Abstract

本发明涉及一种缝纫机油组合物及其用途,主要解决现有技术存在缝纫机油润滑性差及油品使用过程中易氧化的问题。本发明通过采用以重量份数计由以下组份组成:a)0.2~2份抗氧剂;b)0.1~2份极压抗磨剂;c)0~0.5份防锈剂;d)95.5~99.7份的基础油的技术方案较好地解决了该问题,可用于缝纫机设备的润滑。

Description

缝纫机油组合物及其用途
技术领域
本发明涉及一种缝纫机油组合物及其用途。
背景技术
缝纫机是用一根或多根缝纫线,在缝料上形成一种或多种线迹,使一层或多层缝料交织或缝合起来的机器。缝纫机能缝制棉、麻、丝、毛、人造纤维等织物和皮革、塑料、纸张等制品,缝出的线迹整齐美观、平整牢固,缝纫速度快、使用简便。
为了使缝纫机工作顺畅,提高缝纫机械的使用寿命和工作效率,在缝纫机运行过程中必须使用缝纫机油。缝纫机油不仅能够润滑保护机械的轴承、齿轮、凸轮和蜗轮蜗杆等部件,减少摩擦,同时应具有较好的氧化安定性,减少或避免油泥的产生,延长机械的使用寿命;长期使用不变色,不污染织物等特点。
文献《耐磨缝纫机油》(青岛市南石油化工厂)公开了一种缝纫机油,对各种缝纫机,特别是工业用缝纫机的运动部件能起到较好的保护作用。文献介绍了缝纫机油的质量规格,包括运动粘度、酸值、灰分、闪点(闭口)、水溶性酸和碱、机械杂质、水分和腐蚀,但是没有提供具体耐磨性能和抗氧化性能的具体数据,也未公开配方。文献《特18高速工业缝纫机油的研制》(胡文龙,姜廉明,浙江化工第23卷第1期)公开了一种缝纫机油,主要组分为:一定馏分的基础油、粘度指数改进剂、降凝剂、极压抗磨剂、消泡剂等,可用于7000转/分包缝机的润滑,其四球实验中,最大无卡咬负荷PB值最高达627N,磨斑直径最低为0.31,并未列出抗氧化性能的数据。
综上所述,现有技术中尚无同时具备较好的润滑性和抗氧化性的无色透明的缝纫机油产品。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是现有技术存在缝纫机油润滑性差及油品使用过程中易氧化的问题,提供一种新的缝纫机油组合物。该组合物无色透明,具有较好的润滑性和抗氧化性。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案如下:一种缝纫机油组合物,以重量份数计,由以下组份组成:
a)0.2~2份抗氧剂;
b)0.1~2份极压抗磨剂;
c)0~0.5份防锈剂;
d)95.5~99.7份的基础油;
所述抗氧剂选自胺类抗氧剂、喹啉衍生物、噻二唑衍生物或酚类抗氧剂中的至少一种;
所述极压抗磨剂选自亚磷酸酯、硫代磷酸复酯铵盐、硫代磷酸三苯酯或中性合成三芳基磷酸酯中的至少一种;
所述防锈剂选自二壬基萘磺酸钡、烯基丁二酸酯、苯并三氮唑或失水山梨醇单油酸酯中的一种;
所述基础油选自精制矿物油、PAO基础油或酯类基础油中的至少一种。
上述技术方案中,所述胺类抗氧剂选自液态辛基/丁基二苯胺、二-α-甲基苯乙烯基二苯胺、壬基二苯胺或苯基-α-萘胺中的至少一种。
上述技术方案中,所述酚类抗氧剂选自2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚、含硫醚基酚或液态高分子量酚抗氧剂中的至少一种。
上述技术方案中,所述极压抗磨剂为亚磷酸酯或硫代磷酸复酯铵盐中的至少一种。
上述技术方案中,所述矿物油基础油选自精制矿物油、Ⅱ类加氢矿物油或Ⅲ类加氢矿物油中的至少一种。
本发明还提供一种所述缝纫机油组合物的用途,所述缝纫机油组合物用于家用缝纫机或工业缝纫机设备的润滑。
本发明针缝纫机组合物的制备方法如下:将基础油加入反应釜,开启升温和搅拌,待升温至50℃后,将极压抗磨剂、抗氧剂和防锈剂加入反应釜,维持温度在50℃继续搅拌1~2小时至组合物澄清透明,即得所述缝纫机油组合物。
本发明通过筛选不同类型的抗氧剂、极压抗磨剂、防锈剂,并进行合理配伍,同时选择无色高粘度指数的精制矿物油为基础油,得到一种无色稳定的缝纫机油组合物,可满足家用缝纫机、工业缝纫机设备的润滑、防锈要求,同时具有较高的抗氧化性能,使用寿命长。本发明优选硫代磷酸复酯铵盐为极压抗磨剂,同时发挥其辅助抗氧化作用,可减少主抗氧剂的用量。本发明缝纫机油磨斑直径最低可达0.28mm,氧化安定性实验达到400min以上,取得了较好的技术效果。
下面通过实施例对本发明作进一步的阐述。

根据文献《特18高速工业缝纫机油的研制》比较例1(一定馏分的基础油、粘度指数改进剂、降凝剂、极压抗磨剂、消泡剂等,因文献未公布具体配方,故引用文献中数据),并进行磨斑直径和抗氧性能检测,结果如表2:
将【实施例1~6】与现有缝纫机油进行抗磨性和抗氧性能检测,如表2。

由表2可知,本发明缝纫机油组合物具有无色透明,润滑性好,抗氧化性能优良的特点。

Claims (6)

1.一种缝纫机油组合物,以重量份数计,由以下组份组成:
a)0.2~2份抗氧剂;
b)0.1~2份极压抗磨剂;
c)0~0.5份防锈剂;
d)95.5~99.7份的基础油;
所述抗氧剂选自胺类抗氧剂、喹啉衍生物、噻二唑衍生物或酚类抗氧剂中的至少一种;
所述极压抗磨剂选自亚磷酸酯、硫代磷酸复酯铵盐、硫代磷酸三苯酯或中性合成三芳基磷酸酯中的至少一种;
所述防锈剂选自二壬基萘磺酸钡、烯基丁二酸酯、苯并三氮唑或失水山梨醇单油酸酯中的一种;
所述基础油选自精制矿物油、PAO基础油或酯类基础油中的至少一种。
2.根据权利要求1所述缝纫机油组合物,其特征在于所述胺类抗氧剂选自液态辛基/丁基二苯胺、二-α-甲基苯乙烯基二苯胺、壬基二苯胺或苯基-α-萘胺中的至少一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述缝纫机油组合物,其特征在于所述酚类抗氧剂选自2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚、含硫醚基酚或液态高分子量酚抗氧剂中的至少一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述缝纫机油组合物,其特征在于所述极压抗磨剂为亚磷酸酯或硫代磷酸复酯铵盐中的至少一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述缝纫机油组合物,其特征在于所述矿物油基础油选自精制矿物油、Ⅱ类加氢矿物油或Ⅲ类加氢矿物油中的至少一种。
6.权利要求1~5中任一所述缝纫机油组合物用于家用缝纫机或工业缝纫机设备的润滑。
