本发明通过以下技术方案来实现:
一种室内厨房玻璃用清洗剂,由如下重量份的物质制成:
3~5份脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、3~4份十二烷基硫酸钠、2~4份十二烷基苯磺酸钠、1~2份辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚、2~4份椰油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺、2~3份苯并三氮唑、1~3份乙二胺四乙酸、2~4份焦磷酸钾、0.5~1.5份烷醇酰胺、2~4份改性硅藻土、100~110份水;所述改性硅藻土由如下重量份的物质制成:30~35份硅藻土、8~12份纳米纤维素、4~5份钛酸偶联剂、2~3份乙二醇、1~2份单硬脂酸甘油酯、0.5~1份柠檬酸钠。
优选的,由如下重量份的物质制成:
4份脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、3.5份十二烷基硫酸钠、3份十二烷基苯磺酸钠、1.5份辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚、3份椰油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺、2.5份苯并三氮唑、2份乙二胺四乙酸、3份焦磷酸钾、1份烷醇酰胺、3份改性硅藻土、105份水;所述改性硅藻土由如下重量份的物质制成:33份硅藻土、10份纳米纤维素、4.5份钛酸偶联剂、2.5份乙二醇、1.5份单硬脂酸甘油酯、0.8份柠檬酸钠。
进一步的,所述改性硅藻土的制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)将硅藻土放入质量分数为5%的磷酸溶液中浸泡处理20~30min后取出,用去离子水冲洗干净后备用;
(2)将步骤(1)处理后的硅藻土放入温度为600~650℃的条件下煅烧处理2~3h后取出,粉碎过600目后备用;
(3)将步骤(2)处理后的硅藻土和纳米纤维素共同放入其总质量4倍的清水中,再加入钛酸偶联剂、乙二醇、单硬脂酸甘油酯、柠檬酸钠,加热保持温度为78~ 82℃,不断搅拌处理40~50min后过滤,最后干燥至整体水含量不大于6%即可。
一种室内厨房玻璃用清洗剂的制备方法,具体是:将脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、十二烷基硫酸钠、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚、椰油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺、苯并三氮唑、乙二胺四乙酸、焦磷酸钾、烷醇酰胺、改性硅藻土、水共同混合,加热至83~86℃,以1500~1600转/分钟的转速不断搅拌至均匀即可。

本发明合理配制了表面活性剂、缓蚀剂等成分,为清洗剂奠定了良好的理化性能,同时又添加了改性硅藻土成分,其由硅藻土、纳米纤维素等成分制成,改性处理后提升了硅藻土和纳米纤维素的表面活性,增强了其对污物杂质的吸附效果,同时两者构成的点、线交错网络可进一步提升清洗剂对污物的清除效果,且易被水去除,不会沉积在玻璃表面上。最终在各物质成分的共同配合作用下,本发明制得的玻璃清洗剂能有效去除杂质,清洗效果好,速度快,对环境污染较小。

实施例1
一种室内厨房玻璃用清洗剂,由如下重量份的物质制成:
3份脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、3份十二烷基硫酸钠、2份十二烷基苯磺酸钠、1份辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚、2份椰油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺、2份苯并三氮唑、1份乙二胺四乙酸、2份焦磷酸钾、0.5份烷醇酰胺、2份改性硅藻土、100份水;所述改性硅藻土由如下重量份的物质制成:30份硅藻土、8份纳米纤维素、4份钛酸偶联剂、2份乙二醇、1份单硬脂酸甘油酯、0.5份柠檬酸钠。
进一步的,所述改性硅藻土的制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)将硅藻土放入质量分数为5%的磷酸溶液中浸泡处理25min后取出,用去离子水冲洗干净后备用;
(2)将步骤(1)处理后的硅藻土放入温度为620℃的条件下煅烧处理2.5h后取出,粉碎过600目后备用;
(3)将步骤(2)处理后的硅藻土和纳米纤维素共同放入其总质量4倍的清水中,再加入钛酸偶联剂、乙二醇、单硬脂酸甘油酯、柠檬酸钠,加热保持温度为80℃,不断搅拌处理42min后过滤,最后干燥至整体水含量不大于6%即可。

本对比实施例1与实施例1相比,其制备改性硅藻土时,仅仅是将对应重量份的硅藻土和纳米纤维素混合,其中硅藻土粉碎过600目,除此外的方法步骤均相同。

现有的玻璃清洗剂。
为了对比本发明效果,对上述清洗剂进行清洗效果测试,具体为:取上述六种方法对应的清洗剂,每种取2g注入相同的100mL烧杯中,分别加入去离子水稀释至60g备用,然后将相同规格的玻璃试片称重(g1)后放入相同的油污中,浸泡放置5min挂油后取出称重(g2),然后将挂油后的试片放入上述烧杯中,不断晃动烧杯,处理1min后取出,将试片用吹风机吹干后称重(g3),计算g0=g2-g3的数值,相应的对比数据如下表1所示:

(3)将步骤(2)处理后的硅藻土和纳米纤维素共同放入其总质量4倍的清水中,再加入钛酸偶联剂、乙二醇、单硬脂酸甘油酯、柠檬酸钠,加热保持温度为78~ 82℃,不断搅拌处理40~50min后过滤,最后干燥至整体水含量不大于6%即可。
