本发明公开一种炭化装置,包括干燥室、炭化炉、除焦油装置、换热器和燃烧炉。本发明中炭化温度易于控制,由于燃烧室独立设置,可以通过调节烟道气的温度,改变经过换热器的热解气的温度,同样也可以通过调节烟道气与热解气的流量,调节热解气的温度。

本发明一种炭化装置。
背景技术
生物质热解炭化技术是生物质利用技术的一种。生物质通过热解炭化技术可以转化为生物质炭、生物气、木醋液和焦油。目前固定床热解炭化设备可分为三类:外热式固定热解炭化炉、内热式固定床热解炭化炉和再流通气体加热式固定床热解炭化炉。
发明内容
为了克服现有的技术不足的问题,本发明提供一种生物质炭化方法。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:一种炭化装置,包括干燥室、炭化炉、除焦油装置、换热器和燃烧炉,所述干燥室底部设置干燥室成品出口和干燥室气体入口,所述干燥室顶部设置干燥室原料入口和干燥室气体出口,所述炭化炉顶部设置炭化炉原料入口和炭化炉气体出口,所述炭化炉底部设置炭化炉成品出口和炭化炉气体入口,所述干燥室成品出口连接所述炭化炉原料入口,除焦油装置入口连接所述炭化炉气体出口,除焦油装置出口连接换热器冷端入口,换热器冷端出口连接到所述炭化炉气体入口,所述除焦油装置出口还通过旁路与燃烧炉燃气入口连接,燃烧炉烟气出口连接到所述换热器的换热器热端入口,换热器热端出口连接所述干燥室气体入口。
本发明有益效果是:本发明中炭化温度易于控制,由于燃烧室独立设置,可以通过调节烟道气的温度,改变经过换热器的热解气的温度,同样也可以通过调节烟道气与热解气的流量,调节热解气的温度。

一种炭化装置,包括干燥室、炭化炉、除焦油装置、换热器和燃烧炉,所述干燥室底部设置干燥室成品出口和干燥室气体入口,所述干燥室顶部设置干燥室原料入口和干燥室气体出口,所述炭化炉顶部设置炭化炉原料入口和炭化炉气体出口,所述炭化炉底部设置炭化炉成品出口和炭化炉气体入口,所述干燥室成品出口连接所述炭化炉原料入口,除焦油装置入口连接所述炭化炉气体出口,除焦油装置出口连接换热器冷端入口,换热器冷端出口连接到所述炭化炉气体入口,所述除焦油装置出口还通过旁路与燃烧炉燃气入口连接,燃烧炉烟气出口连接到所述换热器的换热器热端入口,换热器热端出口连接所述干燥室气体入口。
本发明中炭化温度易于控制,由于燃烧室独立设置,可以通过调节烟道气的温度,改变经过换热器的热解气的温度,同样也可以通过调节烟道气与热解气的流量,调节热解气的温度。
