Referring to fig. 11, the elastic portion 22 of another embodiment of the present invention is a space coil spring, the sliding portion 21 is a rod-shaped structure, and the elasticity thereof is greatly enhanced by providing the elastic portion 22 as a space coil spring.
Referring to fig. 12, the elastic portion 22 of still another embodiment of the present invention is a space coil spring, and the sliding portion 21 is also a space coil spring.
It can be appreciated that by setting a reasonable size of the housing 10 and the elastic strength of the elastic portion 22, a sufficient clamping force is provided for the clamping mechanism 40, so that the electronic device such as a mobile phone can be clamped and fixed.
The elastic mechanism 20 of the present invention includes a sliding portion 21 and two elastic portions 22 disposed at two ends of the sliding portion 21, wherein the elastic portions 22 are configured to provide elastic force along a direction of opposite movement for each of the two oppositely disposed connection mechanisms 30, and further, the clamping mechanism 40 is tightened by the connection mechanisms 30, so that the clamping mechanism 40 firmly clamps electronic devices such as a mobile phone; the connecting mechanism 30 is slidably connected with the sliding portion 21, preferably, one end of the connecting mechanism 30 is slidably connected with the sliding portion 21, the other end passes through the sliding groove 11 and is connected with the clamping mechanism 40 after extending out of the shell 10, so that each connecting mechanism 30 drives one clamping mechanism 40 to move along the radial direction of one sliding groove 11.
Referring to fig. 7 to 13, one end of the connection mechanism 30 is provided with a connection portion 31, the connection portion 31 is provided with a connection groove 33, and the sliding portion 21 is partially accommodated in the connection groove 33.
One end of the connecting mechanism 30 according to the technical scheme of the invention is provided with the connecting part 31, the connecting part 31 is provided with the connecting groove 33, the sliding part 21 is partially accommodated in the connecting groove 33, after the clamping device of the invention is installed, it can be understood that when the corresponding connecting mechanism 30 is pulled in the direction away from the elastic mechanism 20, the sliding part 21 is abutted against the groove wall of the connecting groove 33, further, the sliding part 21 pulls the elastic part 22, and the elastic part 22 is deformed to generate elastic force; at the same time, the connecting portion 31 slides relatively to the sliding portion 21 through the connecting groove 33.
Referring to fig. 3 to 5, 9, and 10 to 12, the fixing member 60 is concavely provided with a groove 601, and the free end 23 of the elastic portion 22 is received in the groove 601.
The fixing member 60 according to the present invention is concavely provided with a groove 601, the free end 23 of the elastic portion 22 is accommodated in the groove 601, when the clamping device of the present invention is installed, the free ends 23 of the two oppositely disposed elastic portions 22 respectively enter the groove 601, after installation, it can be understood that when a connecting mechanism 30 corresponding thereto is pulled in a direction away from the elastic mechanism 20, the free ends 23 of the elastic portions 22 are abutted against a sidewall of the groove 601, and the elastic portions 22 are deformed to generate elastic force.
With continued reference to fig. 3 to 5, 9, and 10 to 12, two side walls of the recess 601 are further provided with a retaining member 62 respectively, a gap (not shown) is formed between the two retaining members 62, and the free end 23 of the elastic portion 22 is accommodated in the recess 601 through the gap.
Further, the surface of the retaining member 62 away from the groove 601 abuts against the isolation plate 50. To prevent the free end 23 of the resilient portion 22 provided in the recess 601 from falling out of the slit.
In the present invention, a gap is formed between the two clamping members 62, the free ends 23 of the elastic portions 22 are received in the grooves 601 through the gap, and when the clamping device of the present invention is installed, the free ends 23 of the two opposite elastic portions 22 enter the grooves 601 from the gap respectively, so as to install the elastic mechanism 20 on the fixing member 60, and the two clamping members 62 are used for clamping the free ends 23 of the elastic portions 22, so as to prevent the free ends 23 from falling from the openings of the grooves 601.
Referring to fig. 1 to 21, the present invention further provides a mobile power supply, where the mobile power supply includes the above-mentioned clamping device, and the specific structure of the clamping device refers to the above-mentioned embodiment. The portable power source further includes a battery (not shown) accommodated in the case 10.
Specifically, the battery is accommodated in the accommodation space 51.
When the mobile power supply charges the electronic equipment such as the mobile phone, the mobile power supply clamps and fixes the electronic equipment such as the mobile phone to the shell 10, so that the length of the charging wire of the electronic equipment such as the mobile phone and the mobile power supply is greatly shortened, and the whole mobile power supply is more concise and attractive; when photographing is needed, the positions of the electronic equipment such as the mobile phone and the like can be adjusted until the lens of the electronic equipment such as the mobile phone and the like is exposed out of the shell 10, and the mobile power supply and the electronic equipment such as the mobile phone and the like can be held by one hand at the same time, so that photographing is convenient, and the operation is simpler and more convenient; the shell 10 of the mobile power supply has compact internal structure and reasonable arrangement, and compared with the existing mobile power supply with the same size, the mobile power supply is smaller in the accommodating chamber 611 for accommodating the elastic mechanism 20 and the connecting mechanism 30 and larger in the accommodating space 51 for accommodating the battery, so that the capacity of the mobile power supply is greatly improved, and more durable power supply is provided for electronic equipment such as mobile phones.
Referring to fig. 4, 16-17, and 20-21, two ends of the housing 10 are respectively provided with an opening 13, and the housing 10 further includes two cover plates 12, each cover plate 12 covers one opening 13.
According to the technical scheme of the invention, two ends of the shell 10 are respectively provided with an opening 13, specifically, the two openings 13 are communicated with the accommodating space 51 and the accommodating cavity 61, so that the fixing piece 60, the elastic mechanism 20 and the connecting mechanism 30 are conveniently installed, and each cover plate 12 is covered on one opening 13 by arranging two cover plates 12, so that the sealing effect is achieved.
Referring to fig. 20 and 21, a cover 12 is provided with at least one charging port 121 and at least one discharging port 122.
Preferably, the discharge interface 122 is a USB (Universal Serial Bus ) interface.
Further, the charging interface 121 and the discharging interface 122 are electrically connected to the battery.
According to the technical scheme of the invention, at least one charging interface 121 and at least one discharging interface 122 are arranged on one cover plate 12, the battery is charged through the charging interface 121, and the battery transmits power to external electronic equipment such as mobile phones and the like through the discharging interface 122.
Referring to fig. 17 to 21, the portable power source further includes a main board 70 accommodated in the case 10 and two main board fixing members 80 respectively connected to both ends of the main board 70, and the main board 70 is fixed to the case 10 by the main board fixing members 80.
Further, the main board 70 is electrically connected to the battery.
Specifically, the main board 70 and the main board holder 80 are accommodated in the accommodating space 51.
According to the technical scheme of the invention, the two ends of the main board 70 are fixed in the shell 10 through the two main board fixing pieces 80, so that the problems of unstable power supply and the like caused by the influence of the connection between the main board 70 and the battery due to the displacement of the main board 70 in the shell 10 are prevented.
With continued reference to fig. 17 to 21, at least one first mounting hole 701 is formed at each end of the main board 70, the main board fixing member 80 includes a first connection portion 81 and a second connection portion 82 connected to the first connection portion 81, the first connection portion 81 is formed with at least one second mounting hole 811, each second connection portion 82 is formed with at least one flange 812 near one end of the main board 70, and the flange 812 is accommodated in the corresponding first mounting hole 701.
Further, each flange 812 is welded to its corresponding first mounting hole 701.
Further, at least one third mounting hole 131 is formed at two side edges of the opening 13 of the housing 10.
The two ends of the main board 70 in the technical scheme of the invention are respectively provided with at least one first mounting hole 701, the main board fixing piece 80 comprises a first connecting part 81 and a second connecting part 82 connected with the first connecting part 81, the first connecting part 81 is provided with at least one second mounting hole 811, and concretely, the mobile power supply also comprises a plurality of bolts (not shown), one end of each bolt is connected with a cover board 12, and the other end of each bolt sequentially passes through the second mounting hole 811 and the third mounting hole 131 and then is fixed on the shell 10; at least one flange 812 is formed at one end of each second connection portion 82 near the main board 70, and the flange 812 is received in the corresponding first mounting hole 701. In the assembly of the portable power source of the present invention, the cover plate 12 is covered and fixed on the opening 13 of the housing 10, and the main board 70 is fixed in the housing 10, so as to prevent the main board 70 from displacing in the housing 10 to cause unstable power supply and other problems.

The clamping device is characterized by comprising a shell (10), at least two oppositely arranged connecting mechanisms (30) and at least two clamping mechanisms (40) which are respectively positioned at two sides of the shell (10), wherein at least one sliding groove (11) is respectively formed at two sides of the shell (10), one end of each connecting mechanism (30) can be slidably contained in the sliding groove (11) and extend into the shell (10), the other end of each connecting mechanism extends out of the sliding groove (11) and is connected with one clamping mechanism (40), each connecting mechanism (30) drives one clamping mechanism (40) to move along the radial direction of one sliding groove (11), the at least two oppositely arranged connecting mechanisms (30) also drive the corresponding clamping mechanism (40) to move along the opposite or opposite direction,
Each clamping mechanism (40) comprises a base (41), the base (41) comprises a base body (411), a base (412) and a connecting rod (413) arranged between the base body and the base, and the base body (411), the base (412) and the connecting rod (413) jointly form a clamping groove (401); the connecting mechanism (30) is provided with a containing hole (32), the connecting rod (413) is contained in the containing hole (32), the base body (411) and the base (412) are positioned at two sides of the containing hole (32), the connecting mechanism (30) is partially contained in the clamping groove (401),
Each clamping mechanism (40) further comprises a clamping piece (42), the clamping piece (42) is rotatably connected with one end of the base body (411) far away from the base (412),
The connecting mechanism (30) is convexly provided with at least one bulge (34), and the bulge (34) is propped against the surface of the base body (411) close to the shell (10).
2. The clamping device according to claim 1, further comprising at least two spring means (20) accommodated in the housing (10), one end of each connecting means (30) being slidably arranged in one spring means (20).

Clamping device according to claim 2, characterized in that it further comprises a partition plate (50) housed in the housing (10) and a fixing member (60), the partition plate (50) dividing the housing (10) into a housing space (51) and a housing cavity (61), the fixing member (60) being housed in the housing cavity (61) and dividing the housing cavity (61) into two housing chambers (611), each chute (11) being in communication with a respective housing chamber (611).

A clamping device according to claim 3, wherein the number of the elastic mechanisms (20) is two, the two elastic mechanisms (20) are fixedly arranged on the fixing piece (60), each elastic mechanism (20) is at least partially accommodated in a accommodating chamber (611), and each connecting mechanism (30) is partially accommodated in one accommodating chamber (611) and is slidably connected with one elastic mechanism (20).
5. A clamping device according to claim 3, characterized in that the spring means (20) comprises a sliding part (21) and two spring parts (22) arranged at both ends of the sliding part (21), the connecting means (30) being slidably connected with the sliding part (21).

Clamping device according to claim 5, characterized in that one end of the connecting means (30) is provided with a connecting portion (31), the connecting portion (31) is provided with a connecting groove (33), and the sliding portion (21) is partially accommodated in the connecting groove (33).
7. Clamping device according to claim 5, wherein the fixing element (60) is concavely provided with a recess (601), the free end (23) of the elastic portion (22) being accommodated in a recess (601).

Clamping device according to claim 7, wherein the two side walls of the recess (601) are further provided with a respective retaining member (62), a gap being formed between the two retaining members (62), the free end (23) of the resilient portion (22) being received in the recess (601) through the gap.
9. A mobile power supply comprising a clamping device according to any one of claims 1 to 8, and further comprising a battery housed in the housing (10).
10. The mobile power supply according to claim 9, wherein an opening (13) is formed at two ends of the housing (10), and the housing (10) further comprises two cover plates (12), and each cover plate (12) covers the opening (13).
11. The mobile power supply according to claim 10, wherein a cover plate (12) is provided with at least one charging interface (121) and at least one discharging interface (122).
12. The mobile power supply according to any one of claims 9 to 11, further comprising a main board (70) accommodated in the housing (10) and two main board fixing members (80) respectively connected to both ends of the main board (70), the main board (70) being fixed to the housing (10) by the main board fixing members (80).
13. The mobile power supply according to claim 12, wherein at least one first mounting hole (701) is formed at two ends of the main board (70), the main board fixing member (80) includes a first connection portion (81) and a second connection portion (82) connected with the first connection portion (81), at least one second mounting hole (811) is formed in the first connection portion (81), at least one flange (812) is formed at one end, close to the main board (70), of each second connection portion (82), and the flange (812) is accommodated in the first mounting hole (701) corresponding to the flange.
