、氨基三甲叉膦酸10份、硼酸双甘酯单硬脂酸酯5份、槐糖脂8份、2,3-丁二酮3份、环氧乙烷2份、冰醋酸0.03份、纯净水120份、乙醇40份、中药挥发油50份。
5.根据权利要求1所述的大型中央空调机组用清洁剂及其制备方法和使用方法,其特征在于:所述的中药挥发油由下述重量份的中药原料组成:枯木10份、鱼腥草9份、连翘8份、了哥王3份、决明子8份、仙人掌5份、桔梗5份、虎杖9份、吴茱萸10份、板蓝根10份、射干8份。

10.根据权利要求1所述的大型中央空调机组用清洁剂及其制备方法和使用方法,其特征在于:将一种基于中草药的杀菌洗涤剂注入至喷雾瓶内,雾化喷出至大型空调机组的内壁、外壁、换热器和过滤器上,等待1-2min,然后水洗1-2遍,再在过滤器上喷上一层。
