Description

Internal combustion engine oil composition and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to an internal combustion locomotive oil composition and application thereof.
Background
The railway internal combustion engine oil is mainly used for internal combustion engine systems of railway locomotives. The working condition of the railway internal combustion engine oil is very harsh, and the oil product must meet the requirements of keeping the lubricating and cleaning effect under the working condition of high temperature and high shearing force and maintaining a longer oil change period. After the working temperature of the railway internal combustion engine is increased, the actual working condition of the oil product is further harsh, and the service life of the oil product is shortened.
Document CN200310104206 discloses a lubricating oil for internal combustion engine of railway locomotive, which has better antiwear extreme pressure function, but does not solve the problem of shortened service life of oil product at high temperature.
Document CN02131228 discloses a modified engine oil for railway locomotives, which can achieve a better antifriction effect by adding small molecular carbon particles to mineral lubricating oil.
Document CN105238503 discloses a complexing agent for railway diesel locomotives, which has better antioxidant and detergent properties, but does not solve the problem of shortened service life of oil products at high temperature.
The railway internal combustion engine vehicle oil composition disclosed by the document is used in a railway internal combustion engine system, and has the problems of short oil product life and fast performance reduction.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problems that the oil product of the railway internal combustion engine oil has short service life, is easy to age and has fast performance reduction when the railway internal combustion engine oil composition in the prior art is used in a railway internal combustion engine system, and provides a novel railway internal combustion engine oil composition. The second technical problem to be solved by the invention is to provide the application of the railway internal combustion engine vehicle oil composition corresponding to the first technical problem. By using the railway diesel locomotive oil composition, the original performance of the railway diesel locomotive oil is maintained, meanwhile, the aging tendency of the railway diesel locomotive oil is reduced, the service life is prolonged, and the performance decline tendency is slowed down.
In order to solve one of the above technical problems, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: the diesel locomotive oil composition comprises the following components in parts by weight:
a) 3-10 parts of a metal detergent; the metal detergent consists of 0.5-3.5 parts of sulfonate, 0.5-3.5 parts of sulfurized alkylphenol salt and 2-9 parts of salicylate;
b) 3-7 parts of nitrogen-containing ashless dispersant;
c) 0.5-3 parts of a phosphorus-containing anti-wear preservative;
d) 0.5-3 parts of a composite antioxidant; the composite antioxidant consists of 0.1-0.5 part of amine antioxidant, 0.1-0.5 part of phenol antioxidant and 0.2-1 part of zinc thiocarbamate;
e) 80-95 parts of base oil.
In the technical scheme, the sulfonate is synthetic calcium sulfonate or petroleum calcium sulfonate, the sulfurized alkylphenol salt is sulfurized calcium alkylphenol, and the salicylate is calcium salicylate.
In the technical scheme, the amine antioxidant is butyl/isooctyl diphenylamine (T534); the phenolic antioxidant is 2, 6-di-tert-butyl-p-cresol (T501); the zinc thiocarbamate salt is zinc diamyldithiocarbamate (AZ).
In the technical scheme, the nitrogen-containing ashless dispersant is selected from polyisobutylene succinimide; the phosphorus-containing antiwear preservative is selected from the group consisting of dialkyldithiophosphates.
in the above technical scheme, the base oil is at least one selected from solvent refined mineral base oil, hydrorefined mineral base oil, poly α -olefin synthetic oil or polyester synthetic oil.
In the technical scheme, the composition also comprises a component e) 0.5-10 parts of viscosity index improver by weight, and the preferable range of the dosage is 1-4 parts. The viscosity index improver is at least one selected from Polymethacrylate (PMA), ethylene propylene copolymer (OCP), Polyisobutylene (PIB) or hydrogenated styrene isoprene copolymer (HSD).
in the technical scheme, the composition also comprises 0.1-1.0 part of pour point depressant of the component f) by weight, wherein the preferable range of the dosage is 0.2-0.5 part, and the pour point depressant is at least one selected from Polymethacrylate (PMA), alkyl naphthalene or poly α -olefin.
In the technical scheme, the composition further comprises a component g) 0.01-1.0 part of antirust agent in parts by weight, and the preferable range of the dosage is 0.05-0.4 part. The antirust agent is selected from at least one of sulfonate, alkenyl succinic acid or alkenyl succinic acid half ester.
In the technical scheme, the composition further comprises a component h) 0.001-0.2 part of an antifoaming agent in parts by weight, and the preferable range of the dosage is 0.005-0.05 part. The antifoaming agent is at least one selected from silicone oil type, non-silicone type or composite antifoaming agent.
To solve the second technical problem, the invention adopts the following technical scheme: the engine oil composition is used in a railway engine system.
In the above technical solutions, the components, parts by weight and preferred ranges of the internal combustion engine oil composition are the same as those in the technical solution adopted to solve one of the technical problems.
The preparation method of the composition comprises the following steps: the components are added into the base oil according to the proportion at the temperature of 50-65 ℃, and stirred for 0.5-5 hours to be completely dissolved, so that the composition disclosed by the invention can be obtained.
The internal combustion locomotive oil composition of the invention adopts the ternary composite antioxidant of amine antioxidant, phenol antioxidant and zinc thiocarbamate, thus obviously improving the service life of oil products, namely the performance maintaining capability. Meanwhile, the inventor also finds that after the composite antioxidant is added, the extreme pressure antiwear performance of the railway internal combustion engine car oil is improved, and a better technical effect is achieved.
In the invention, the performance of the internal combustion engine oil is tested by three methods. One is the national petrochemical industry standard SH/T0193 rotating oxygen bomb method for measuring the oxidation stability of lubricating oil. The sample, water and copper catalyst coil were placed in a glass sample holder with a lid, in an oxygen bomb fitted with a pressure gauge. The oxygen bomb was charged with oxygen at 620KPa, and placed in a specified constant temperature oil bath, and allowed to rotate axially at an angle of 30 ° with the horizontal plane at a speed of 100 r/min. The time (min) required for the test to reach the specified pressure drop is the oxidation stability of the sample. The longer the specified time is reached, the better the oxidation stability of the oil. The other is national standard GB/T12583 extreme pressure performance determination method of lubricant of the people's republic of China. One top ball of the four-ball machine was rotated under an applied load against three stationary balls immersed by the test specimen in the cartridge. The rotating speed of the main shaft is 1760r/min +/-40 r/min. The test temperature was 18-35 ℃. The load was applied in steps as specified by the standard and a series of 10s trials were performed until sintering occurred. The maximum load at which seizure does not occur under the test conditions is referred to as the maximum seizure-free load PB,PBThe larger the numerical value of (A), the better the extreme pressure antiwear performance of the oil. The last method is based on GB/T12583 extreme pressure Performance test of lubricant, oil is oxidized for 48 hours at 90 deg.C under the condition of introducing air, then four-ball machine test is carried out to measure PBValue, calculation of oxidized oil and New oil PBThe smaller the variation value is, the better the property of the oil product for maintaining the original performance is.
The invention is further illustrated by the following examples.
