Abstract
本发明公开了一种抗腐蚀无结瘤沉没辊,包括圆柱形的辊体、连接在辊体两端的辊轴;辊体表面设有螺旋槽;螺旋槽的底部为圆弧形;螺旋槽的表面设有耐磨涂层;进一步改进在于:螺旋槽表面耐磨涂层为碳化钨合金层;体包括径向由内到外依次分布的合金套、金属陶瓷套、封孔剂层。本发明具有较好的耐腐蚀性,解决了辊子表面形成结瘤问题,提高了产品质量。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种热镀锌线上的沉没辊。
背景技术
沉没辊为热镀锌线上的重要设备之一,沉没辊在生产过程中受到锌液的腐蚀作用,同时在带钢张力作用下,受到较大的摩擦力作用,所以很容易出现沉没辊轴颈滑动部分磨损损坏。沉没辊的破坏主要是由于支架反力和动摩擦转矩对滑动表面的损伤和锌液的腐蚀作用。现有沉没辊包括圆柱形的辊体、连接在辊体两端的辊轴,辊体表面设有螺旋槽,铝锌铁合金元素在沉没辊旋转作用下自动进入螺旋槽内,再沿螺旋槽的螺旋方向送至辊子端部,减少铝锌铁合金元素在辊子表面形成结瘤,但实际使用时,铝锌铁合金元素在螺旋槽内输送时不畅通,还是容易产生结瘤。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提供一种使铝锌铁合金元素在螺旋槽流动畅通,显著减小结瘤的抗腐蚀无结瘤沉没辊。
本发明通过下述技术方案实现技术目标。
抗腐蚀无结瘤沉没辊,包括圆柱形的辊体、连接在辊体两端的辊轴;所述辊体表面设有螺旋槽;所述螺旋槽的底部为圆弧形;其改进之处在于:所述螺旋槽的表面设有耐磨涂层。
上述结构中,所述螺旋槽表面耐磨涂层为碳化钨合金层。
上述结构中,所述辊体包括径向由内到外依次分布的合金套、金属陶瓷套、封孔剂层。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下积极效果:
1、螺旋槽表面设有耐磨涂层,一方面,显著减少螺旋槽表面摩擦系数,使得螺旋槽表面光滑,使铝锌铁合金元素在螺旋槽流动畅通,显著减小结瘤;另一方面,显著提高螺旋槽表面的耐磨性。
2、辊体外层设有金属陶瓷套、封孔剂层,可以使得沉没辊具有较好的耐腐蚀性。

下面根据附图并结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
附图所示的抗腐蚀无结瘤沉没辊,包括圆柱形的辊体1、连接在辊体1两端的辊轴2;辊体1包括径向由内到外依次分布的合金套1.2、金属陶瓷套1.3、封孔剂层1.4,封孔剂层1.4表面设有螺旋槽3;螺旋槽3的底部为圆弧形;螺旋槽3的表面设有耐磨涂层,本实施例中,耐磨涂层为在螺旋槽3表面喷涂的一层碳化钨合金。

1.一种抗腐蚀无结瘤沉没辊,包括圆柱形的辊体(1)、连接在辊体(1)两端的辊轴(2);所述辊体(1)表面设有螺旋槽(3);所述螺旋槽(3)的底部为圆弧形;其特征在于:所述螺旋槽(3)的表面设有耐磨涂层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抗腐蚀无结瘤沉没辊,其特征在于:所述螺旋槽(3)表面耐磨涂层为碳化钨合金层。
3.根据权利要求2所述的抗腐蚀无结瘤沉没辊,其特征在于:所述辊体(1)包括径向由内到外依次分布的合金套(1.2)、金属陶瓷套(1.3)、封孔剂层(1.4)。
