本发明涉及精细化工领域,尤其涉及一种机械润滑切削剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
机械设备在进行金属切削和磨加工时常使用切削液减小前刀面和刀屑以及后刀面与加工器件表面的摩擦力,起到润滑和保护的作用,而且在切削过程中摩擦生热对设备也存在一定的损伤,而切削液在具备润滑的同时还具有冷却降温的作用,所以在工厂中,切削液的需求量较大。现有的切削液均具备一定的润滑作用,但作用不显著,冷却效果普遍较差,而且制备的原料复杂,制备方法条件苛刻,使得成本较高。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点,而提出的一种机械润滑切削剂及其制备方法。
一种机械润滑切削剂,包括以下重量份的组分:矿物质油40~60份,乙醇10~20份,丙酮5~15份,甘油15~25份,五水偏硅酸钠5~15份,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠5~15份,缓蚀剂1~5份,苯扎氯铵1~3份,抗氧化剂2~5份,表面活性剂15~25份,水15~25份,香精3~10份。

S1:在相应重量份的水中加入相应重量份的表面活性剂,室温超声5~10min,再加入相应重量份的五水偏硅酸钠和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠,置于搅拌器上搅拌5~10min,得基础混合物;
S2:向上述基础混合物中加入相应重量份的矿物质油、乙醇、甘油、缓蚀剂、抗氧化剂和香精继续搅拌10~20min,待均匀混合后加入相应重量份的苯扎氯铵和丙酮,继续搅拌1~3min,得润滑切削剂混合物,再经灌装、包装即得成品。
本发明提出的一种机械润滑切削剂,以廉价的矿物质油为主要物质,添加有机溶剂和表面活性剂增强切削剂的清洗能力,使器件表面洁净、光滑,减少切削过程中产生的摩擦力,而且在使用时选取的有机溶剂能挥发,从而达到冷却降温的作用,还添加了甘油、五水偏硅酸钠和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠配合提高切削剂的润滑功能,且缓蚀剂和苯扎氯铵还能对器件起到保护和防腐作用,为了使用时香气宜人还在切削剂中加入了香精,而且还提出了一种简单的制备该切削剂的方法,制备条件温和,在常温下即可完成,节省生产成本,适于工业化生产。
