本发明公开了一种可移动式升降叉梯,包括主梯、侧梯、折叠杆和万向轮,所述主梯上设置有副梯、导向轮、锁止件与蝶形开关,所述副梯设置于主梯内部,副梯右侧设置有凸块,所述导向轮设置于主梯内部两侧,所述锁止件通过转轴设置于主梯内部右侧,所述蝶形开关设置于主梯右侧下方,且蝶形开关通过连杆与锁止件相连接,所述侧梯通过合页设置于主梯右侧,所述折叠杆设置于主梯与侧梯之间,折叠杆中间设置有紧定螺母,所述万向轮设置于主梯与侧梯底部。本发明移动、固定方便,且可自由伸缩,提高了工作实用性。

一种可移动式升降叉梯
技术领域
本发明涉及一种可移动式升降叉梯,属于电力维修工具技术领域。
背景技术
叉梯可协助工作人员在工地上高落低,有如活动楼梯;电力部门在维修没有支撑点的架空线路时,必须使用叉梯,平常的叉梯最高只有3米,不能满足过高的架空线路使用,为解决上述问题,特提供一种新的技术方案。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种可移动式升降叉梯,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的本发明采用以下技术方案:一种可移动式升降叉梯,包括主梯、侧梯、折叠杆和万向轮,所述主梯上设置有副梯、导向轮、锁止件与蝶形开关,所述副梯设置于主梯内部,副梯右侧设置有凸块,所述导向轮设置于主梯内部两侧,所述锁止件通过转轴设置于主梯内部右侧,所述蝶形开关设置于主梯右侧下方,且蝶形开关通过连杆与锁止件相连接,所述侧梯通过合页设置于主梯右侧,所述折叠杆设置于主梯与侧梯之间,折叠杆中间设置有紧定螺母,所述万向轮设置于主梯与侧梯底部。
优选的,所述导向轮与副梯紧密贴合。
优选的,所述锁止件与凸块底部紧密贴合。
优选的,所述侧梯上的设置与主梯相同。
优选的,所述万向轮配备有刹车功能。
优选的,所述锁止件底部设置有限位块。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明主梯与侧梯内设置有副梯与导向轮,可使叉梯轻松自由伸缩,锁止件可轻松锁定副梯位置,保证使用的安全性,折叠杆可轻松调节主梯与侧梯之间的角度,万向轮可轻松移动、固定叉梯。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整的阐述。
如图1-3所示,一种可移动式升降叉梯,包括主梯1、侧梯2、折叠杆4和万向轮6,主梯1上设置有副梯7、导向轮8、锁止件9与蝶形开关10,副梯7设置于主梯1内部,副梯7右侧设置有凸块11,导向轮8设置于主梯1内部两侧,锁止件9通过转轴设置于主梯1内部右侧,蝶形开关10设置于主梯1右侧下方,且蝶形开关10通过连杆与锁止件9相连接,侧梯2通过合页3设置于主梯1右侧,折叠杆4设置于主梯1与侧梯2之间,折叠杆4中间设置有紧定螺母5,万向轮6设置于主梯1与侧梯2底部。
具体使用方式:使用时,通过合页3将主梯1与侧梯2打开一定角度,通过紧定螺母5锁定角度位置,向上提起副梯7,副梯7顺着导向轮8上升带动凸块11上升,凸块11上升带动锁止件9旋转上升,锁止件9旋转上升解除对凸块11的锁定,当副梯7到达指定位置时停止上提,此时锁止件9旋转下降,凸块11坐落于锁止件9上,使用完毕后,旋转蝶形开关10带动连杆上的锁止件9上升,解除对凸块11的锁定,同时将副梯7慢慢松下,完成收放。

1.一种可移动式升降叉梯,包括主梯(1)、侧梯(2)、折叠杆(4)和万向轮(6),其特征在于:所述主梯(1)上设置有副梯(7)、导向轮(8)、锁止件(9)与蝶形开关(10),所述副梯(7)设置于主梯(1)内部,副梯(7)右侧设置有凸块(11),所述导向轮(8)设置于主梯(1)内部两侧,所述锁止件(9)通过转轴设置于主梯(1)内部右侧,所述蝶形开关(10)设置于主梯(1)右侧下方,且蝶形开关(10)通过连杆与锁止件(9)相连接,所述侧梯(2)通过合页(3)设置于主梯(1)右侧,所述折叠杆(4)设置于主梯(1)与侧梯(2)之间,折叠杆(4)中间设置有紧定螺母(5),所述万向轮(6)设置于主梯(1)与侧梯(2)底部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种可移动式升降叉梯,其特征在于 :所述导向轮(8)与副梯(7)紧密贴合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种可移动式升降叉梯,其特征在于 :所述锁止件(9)与凸块(11)底部紧密贴合。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种可移动式升降叉梯,其特征在于 :所述侧梯(2)上的设置与主梯(1)相同。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种可移动式升降叉梯,其特征在于 :所述万向轮(6)配备有刹车功能。
