The present embodiment is different from the first embodiment in that the lower electrode 11 and the inner electrode 29 are elastically abutted to improve the conductive performance; in addition, the two ends of the atomizing core 2 are respectively and elastically abutted against the oil cup assembly 3 and the lower electrode 11 and are clamped and fixed by the oil cup assembly 3 and the lower electrode 11, and the elastic clamping and fixing mode can play a role in buffering and enhance the shock resistance of the atomizing core 2.
Specifically, a guide sleeve 14 is further disposed between the lower electrode 11 and the first insulating sleeve 15, and the guide sleeve 14 has a guide through hole 141 penetrating through the guide sleeve 14 and an elastic member 142 accommodated in the guide through hole 141. The guide sleeve 14 is formed with an annular baffle 143 protruding inward at an end thereof remote from the atomizing core 2 for positioning the elastic member 142, one end of the elastic member 142 abuts against the baffle 143, and the other end thereof elastically abuts against the lower electrode 11.
Preferably, the elastic member 142 is maintained in a compressed state to ensure that the lower electrode 11 is pressed against the inner electrode 29 to clamp and fix the atomizing core 2.
Preferably, the elastic member 142 may be a spring, an elastic rubber pad, or other common elastic members.
Preferably, the inner wall of the guiding sleeve 14 near one end of the atomizing core 2 protrudes inwards to form an annular limiting boss 144 which is matched with and movably connected with the lower electrode 11, that is, the outer diameter of the lower electrode 11 is close to the inner diameter of the limiting boss 11, so as to avoid the lower electrode 11 from shaking when moving along the guiding sleeve 14 and limit the distance of the lower electrode 11 moving along the guiding sleeve 14, and improve the reliability and stability of the electrical connection between the lower electrode 11 and the inner electrode 29.
Referring to fig. 6, a third embodiment is shown in conjunction with fig. 7 and 8.
The difference between this embodiment and the first and second embodiments is that the outer wall surface of the atomizing sleeve 21 is provided with friction lines 213 at one end close to the oil cup assembly 3 or on the outer wall surface of the whole atomizing sleeve 21, so as to enhance the friction force between the atomizing core 2 and the hand when the user pulls out the atomizing core 2, and further facilitate the assembly and disassembly of the atomizing core 2.
The embodiments in the present description are described in a progressive manner, each embodiment focuses on differences from other embodiments, and the same or similar parts in the embodiments are referred to each other.
The implementation of the atomization assembly and the electronic cigarette has the following beneficial effects:
(1) The atomizing core 2 in the invention is not fixedly connected with the connecting sleeve 1 as in the prior art, but is directly inserted into the end part of the connecting sleeve 1 in a tensioning fit manner. The user is when needs are dismantled atomizing core 2, only need earlier detach oil cup subassembly 3 and adapter sleeve 1, then with atomizing core 2 from adapter sleeve 1 directly extract can, do not need other appurtenance, the step of dismouting atomizing core 2 has not only been simplified, the time that the dismouting process lost that has still significantly reduced, and can seal the tobacco tar betterly through tight complex mode that rises, avoided producing easily through connection modes such as screw thread that the tobacco tar leaks and the easy scheduling problem that misplaces from the line department.
(2) The both ends of atomizing core 2 respectively with oil cup subassembly 3 and 11 elastic butt of bottom electrode to being pressed from both sides tightly fixedly by oil cup subassembly 3 and bottom electrode 11, the tight fixed mode of this kind of elastic clamping can play the cushioning effect, and the shock resistance of reinforcing atomizing core 2 seals the tobacco tar betterly, prevents that the tobacco tar from leaking.
(3) The outer wall surface of the atomizing sleeve 21 is provided with friction grains 213, so that when the user pulls out the atomizing core 2, the friction force between the atomizing core 2 and the hand of the user is enhanced, and the atomizing core 2 is further convenient to disassemble and assemble.
(4) The first sealing ring 27 and the second sealing ring 5 can effectively prevent the tobacco tar in the oil storage cavity 33 from flowing out of the oil cup component 3, and the sealing capability to the tobacco tar is increased.
(5) The decorative sleeve 4 made of metal materials can enhance the reliability of the threaded connection between the decorative sleeve and the connecting sleeve 1 and can prolong the service life of the electronic cigarette.
While the present invention has been described with reference to the embodiments shown in the drawings, the present invention is not limited to the embodiments, which are illustrative and not restrictive, and it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various changes and modifications can be made therein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined in the appended claims.

Claims (17)

  1. An electronic cigarette comprises an atomization component and a battery component which are connected with each other, and is characterized in that the atomization component comprises a connecting sleeve (1), an atomization core (2) and an oil cup component (3);
    the connecting sleeve (1) is detachably connected with the atomizing core (2), the oil cup component (3) and the battery component respectively, and a lower electrode (11) electrically connected with the battery component is arranged in the connecting sleeve (1); the oil cup component (3) comprises an oil storage sleeve (31), a vent pipe (32) which is positioned in the oil storage sleeve (31) and arranged along the axial direction of the oil storage sleeve (31), and a cigarette holder (34) which is arranged at one end of the oil storage sleeve (31), wherein an oil storage cavity (33) for storing tobacco tar is enclosed by the oil storage sleeve (31) and the vent pipe (32), and an airflow channel for supplying airflow to the cigarette holder (34) is enclosed by the vent pipe (32); the atomizing core (2) is arranged in the oil storage cavity (33), and the atomizing core (2) is detachably inserted into the end part of the connecting sleeve (1) in a tension fit manner;
    the atomizing core (2) comprises an atomizing sleeve (21), a heating wire assembly (22) accommodated in the atomizing sleeve (21), an atomizing cover (23) and a sealing sleeve (24) for preventing tobacco tar from entering the atomizing sleeve (21), a tobacco tar latch (25) made of an oil absorption material, and an inner electrode (29) inserted at the end part of the atomizing sleeve (21) and electrically connected with the heating wire assembly (22);
    the atomizing sleeve (21) is provided with an oil guide hole (211) communicated with the oil storage cavity (33); the tobacco tar latch (25) is sleeved in the atomizing sleeve (21) and attached to the inner circumferential surface of the atomizing sleeve (21) and used for conveying the tobacco tar in the oil storage cavity (33) to the electric heating wire assembly (22) through the oil guide hole (211) for atomization; the atomizing cover (23) is arranged at one end of the atomizing sleeve (21) close to the vent pipe (32), and the sealing sleeve (24) is arranged between the atomizing cover (23) and the vent pipe (32); the seal sleeve (24) is elastically abutted against the vent pipe (32) at the end part of the atomization core (2), and the inner electrode (29) is abutted against the lower electrode (11) at the other end of the atomization core (2).
  2. The electronic cigarette according to claim 1, wherein the atomizing core (2) further comprises at least one first sealing ring (27) for preventing the smoke from flowing out of the oil storage cavity (33) along a gap between the atomizing sleeve (21) and the connecting sleeve (1), and the outer circumferential surface of the atomizing sleeve (21) is provided with at least one first sealing groove (28) for mounting the first sealing ring (27).
  3. The electronic cigarette according to claim 1, wherein the heating wire assembly (22) comprises an oil guiding rope (221) abutting against the tobacco tar latch (25) and a heating wire (222) wound and fixed on the oil guiding rope (221), and the oil guiding rope (221) is used for conducting the tobacco tar obtained from the tobacco tar latch (25) to heat and atomize the heating wire (222).
  4. The electronic cigarette according to claim 3, wherein the heating wire assembly (22) further comprises a glass fiber tube (223) disposed in the atomizing sleeve (21) and sleeved on the inner electrode (29), a mounting hole (224) for the oil guiding rope (221) to pass through is formed in the glass fiber tube (223), and the heating wire (222) is wound on the oil guiding rope (221) disposed in the glass fiber tube (223).
  5. The electronic cigarette according to claim 1, wherein the atomizing cover (23) is provided with a first vent hole (231) penetrating through the atomizing cover (23), and the first vent hole (231) is respectively communicated with the atomizing sleeve (21) and the vent pipe (32).
  6. The electronic cigarette according to claim 5, wherein the sealing sleeve (24) is provided with a second vent hole (241) penetrating through the sealing sleeve (24), the sealing sleeve (24) is inserted on the atomizing cover (23), and the second vent hole (241) is communicated with the vent pipe (32) and the first vent hole (231).
  7. The electronic cigarette according to claim 1, further comprising a decorative sleeve (4) made of a metal material, wherein the decorative sleeve (4) is detachably connected with the connecting sleeve (1), and the decorative sleeve (4) is wrapped at the connecting part of the connecting sleeve (1) and the oil cup assembly (3); the oil storage sleeve (31) is clamped and fixed in a gap formed between the decorative sleeve (4) and the connecting sleeve (1).
  8. The electronic cigarette according to claim 7, wherein the oil storage sleeve (31) is provided with a notch at one end close to the connecting sleeve (1), and the thickness of the oil storage sleeve (31) at the notch is matched with that of the decorative sleeve (4) so as to ensure that when the decorative sleeve (4) is wrapped on the connecting part of the connecting sleeve (1) and the oil cup assembly (3), the decorative sleeve (4) is accommodated in the notch to flatten the outer peripheral surface of the electronic cigarette.
  9. The electronic cigarette according to claim 7, wherein at least two second sealing rings (5) for preventing the smoke oil in the oil storage cavity (33) from flowing out of the oil cup component (3) are arranged between the connecting sleeve (1) and the oil cup component (3), and at least two second sealing grooves (12) for accommodating the second sealing rings (5) are formed in the outer peripheral surface of the connecting part of the connecting sleeve (1) connected with the oil cup component (3).
  10. The electronic cigarette according to claim 1, wherein the connecting sleeve (1) and the atomizing sleeve (21) are made of conductive materials or have conductive layers on the surfaces, when the battery assembly supplies power to the atomizing assembly, the connecting sleeve (1) is electrically connected with the battery assembly and the atomizing sleeve (21) respectively, and the lower electrode (11) is electrically connected with the battery assembly and the inner electrode (29) respectively;
    a first insulating sleeve (15) is arranged between the connecting sleeve (1) and the lower electrode (11), and the connecting sleeve (1) is electrically isolated from the lower electrode (11) by the first insulating sleeve (15); a second insulating sleeve (26) is arranged between the atomizing sleeve (21) and the inner electrode (29), and the atomizing sleeve (21) is electrically isolated from the inner electrode (29) by the second insulating sleeve (26).
  11. The electronic cigarette according to claim 10, wherein the connecting sleeve (1) has a mounting through hole (13) penetrating through itself, the mounting through hole (13) is stepped and is reduced in diameter along an axial direction directed to the mouthpiece (34); the first insulating sleeve (15) is inserted into the mounting through hole (13) and clamped between the connecting sleeve (1) and the lower electrode (11).
  12. The electronic cigarette according to claim 10, wherein the inner peripheral surface of the atomizing sleeve (21) protrudes inward to form a fixing boss (212), and the second insulating sleeve (26) is provided with a fixing groove (261) for engaging with the fixing boss (212); the second insulating sleeve (26) is inserted into the atomizing sleeve (21), and the inner electrode (29) is inserted and fixed into the second insulating sleeve (26).
  13. The electronic cigarette according to claim 10, wherein a guide sleeve (14) sleeved on the lower electrode (11) is further disposed between the lower electrode (11) and the first insulating sleeve (15), and the guide sleeve (14) has a guide through hole (141) penetrating through itself and an elastic member (142) accommodated in the guide through hole (141);
    a baffle plate (143) is arranged at one end, far away from the atomizing core (2), of the guide sleeve (14), one end of the elastic piece (142) abuts against the baffle plate (143), and the other end of the elastic piece (142) elastically abuts against the lower electrode (11); the elastic piece (142) is in a compressed state to ensure that the lower electrode (11) is abutted against the inner electrode (29).
  14. The electronic cigarette according to claim 13, wherein the guide sleeve (14) is provided with a limit boss (144) movably connected with the lower electrode (11) at one end close to the atomizing core (2) for limiting the moving distance of the lower electrode (11) along the guide sleeve (14).
  15. The electronic cigarette according to claim 1, wherein the tobacco tar lock (25) is made of non-woven fabric or oil-storing cotton.
  16. The electronic cigarette according to claim 1, wherein the oil storage sleeve (31) is transparent.
  17. The electronic cigarette according to claim 1, wherein the outer wall surface of the atomizing sleeve (21) is provided with friction grains (213).
