本发明公开了一种切纸机的切刀座快拆装置,包含一固定座体,所述的固定座体包含一方块状的固定主体,所述的固定主体的尾部设有一对纵向设置的连接圆孔,所述的固定主体的头部设有一“C”字形的导向弧槽,所述的固定主体的侧壁上设有一锁止销孔,所述的导向弧槽内设有一可转动的导向柱。当需要更换切刀座时,只要旋松定位销,然后将导向柱转动,使得导向柱的开口朝外,使用者就可以将整个切刀座从导轨上拆卸下来。该切纸机的切刀座快拆装置结构简单,效果明显,成本低廉,实用性强。

本发明涉及一种切纸装置,更确切地说,是一种切纸机的切刀座快拆装置。
背景技术
切纸机是一种常见的印刷剪裁设备,一般利用气缸滑座上的切刀座进行直线切割。由于切刀座在导轨上滑动,更换切刀座时需要拆卸整个机座,并抽出导轨,颇为麻烦。
发明内容
本发明主要是解决现有技术所存在的技术问题,从而提供一种切纸机的切刀座快拆装置。
本发明的上述技术问题主要是通过下述技术方案得以解决的:
一种切纸机的切刀座快拆装置,其特征在于,所述的切纸机的切刀座快拆装置包含一固定座体,所述的固定座体包含一方块状的固定主体,所述的固定主体的尾部设有一对纵向设置的连接圆孔,所述的固定主体的头部设有一“C”字形的导向弧槽,所述的固定主体的侧壁上设有一锁止销孔,所述的导向弧槽内设有一可转动的导向柱,所述的导向柱包含一“C”字形的导向主体,所述的导向主体的轴心上设有一矩形的贯穿的导向卡口,所述的导向主体的侧壁上设有一弧形的定位弧片,所述的定位弧片上设有一定位销孔,一定位销分别贯穿所述的锁止销孔和定位销孔。
作为本发明较佳的实施例,所述的固定座体和导向柱均为不锈钢制成。
本发明的切纸机的切刀座快拆装置的优点是:使用时,当需要更换切刀座时,只要旋松定位销,然后将导向柱转动,使得导向柱的开口朝外,使用者就可以将整个切刀座从导轨上拆卸下来。然后,将新的切刀座的导向柱再次卡入到导轨,并转动导向柱,使得导向柱的开口朝内,并再次旋紧定位销即可。这样就完成了切刀座的更换,简单方便,无需拆机,易于维护。该切纸机的切刀座快拆装置结构简单,效果明显,成本低廉,实用性强。

如图1至图4所示,该切纸机的切刀座快拆装置1包含一固定座体2,该固定座体2包含一方块状的固定主体21,该固定主体21的尾部设有一对纵向设置的连接圆孔22,该固定主体21的头部设有一“C”字形的导向弧槽24,该固定主体21的侧壁上设有一锁止销孔23,该导向弧槽24内设有一可转动的导向柱3,该导向柱3包含一“C”字形的导向主体31,该导向主体31的轴心上设有一矩形的贯穿的导向卡口32,该导向主体31的侧壁上设有一弧形的定位弧片33,该定位弧片33上设有一定位销孔34,一定位销4分别贯穿该锁止销孔23和定位销孔34。
该固定座体2和导向柱3均为不锈钢制成。
使用时,如图3所示,当需要更换切刀座时,只要旋松定位销4,然后将导向柱3转动,使得导向柱3的开口朝外,这样,使用者就可以将整个切刀座从导轨上拆卸下来。然后,将新的切刀座的导向柱3再次卡入到导轨,并转动导向柱3,使得导向柱3的开口朝内,并再次旋紧定位销4即可。这样就完成了切刀座的更换,简单方便,无需拆机,易于维护。
该切纸机的切刀座快拆装置结构简单,效果明显,成本低廉,实用性强。
不局限于此,任何不经过创造性劳动想到的变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此,本发明的保护范围应该以权利要求书所限定的保护范围为准。
