本发明涉及智能化产品加工生产技术领域,具体涉及双向无线声光警号外壳内部的保护涂料。
背景技术
随着科学技术的不断进步,智能化已经成为大众生活的一部分,智能家居也必将成为物联网时代的潮流。
双向无线声光警号是由微控制器与无线数据传输电路组合而成,性能可靠,安装方便,应用范围广,能与各类无线探头配套使用,是一款经济实用的声光现场报警器。
而由于设备长时间的裸露在空气中,往往会造成腐蚀,特别是天气、气候、环境都比较恶劣的地方,而且往往由于外界的人为的破坏容易导致外部涂料破损,这样就把内部的结构裸露在空气中,就会减少其寿命,带来许多不必要的麻烦和损失。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于克服现有的技术缺陷提供一种方法合理、配比合理、涂料制备方便的双向无线声光警号外壳内部的保护涂料。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下的技术方案来实现:
双向无线声光警号外壳内部的保护涂料,其特征在于:由以下重量份的材料制成,
石英粉38份、氧化铝粉1份、癸二酸二酰肼1.5份、异氰脲酸三缩水甘油酯3份、虫胶片1.5份、吡啶硫酮锌2份、环烷酸钙1.5份、硼化二钼1.5份、羧甲基纤维素2份、空心微珠5份、抗氧剂9份、消泡剂8份、三溴苯酚2份;
包括以下制备步骤,
Ⅰ将上述的材料依次放入搅拌设备中搅拌混合,每隔25秒放入一种材料,边搅拌边放入,待完全放入后继续搅拌10分钟;
Ⅱ将Ⅰ中的材料加热到65-80℃,然后按照400-550转/分搅拌分散5-8分钟,然后再加热到80-95℃,再按照450-600转/分搅拌分散6-9分钟;
Ⅲ将Ⅱ中的材料放入5-10℃的冻库中放置5-10分钟,然后取出继续按照800-900转/分搅拌分散10-15分钟。
本发明的有益效果为:①材料成本不高,不会给生产商带来负担;
②制作方式便捷,容易上手操作;
③材料几乎无污染,对人体、环境都没有危害。

双向无线声光警号外壳内部的保护涂料,其特征在于:由以下重量份的材料制成,
石英粉38份、氧化铝粉1份、癸二酸二酰肼1.5份、异氰脲酸三缩水甘油酯3份、虫胶片1.5份、吡啶硫酮锌2份、环烷酸钙1.5份、硼化二钼1.5份、羧甲基纤维素2份、空心微珠5份、抗氧剂9份、消泡剂8份、三溴苯酚2份;
包括以下制备步骤,
Ⅰ将上述的材料依次放入搅拌设备中搅拌混合,每隔25秒放入一种材料,边搅拌边放入,待完全放入后继续搅拌10分钟;
Ⅱ将Ⅰ中的材料加热到65-80℃,然后按照400-550转/分搅拌分散5-8分钟,然后再加热到80-95℃,再按照450-600转/分搅拌分散6-9分钟;
Ⅲ将Ⅱ中的材料放入5-10℃的冻库中放置5-10分钟,然后取出继续按照800-900转/分搅拌分散10-15分钟。

石英粉38份、氧化铝粉1份、癸二酸二酰肼1.5份、异氰脲酸三缩水甘油酯3份、虫胶片1.5份、吡啶硫酮锌2份、环烷酸钙1.5份、硼化二钼1.5份、羧甲基纤维素2份、空心微珠5份、抗氧剂9份、消泡剂8份、三溴苯酚2份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的双向无线声光警号外壳内部的保护涂料,其特征在于:包括以下制备步骤,
Ⅰ将上述的材料依次放入搅拌设备中搅拌混合,每隔25秒放入一种材料,边搅拌边放入,待完全放入后继续搅拌10分钟;
Ⅱ将Ⅰ中的材料加热到65-80℃,然后按照400-550转/分搅拌分散5-8分钟,然后再加热到80-95℃,再按照450-600转/分搅拌分散6-9分钟;
Ⅲ将Ⅱ中的材料放入5-10℃的冻库中放置5-10分钟,然后取出继续按照800-900转/分搅拌分散10-15分钟。
