背景技术
导风筒在煤矿井下局部通风***中起着引导空气,稀释和排除工作地点释放出的瓦斯气体,排除生产中产生的煤尘、岩尘,防止矿尘堆积与***的作用,为作业现场提供良好的生产作业环境。目前,大量用于煤矿井下的导风筒主要以玻璃纤维布、玻棉交织布、化学纤维布、合成纤维布等为骨架材料,以橡胶、塑料或橡塑混合物等为涂覆层的涂覆布制成的柔性导风筒。涂覆层的品质很大程度上决定了涂覆布的性能,现有的多数涂覆布的耐热、阻燃、耐老化、表面电阻等特性不稳定,进而增加了意外灾害的发生率。

42~46份聚氯乙烯、16~19份聚四氟乙烯、6~8份聚丙烯酸酯、5~7份环氧树脂、4~6份聚酰亚胺、5~7份功能性添加粉剂、1~2份稳定剂、0.5~1份增塑剂、0.5~1份稀释剂、0.5~1份抗氧剂、1~2份消泡剂、2~3份丙二醇甲醚、1.5~2份甲基乙基酮;所述功能性添加粉剂由如下重量份的物质制成:36~40份碳酸钙、16~19份沸石、5~7份礌石、4~6份木鱼石、4~7份碳化硼、2~3份碳纳米管、2~4份十二烷基苯磺酸钠、3~5份十八烷基二甲基氯化铵、1~3份十八烷基二甲基苄基溴化铵、5~8份硅烷偶联剂、4~6份棕榈纤维。

(4)将混合粉A、混合粉B和混合液C共同放入反应釜中,加热保持反应釜中的温度为73~78℃,并增压至0.6~0.7MPa,不断搅拌处理4~5h后取出,然后置于温度为80~85℃的条件下烘干得混合粉D备用;
(5)将混合粉D与碳化硼、碳纳米管混合,不断搅拌分散均匀后即可。
一种涂覆布用高品质涂层液的制备方法,具体为:将聚氯乙烯、聚四氟乙烯、聚丙烯酸酯、环氧树脂、聚酰亚胺、功能性添加粉剂、稳定剂、增塑剂、稀释剂、抗氧剂、消泡剂、丙二醇甲醚、甲基乙基酮共同放入搅拌罐中,加热保持温度为44~47℃,不断搅拌分散均匀后即可。
本发明具有如下有益效果:
本发明在对现有涂层液缺陷大量研究的基础上,对其进行了相应的改进处理操作,以聚氯乙烯、聚四氟乙烯、聚丙烯酸酯、环氧树脂、聚酰亚胺合理配比共混制成的基体具有良好的耐热、耐寒、耐腐、耐老化性能,并添加了功能性添加粉剂成分对其整体特性做进一步的改良,功能性添加粉剂具有良好的耐温阻燃性、抗静电积聚性,能有效改善老化对涂层整体物化性能的影响,助剂的添加进一步改善了整体的加工使用特性。在各物质成分的合理配合作用下,最终制得的涂层液与织布材料的粘附结合性高,并具有很好的耐腐、耐磨、耐温、耐寒、抗老化、抗静电、抗冲击特性,有效提升了使用的稳定性,推广价值较高。

一种涂覆布用高品质涂层液的制备方法,具体为:将聚氯乙烯、聚四氟乙烯、聚丙烯酸酯、环氧树脂、聚酰亚胺、功能性添加粉剂、稳定剂、增塑剂、稀释剂、抗氧剂、消泡剂、丙二醇甲醚、甲基乙基酮共同放入搅拌罐中,加热保持温度为47℃,不断搅拌分散均匀后即可。
对比实施例1
本对比实施例1与实施例1相比,用等质量份的常规碳酸钙成分取代功能性添加粉剂,除此外的方法步骤均相同。
对比实施例2
本对比实施例2与实施例2相比,其成分中不含有功能性添加粉剂,除此外的方法步骤均相同。
对照组
现有的涂覆布用塑料基涂层液。
为了对比本发明效果,选用同一批化学纤维布作为骨架材料,用相同工艺分别进行上述五种涂层液的涂覆操作,对应制成相同规格的涂覆布样品,并对样品进行品质检测,每组对应分为老化前检测和老化后检测,所述老化前检测是直接对刚制造出的涂覆布样品进行性能检测,所述老化后检测是将涂覆布样品置于温度为80±1℃的热空气中放置400h后,再对其进行检测,具体对比数据如下表1所示:

注:上表1中所述的烧穿时间具体是用温度为1050℃的乙炔火焰对涂覆布样品进行加热引燃实验,记录其被烧穿的时长;所述上表面电阻/下表面电阻是用电阻测量仪对其表面电阻特性测量的数值,测试时统一电压为50V。
由上表1可以看出,本发明制得的涂层液能有效提升涂覆布的阻燃性和表面电阻特性,且老化后的品质变动较小。
为了进一步对比本发明效果,对上述方式制得的涂覆布样品进行变温操作,具体是先将涂覆布样品放于温度为80±1℃的环境下静置2h,取出后再放入温度为-30±1℃的环境下静置2h,此为一个循环操作,共计循环处理13次后,观察记录涂覆布样品涂层的开裂率,具体对比数据如下表2所示:

由上表2可以看出,本发明涂层液的粘附性和耐温变性更佳,能很好的增强其使用寿命。

Claims (8)

1.一种涂覆布用高品质涂层液,其特征在于,由如下重量份的物质制成:
42~46份聚氯乙烯、16~19份聚四氟乙烯、6~8份聚丙烯酸酯、5~7份环氧树脂、4~6份聚酰亚胺、5~7份功能性添加粉剂、1~2份稳定剂、0.5~1份增塑剂、0.5~1份稀释剂、0.5~1份抗氧剂、1~2份消泡剂、2~3份丙二醇甲醚、1.5~2份甲基乙基酮;所述功能性添加粉剂由如下重量份的物质制成:36~40份碳酸钙、16~19份沸石、5~7份礌石、4~6份木鱼石、4~7份碳化硼、2~3份碳纳米管、2~4份十二烷基苯磺酸钠、3~5份十八烷基二甲基氯化铵、1~3份十八烷基二甲基苄基溴化铵、5~8份硅烷偶联剂、4~6份棕榈纤维。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种涂覆布用高品质涂层液,其特征在于,所述稳定剂为硬脂酸镁、硬脂酸锉、二盐基亚磷酸铅中的一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种涂覆布用高品质涂层液,其特征在于,所述增塑剂为邻苯二甲酸丁苄酯、邻苯二甲酸二异壬酯、邻苯二甲酸二正辛酯中的一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种涂覆布用高品质涂层液,其特征在于,所述稀释剂为UV-SB稀释剂、UV-SL稀释剂、UV-SG稀释剂中的一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种涂覆布用高品质涂层液,其特征在于,所述抗氧剂为抗氧化剂1010、抗氧化剂168、抗氧化剂164中的一种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种涂覆布用高品质涂层液,其特征在于,所述消泡剂为乳化硅油、聚氧丙烯甘油醚、聚氧丙烯聚氧乙烯甘油醚中的一种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种涂覆布用高品质涂层液,其特征在于,所述功能性添加粉剂的制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)将碳酸钙和沸石混合放入温度为800~840℃的条件下煅烧处理2.5~3h后取出,粉碎过500目后得混合粉A备用;
(2)将礌石和木鱼石共同放入温度为330~360℃的条件下煅烧处理1~1.5h后取出,粉碎过400目后得混合粉B备用;
(3)将十二烷基苯磺酸钠、十八烷基二甲基氯化铵、十八烷基二甲基苄基溴化铵、硅烷偶联剂与其总质量4倍的清水共同混合均匀后得混合液C备用;
(4)将混合粉A、混合粉B和混合液C共同放入反应釜中,加热保持反应釜中的温度为73~78℃,并增压至0.6~0.7MPa,不断搅拌处理4~5h后取出,然后置于温度为80~85℃的条件下烘干得混合粉D备用;
(5)将混合粉D与碳化硼、碳纳米管混合,不断搅拌分散均匀后即可。
8.一种如权利要求1所述的涂覆布用高品质涂层液的制备方法,其特征在于,具体为:将聚氯乙烯、聚四氟乙烯、聚丙烯酸酯、环氧树脂、聚酰亚胺、功能性添加粉剂、稳定剂、增塑剂、稀释剂、抗氧剂、消泡剂、丙二醇甲醚、甲基乙基酮共同放入搅拌罐中,加热保持温度为44~47℃,不断搅拌分散均匀后即可。
