本发明涉及一种生物膜反应器,采取的技术方案是:反应器上部为好氧区,下部为缺氧区,将沉淀池的硝化液回流入反应器的缺氧区,形成“前置式反硝化***”,达到去除氮的目的。将反应器运行2个月,结果表明:该反应器通过设置好氧和缺氧2种环境,并且通过内循环回流,形成“前置式反硝化***”,可达到较好地去除有机物和氮的目的,其中水力停留时间为影响硝化作用的重要参数。在反应器的好氧区有同步硝化反硝化现象发生。

本发明涉及一种一体化生物膜反应器。
背景技术
生物膜法应用于污水处理领域中,在许多情况下不仅能代替活性污泥法,而且具有一些独特的优点,如运行稳定、抗冲击负荷、更为经济节能、无污泥膨胀的问题、具有一定的硝化与反硝化功能等。
发明内容
本发明为解决上述技术问题,提供了一种生物膜反应器,采取的技术方案是:反应器上部为好氧区,下部为缺氧区,将沉淀池的硝化液回流入反应器的缺氧区,形成“前置式反硝化***”,达到去除氮的目的。
本发明将硝化与反硝化置于一个反应器中,使得结构紧凑、占地小、投资省。
具体实施方式
好氧区添加6部分的生物膜活性载体,缺氧区无载体。好氧区与缺氧区接种污泥取自污水处理厂曝气池的活性污泥,接种质量浓度为10 g/L,在好氧区和缺氧区均接种1.5L。
该一体化高效生物膜反应器可以通过设置好氧和缺氧2种环境,并且通过内循环回流,形成“前置式反硝化***”达到去除有机物和氮的目的。2)一体化高效生物膜反应器对生活污水有较好的处理效果。水力停留时间为影响硝化作用的重要参数。3)在反应器的好氧区有同步硝化反硝化现象发生。
