Abstract

本发明提供了一种具有电磁屏蔽的电缆,它包括电传输单元、包覆于电传输单元外的填充材料层、依序地包覆在填充材料层外圆柱形的隔水层、内护套、铠装层、外护套,所述填充材料层中均匀嵌有多根屏蔽导线,所述多根屏蔽导线环绕所述电传输单元,其特征在于:所述多个屏蔽导线沿其长度方向呈S型,且所述多个屏蔽导线的部分承担电传输的功能。

一种具有电磁屏蔽的电缆
技术领域
本发明涉及一种电缆,特别是一种具有电磁屏蔽的电缆。
背景技术
目前,国内普通电缆的屏蔽要求都是通过网面结构的屏蔽层实现,网面结构的屏蔽层是通过编织机进行编织的。然而这种结构和制作工艺却不适用于精密仪器中使用的电缆,这是因为一方面网面结构会使电缆的弯曲半径增大,导致电缆整体的柔软性变差;另一方面,还会使电缆的外景和重量变大,无法满足精密仪器的要求。
由于国内暂时没有专业的缠绕屏蔽线设备,所以国内大多数使用的精密型电缆产品都依靠进口,如若缠绕屏蔽线设备也比较昂贵。因此,在生产电缆时受到一定限制,也经常会采用不加屏蔽线缠绕,这样造成电缆的屏蔽效果达不到预定的要求。
发明内容
基于解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种具有电磁屏蔽的电缆,它包括电传输单元、包覆于电传输单元外的填充材料层、依序地包覆在填充材料层外圆柱形的隔水层、内护套、铠装层、外护套,所述填充材料层中均匀嵌有多根屏蔽导线,所述多根屏蔽导线环绕所述电传输单元,其特征在于:所述多个屏蔽导线沿其长度方向呈S型,且所述多个屏蔽导线的部分承担电传输的功能。
根据本发明的实施例,所述的填充料为岩棉绳和聚丙烯纤维中的任意一种。
根据本发明的实施例,所述电传输单元包括传输主体、绝缘包覆层和屏蔽层。
根据本发明的实施例,所述屏蔽层为金属层或金属编织屏蔽线层。
根据本发明的实施例,所述屏蔽层的材质为掺杂磷的铁钴合金。
根据本发明的实施例, 所述铁钴合金中铁占65 wt%,钴占34 wt%。
根据本发明的实施例,所述传输主体为铜金属线,所述多根屏蔽导线的材质也为铜。
本发明的优点如下:
(1)S型排布的屏蔽导线其屏蔽效果更好,且彼此电隔离,能够节省材料;
(2)屏蔽导线可以部分的用于电传输,且具有更好屏蔽效果;
(3)利用掺磷的铁钴合金进行电磁屏蔽,一是可以增加电缆的柔韧性,二是可以更有效地提高抗电磁干扰的能力;
(4)电传输单元和用于电传输的屏蔽导线可以实现双电通路,提高传输效率。

具体实施方式
参见图1,本发明的具有电磁屏蔽的电缆,它包括电传输单元、包覆于电传输单元外的填充材料层6、依序地包覆在填充材料层外圆柱形的隔水层4、内护套3、铠装层2、外护套1,所述填充材料层6中均匀嵌有多根屏蔽导线5,所述多根屏蔽导线5环绕所述电传输单元,所述多个屏蔽导线5沿其长度方向呈S型(参见图2),S型排布的屏蔽导线5其屏蔽效果更好,且彼此电隔离,能够节省材料;且所述多个屏蔽导线5的部分承担电传输的功能,即传输线9。
所述的填充料6为岩棉绳和聚丙烯纤维中的任意一种。所述电传输单元包括传输主体8、绝缘包覆层7和屏蔽层10,所述传输主体为金属,例如金、银、铝、铜等,优选为铜,所述多根屏蔽导线5的材质也优选为铜。所述屏蔽层10为金属层或金属编织屏蔽线层。
所述屏蔽层5的材质为掺杂磷的铁钴合金。所述铁钴合金中铁占50-75 wt%,钴占24-49 wt%,优选的铁65 wt%,钴占34 wt%。其中的铁钴材料是具有较好的电磁屏蔽作用的材料,在其中掺入磷,可以对其进行改性,增加其柔韧性。
最后应说明的是:显然,上述实施例仅仅是为清楚地说明本发明所作的举例,而并非对实施方式的限定。对于所属领域的普通技术人员来说,在上述说明的基础上还可以做出其它不同形式的变化或变动。这里无需也无法对所有的实施方式予以穷举。而由此所引申出的显而易见的变化或变动仍处于本发明的保护范围之中。

1.一种具有电磁屏蔽的电缆,它包括电传输单元、包覆于电传输单元外的填充材料层、依序地包覆在填充材料层外圆柱形的隔水层、内护套、铠装层、外护套,所述填充材料层中均匀嵌有多根屏蔽导线,所述多根屏蔽导线环绕所述电传输单元,其特征在于:所述多个屏蔽导线沿其长度方向呈S型,且所述多个屏蔽导线的部分承担电传输的功能。
2.根据权利要求1所述的具有电磁屏蔽的电缆,其特征在于:所述的填充料为岩棉绳和聚丙烯纤维中的任意一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的具有电磁屏蔽的电缆,其特征在于:所述电传输单元包括传输主体、绝缘包覆层和屏蔽层。
4.根据权利要求3所述的具有电磁屏蔽的电缆,其特征在于:所述屏蔽层为金属层或金属编织屏蔽线层。
5.根据权利要求4所述的具有电磁屏蔽的电缆,其特征在于:所述屏蔽层的材质为掺杂磷的铁钴合金。
6.根据权利要求5所述的具有电磁屏蔽的电缆,其特征在于: 所述铁钴合金中铁占65wt%,钴占34 wt%。
7.根据权利要求3所述的具有电磁屏蔽的电缆,其特征在于:所述传输主体为铜金属线,所述多根屏蔽导线的材质也为铜。
