本发明公布了插座的弹射脱离装置,其包括活动夹持机构、支撑体、一对触动机构,触动机构包括触头、顶升杆、触点开关,顶升杆的顶部连接于触头的底部端面,顶升杆的底部连接于触点开关的触点位置,触头的侧壁处设置有限位块,支撑体上设置有一对同向布置的滑槽机构,滑槽机构包括竖直方向布置的触头导向槽、水平方向布置并且与触头导向槽相交的水平导向槽,活动夹持机构包括一对滑块、与一对滑块相连接的连接板,一对滑块与一对触头呈交错布置,滑块朝向触头的一端侧壁的下端部设置有L型缺口,滑块朝向触头的一端侧壁的上段部设置有浅沟槽,浅沟槽位于L型缺口正上方,浅沟槽内安装有电极金属片,水平导向槽包括滑块导向槽、连接板导向槽,连接板滑动于连接板导向槽,连接板上设置有与横向限位导槽相匹配的压合凸起。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种插座的自动脱离机构。
背景技术
现有的插座技术多种多样,但是共同缺陷在于插头的拔出过程,由于插头与插座的紧密配合,需要较大外力才能拔出。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提供了一种可实现插头自动弹射脱离的技术,替代现有的人工拔取困难问题,并且采用延迟通电技术避免产生电火花,提高安全性能。
为实现上述技术目的,本发明所采用的的技术方案如下。
插座的弹射脱离装置,其包括活动夹持机构、支撑体、一对触动机构,触动机构包括触头、顶升杆、触点开关,顶升杆的顶部连接于触头的底部端面,顶升杆的底部连接于触点开关的触点位置,触头的侧壁处设置有限位块,支撑体上设置有一对同向布置的滑槽机构,滑槽机构包括竖直方向布置的触头导向槽、水平方向布置并且与触头导向槽相交的水平导向槽,触头导向槽的中心位置处设置有与顶升杆相匹配的顶升导向孔,支撑体上还设置有与触头导向槽连通并且与限位块相匹配的竖直限位导槽,支撑体上还设置有与触头导向槽、竖直限位导槽相连通并且位于竖直限位导槽上方的横向限位导槽,顶升杆的外部套接有介于触头与支撑体内底壁之间的弹簧,活动夹持机构包括一对滑块、与一对滑块相连接的连接板,一对滑块与一对触头呈交错布置,滑块朝向触头的一端侧壁的下端部设置有L型缺口,滑块朝向触头的一端侧壁的上段部设置有浅沟槽,浅沟槽位于L型缺口正上方,浅沟槽内安装有电极金属片,水平导向槽包括滑块导向槽、连接板导向槽,连接板滑动于连接板导向槽,连接板上设置有与横向限位导槽相匹配的压合凸起,支撑体上设置有与滑块底部相匹配的滑块导向槽,连接板的端部安装有拨块并且拨块位于相对于电极金属片端侧,拨块上设置有朝向电极金属片的倾斜面,拨块相对于倾斜面的侧面上设置有沿连接板长度方向延伸的导向杆,导向杆上套接有弹簧,活动夹持机构还包括与设置于拨块上的倾斜面相匹配的推进块、安装于推进块顶部的压杆,推进块上设置有与倾斜面相匹配的推进斜面,压杆的顶部设置有端部凸起,压杆的外部套接有弹簧;一对触点开关之间通过导线串联,触点开关串联后引出的导线分别与两个电极金属片连接。
进一步的完善以及改进,触点开关串联后引出的导线与延迟模块连接,延迟模块分别与两个电极金属片连接,通过增设延迟模块克服尖端放电问题,避免电火花产生。
进一步的完善以及改进,压合凸起的底部并且朝向竖直限位导槽一端的边处设置有第一过渡面,限位块的上端面并且与第一过渡端面向接触的边处设置有第二过渡端面。
进一步的完善以及改进,上述的滑块由底部滑块、中间连接块、支撑块组成,中间连接块呈L型,底部滑块垂直于L型中间连接块一侧,支撑块垂直于L型中间连接块另一侧,底部滑块滑动于滑块导向槽,支撑块上设置有浅沟槽。

具体实施方式
如图1-11所示,一种自动脱离的弹射插座,其由顶部面板100、护罩200构成插座外壳主体,顶部面板100安装于护罩200的开口端部,护罩内安装有活动夹持机构400、支撑体600、一对触动机构,触动机构包括触头710、顶升杆720、触点开关730,顶升杆720的顶部连接于触头710的底部端面,顶升杆720的底部连接于触点开关730的触点位置,触头710的侧壁处设置有限位块712,支撑体600上设置有一对同向布置的滑槽机构,滑槽机构包括竖直方向布置的触头导向槽630、水平方向布置并且与触头导向槽630相交的水平导向槽,触头导向槽630的中心位置处设置有与顶升杆720相匹配的顶升导向孔660,支撑体600上还设置有与触头导向槽630连通并且与限位块712相匹配的竖直限位导槽640,支撑体600上还设置有与触头导向槽630、竖直限位导槽640相连通并且位于竖直限位导槽640上方的横向限位导槽650,顶升杆720的外部套接有介于触头710与支撑体内底壁之间的弹簧,活动夹持机构400包括一对滑块410、与一对滑块相连接的连接板430,一对滑块410与一对触头710呈交错布置,滑块410朝向触头710的一端侧壁的下端部设置有L型缺口,滑块410朝向触头710的一端侧壁的上段部设置有浅沟槽412,浅沟槽412位于L型缺口正上方,浅沟槽412内安装有电极金属片420,水平导向槽包括滑块导向槽、连接板导向槽,连接板430滑动于连接板导向槽620,连接板430上设置有与横向限位导槽650相匹配的压合凸起480,支撑体600上设置有与滑块410底部相匹配的滑块导向槽610,连接板430的端部安装有拨块440并且拨块440位于相对于电极金属片420端侧,拨块440上设置有朝向电极金属片420的倾斜面,拨块440相对于倾斜面的侧面上设置有沿连接板430长度方向延伸的导向杆450,导向杆450上套接有介于拨块440与护罩200之间的弹簧,活动夹持机构还包括与设置于拨块440上的倾斜面相匹配的推进块460、安装于推进块460顶部的压杆470,推进块460上设置有与倾斜面相匹配的推进斜面,压杆470的顶部设置有端部凸起,压杆470的外部套接有介于顶面面板与端部凸起之间的弹簧;顶部面板100上设置有一对插口并且朝向触头710;一对触点开关730之间通过导线串联,触点开关串联后引出的导线与延迟模块500连接,延迟模块500分别与两个电极金属片420连接。
本发明的工作原理以及取得的进步,(1)通电过程,插头***插口内并挤压触头710下移,并驱动限位块712在竖直限位导槽640内移动,当限位块的上端面与压合凸起的底部端面持平或者低于其时,通过套接于导向杆的弹簧提供弹力推动连接板移动,并且使得压合凸起480压合于限位块712上方,与此同时,与连接板430连接的滑块410上的电极金属片发生位移并与插头导电金属片接触,触头在下移过程中,并驱动顶升杆对触点开关施加压力,从而使得一对触点开关接通电路,利用延迟模块的延迟通电技术,延迟与插头通电;当电极金属片与插头的导电金属片贴合时,通过延迟模块延迟通电,可有效的避免产生电火花;(2)手动按压470,通过推进块460对拨块440施加作用力,从而驱动连接板430复位,套接于顶升杆的弹簧释放弹性势能并推动触头回位,并将插头顶出,达到插头的弹射脱离效果,克服了现有的插头夹持过紧难拔取问题。
如图10、11所示,压合凸起480的底部并且朝向竖直限位导槽640一端的边处设置有第一过渡面482,限位块的上端面并且与第一过渡端面向接触的边处设置有第二过渡端面714;当插头300压合触头下移时,与触头连接的限位块随之移动,当限位块的上端面与压合凸起的下端面持平或者靠近时,即可利用第一过渡端面、第二过渡端面的配合实现活动夹持机构的快速工作,第一过渡端面、第二过渡端面均为圆滑过渡面,通增设第一过渡端面、第二过渡端面提升了整个活动夹持机构的反应时间,达到快速响应。
上述的滑块410由底部滑块414、中间连接块416、支撑块418组成,中间连接块416呈L型,底部滑块414垂直于L型中间连接块416一侧,支撑块418垂直于L型中间连接块416另一侧,底部滑块414滑动于滑块导向槽610,支撑块418上设置有浅沟槽412。
如图6-8所示,滑块导向槽610与连接板导向槽之间还布置有限位隔板670,利用限位隔板将滑块导向槽610与连接板导向槽隔离,保证滑块410与连接板430的运动更加稳定。
上述的延迟模块500优选为延迟继电器,在电极金属片与插头导电金属片贴合紧密之后,再延迟通电,避免产生尖端放电。
如图4、5、9、10、11,触头710的顶部端面的边线位置处设置有倒角,滑块410的L型缺口并且朝向触头的边线位置处也设置有倒角,当触头的位置接近L型缺口的边线处或者与之持平时,滑块即可迅速反应并发生移动,提升了活动夹持机构的反应效率。
上述的顶部面板100、护罩200、滑块410、连接板430、支撑体600、触头710均采用绝缘性材料制成。

Claims (4)

1.插座的弹射脱离装置,其特征在于:其包括活动夹持机构、支撑体、一对触动机构,触动机构包括触头、顶升杆、触点开关,顶升杆的顶部连接于触头的底部端面,顶升杆的底部连接于触点开关的触点位置,触头的侧壁处设置有限位块,支撑体上设置有一对同向布置的滑槽机构,滑槽机构包括竖直方向布置的触头导向槽、水平方向布置并且与触头导向槽相交的水平导向槽,触头导向槽的中心位置处设置有与顶升杆相匹配的顶升导向孔,支撑体上还设置有与触头导向槽连通并且与限位块相匹配的竖直限位导槽,支撑体上还设置有与触头导向槽、竖直限位导槽相连通并且位于竖直限位导槽上方的横向限位导槽,顶升杆的外部套接有介于触头与支撑体内底壁之间的弹簧,活动夹持机构包括一对滑块、与一对滑块相连接的连接板,一对滑块与一对触头呈交错布置,滑块朝向触头的一端侧壁的下端部设置有L型缺口,滑块朝向触头的一端侧壁的上段部设置有浅沟槽,浅沟槽位于L型缺口正上方,浅沟槽内安装有电极金属片,水平导向槽包括滑块导向槽、连接板导向槽,连接板滑动于连接板导向槽,连接板上设置有与横向限位导槽相匹配的压合凸起,支撑体上设置有与滑块底部相匹配的滑块导向槽,连接板的端部安装有拨块并且拨块与电极金属片相对放置,拨块上设置有朝向电极金属片的倾斜面,拨块相对于倾斜面的侧面上设置有沿连接板长度方向延伸的导向杆,导向杆上套接有弹簧,活动夹持机构还包括与设置于拨块上的倾斜面相匹配的推进块、安装于推进块顶部的压杆,推进块上设置有与倾斜面相匹配的推进斜面,压杆的顶部设置有端部凸起,压杆的外部套接有弹簧;一对触点开关之间通过导线串联,触点开关串联后引出的导线分别与两个电极金属片连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的插座的弹射脱离装置,其特征在于:触点开关串联后引出的导线与延迟模块连接,延迟模块分别与两个电极金属片连接。
3.根据权利要求2所述的插座的弹射脱离装置,其特征在于:压合凸起的底部并且朝向竖直限位导槽一端的边处设置有第一过渡面,限位块的上端面并且与第一过渡端面向接触的边处设置有第二过渡端面。
4.根据权利要求1-3中任意一项所述的插座的弹射脱离装置,其特征在于:上述的滑块由底部滑块、中间连接块、支撑块组成,中间连接块呈L型,底部滑块垂直于L型中间连接块一侧,支撑块垂直于L型中间连接块另一侧,底部滑块滑动于滑块导向槽,支撑块上设置有浅沟槽。
