Abstract

本发明提供了一种增湿增香室内空气净化机,包括壳体以及可打开和盖和壳体的出风面板,壳体的两侧壁设置有进风面板,壳体的内部设置有直流横流风机,进风面板与直流横流风机设置在同一侧面,壳体的内部还设置有涡流风机,直流横流风机与涡流风机之间设置有电热丝网,涡流风机的上方设置有支撑板,支撑板上方设置有静电过滤网,静电滤网的周围设置有水槽,水槽的底部安装有超声波雾化器,水槽的上方可拆卸地设置有香薰盒。本发明增湿增香室内空气净化机设置的水槽和超声波净化器,可提高室内空气的湿度,防止净化后空气过于干燥,提高使用者的舒适度;设置的电热丝能够维持室内空气的温度。

一种增湿增香室内空气净化机
技术领域
本发明属于净化装置领域,尤其是涉及一种增湿增香室内空气净化机。
背景技术
随着人民生活水平的不断提高,人们对室内空气质量的要求也越来越高,空气净化器也应运而生。目前国内外使用的空气净化器一般为:过滤吸附型,初过滤+HEPA+活性炭;高压静电吸附型,将空气中污染物经高压电离为等离子,再将其吸附在高压电板极上;组合型;光催化型。高压静电吸附型机器的工作原理是将空气中的污染物经高压荷电室使其电离为等离子体,后经高压吸附室使被电离成阳离子和阴离子的污染物吸附在电性相反的高压极板上完成净化。极板吸附的污染物可周期性的清洗,无耗材,无二次污染,有机物气体如甲醛、苯、胺等达到更有效的电离、吸附、净化效果。
但目前,市场上的空气净化器净化效果作用不够明显,使用效果欠佳。还有的空气净化器结构较为复杂,不便于加工且生产成本高,使用不方便。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明旨在提出一种增湿增香室内空气净化机,该增湿增香室内空气净化机结构简单,净化效果明显。
为达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种增湿增香室内空气净化机,该净化器包括壳体以及可打开和盖和壳体的出风面板,所述壳体的两侧壁设置有进风面板,所述壳体的内部设置有直流横流风机,所述进风面板与直流横流风机设置在同一侧面,所述壳体的内部还设置有涡流风机,所述直流横流风机与涡流风机之间设置有电热丝网,所述涡流风机的上方设置有支撑板,所述支撑板的中部设置有第一通风孔,所述支撑板上方设置有静电过滤网,所述静电滤网的周围设置有水槽,所述水槽的底部安装有超声波雾化器,水槽的上方可拆卸地设置有香薰盒,所述香薰盒的顶部和底部镂空,所述壳体的底面设置有电源接口。
进一步的,所述支撑板表面设置有凹槽,所述凹槽内设置有紫外灯。
进一步的,所述支撑板的上方设置有卡槽,所述香薰盒外部包裹有能够卡入卡槽的框架。
进一步的,所述直流横流风机下方设置有导风板。
进一步的,所述出风面板和进风面板中均开始有若干第二通风孔,所述第二通孔的面积总和大于出风面板或进风面板面积的1/2。
相对于现有技术,本发明所述的增湿增香室内空气净化机具有以下优势:
本发明所述的增湿增香室内空气净化机可维持室内空气循环流动,静电滤网可循环使用;增设的紫外灯还能杀灭空气中含有的细菌和病毒,使空气自然清新;设置的水槽和超声波净化器,可提高室内空气的湿度,防止净化后空气过于干燥,提高使用者的舒适度;设置的电热丝能够维持室内空气的温度,另外,在壳体内部设置有直流横流风机和涡流风机,能够提高净化效率。

如图1所示,一种增湿增香室内空气净化机,该净化器包括壳体1以及可打开和盖和壳体1的出风面板2,所述壳体1的两侧壁设置有进风面板3,所述壳体1的内部设置有直流横流风机4,所述进风面板3与直流横流风机4设置在同一侧面,所述壳体1的内部还设置有涡流风机5,所述直流横流风机4与涡流风机5之间设置有电热丝网6,所述涡流风机5的上方设置有支撑板7,所述支撑板7的中部设置有第一通风孔8,所述支撑板7上方设置有静电过滤网11,所述静电滤网11的周围设置有水槽12,所述水槽12的底部安装有超声波雾化器13,水槽12的上方可拆卸地设置有香薰盒14,所述香薰盒14的顶部和底部镂空,便于水蒸气通过。
所述壳体1的底面设置有电源接口16。
静电滤网11能够拆下清洗,使用户可一次购买永久使用。
所述支撑板7表面设置有凹槽,所述凹槽内设置有紫外灯9。使用紫外灯9能够杀灭空气中含有的细菌和病毒,使空气自然清新。
所述支撑板7的上方设置有卡槽10,所述香薰盒14外部包裹有能够卡入卡槽10的框架(图中未示出)。
所述直流横流风机4下方设置有导风板15。防止通过直流横流风机4吸入的空气到流出进风面板3。
为保证进风和出风顺畅,提高净化效率,所述出风面板2和进风面板3中均开始有若干第二通风孔,所述第二通孔的面积总和大于出风面板2或进风面板3面积的1/2。
在电源接口16接入输入电源,室内的空气通过直流横流风机4进入壳体1的内部后,在涡流风机5的作用下依次通过电热丝网6和静电滤网11,同时被其净化,左后由出风面板2再进入室内,循环往复即可对室内的空气进行净化。

1.一种增湿增香室内空气净化机,其特征在于:该净化机包括壳体以及可打开和盖和壳体的出风面板,所述壳体的两侧壁设置有进风面板,所述壳体的内部设置有直流横流风机,所述进风面板与直流横流风机设置在同一侧面,所述壳体的内部还设置有涡流风机,所述直流横流风机与涡流风机之间设置有电热丝网,所述涡流风机的上方设置有支撑板,所述支撑板的中部设置有第一通风孔,所述支撑板上方设置有静电过滤网,所述静电滤网的周围设置有水槽,所述水槽的底部安装有超声波雾化器,水槽的上方可拆卸地设置有香薰盒,所述香薰盒的顶部和底部镂空,所述壳体的底面设置有电源接口。
2.根据权利要求1所述的增湿增香室内空气净化机,其特征在于:所述支撑板表面设置有凹槽,所述凹槽内设置有紫外灯。
3.根据权利要求2所述的增湿增香室内空气净化机,其特征在于:所述支撑板的上方设置有卡槽,所述香薰盒外部包裹有能够卡入卡槽的框架。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的增湿增香室内空气净化机,其特征在于:所述直流横流风机下方设置有导风板。
5.根据权利要求3所述的增湿增香室内空气净化机,其特征在于:所述出风面板和进风面板中均开始有若干第二通风孔,所述第二通孔的面积总和大于出风面板或进风面板面积的1/2。
