Abstract

本发明公开了一种太阳能涂层板,包括从上到下依次设置的外耐候层、光热吸收层、铝基板、化学转化膜、保温层和纳米材料自清洁涂层,所述外耐候层为PTFE涂层。本发明可以保护工件免受各类化学酸雨的侵蚀,保温效果好,节能,环保,能效的利用率高。

技术领域
本发明涉及涂层领域,具体涉及一种太阳能涂层板。
背景技术
现有的太阳能涂层板几乎都用于太阳能电池板或太阳能热水器领域,目前太阳能背板存在以下重要问题:外耐候层容易受到化学物质的侵蚀,在高效吸热的情况下保温并限制吸收的热量再散发,以及太阳能涂层板的清洁防侵蚀问题等。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提出了一种吸热率高,保温性好,可防雨水侵蚀,具有自清洁功能的太阳能涂层板。
本发明的技术方案是:一种太阳能涂层板,包括从上到下依次设置的外耐候层、光热吸收层、铝基板、化学转化膜、保温层和纳米材料自清洁涂层,所述外耐候层为PTFE涂层。
进一步优选的是,所述铝基板的厚度为3~4mm,较薄的材料,达到较高的导热性能,加大效率,节约成本。
更进一步优选的是,所述保温层为发泡PU层,限制了热量再散发的问题,保温效果好。
更进一步优选的是,所述纳米材料自清洁涂层表面设置有离型纸保护膜,可以有效避免涂层板在运输过程中被刮花。
更进一步优选的是,所述纳米材料自清洁涂层的涂布量为130~150g/㎡,精确的涂布量,达到最好的清洁效果和经济效益。
本发明的有益效果是:
1、PTFE涂层具有不沾水和不沾油渍的特点,生产时不容易沾上溶剂,少量污渍可简单擦拭,PTFE涂层也几乎不受任何化学物质侵蚀,可以保护工件免受各类化学酸雨的侵蚀;铝基板两面配置不同的吸热和化学转化膜、保温性能的涂层,其保温效果好,节能,环保,能效的利用率高,也适于大规模工业化生产,可以从根本上提高太阳能集热板的利用效率;纳米材料自清洁涂层增加增加板材自清洁防尘功能。
2、达到较高的导热性能,加大效率,节约成本。
3、限制了热量再散发的问题,保温效果好。
4、可以有效避免涂层板在运输过程中被刮花。
5、精确的涂布量,达到最好的清洁效果和经济效益。

如图1所示,一种太阳能涂层板,包括从上到下依次设置的外耐候层1、光热吸收层2、铝基板3、化学转化膜4、保温层5和纳米材料自清洁涂层6,所述外耐候层1为PTFE涂层。
实施例二

所述纳米材料自清洁涂层6的涂布量为140g/㎡,精确的涂布量,达到最好的清洁效果和经济效益。
实施例五
如图1所示,一种太阳能涂层板,包括从上到下依次设置的外耐候层1、光热吸收层2、铝基板3、化学转化膜4、保温层5和纳米材料自清洁涂层6,所述外耐候层1为PTFE涂层。

1.一种太阳能涂层板,其特征在于,包括从上到下依次设置的外耐候层、光热吸收层、铝基板、化学转化膜、保温层和纳米材料自清洁涂层,所述外耐候层为PTFE涂层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的太阳能涂层板,其特征在于,所述铝基板的厚度为3~4mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的太阳能涂层板,其特征在于,所述保温层为发泡PU层。
4.根据权利要求1所述的太阳能涂层板,其特征在于,所述纳米材料自清洁涂层表面设置有离型纸保护膜。
5.根据权利要求1所述的太阳能涂层板,其特征在于,所述纳米材料自清洁涂层的涂布量为130~150g/㎡。
