本发明涉及矿山机械领域,尤其涉及一种矿石碎矿***。
背景技术
在碎矿***中,通常会设置条格筛,条格筛对来料矿石破碎前进行预先筛分,可以提高后续破碎机碎矿的作业效率。而条格筛在使用中易磨损,需经常更换;且矿石经常卡在格条之间,造成条格筛堵塞,生产中若不能及时发现和清理,会造成生产线堵死而被迫停机。传统的碎矿***中,条格筛堵塞不易清理,人工清理筛面工作量大,人员易滑落到颚式破碎机的入口处,存在安全隐患。
发明内容
针对现有技术中缺陷与不足的问题,本发明提出了一种矿石碎矿***,采用的条格筛更换方便,且不易卡矿,可以保证碎矿***持续稳定运行。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种矿石碎矿***,包括板式给矿机、条格筛、颚式破碎机、斜置过道和带式输送机,条格筛倾斜布置,头端位于板式给矿机下方,尾端与颚式破碎机相连,条格筛下方为斜置过道,颚式破碎机和斜置过道末端连到带式输送机的导料槽中,所述条格筛由边框和格条组成,格条截面呈倒梯形,且格条的上表面为凸弧状。
进一步的,所述颚式破碎机的入口处设有活动的钢板网。
进一步的,所述格条由承载骨架和耐磨条组成,承载骨架为倒T型,固定在边框上,耐磨条通过凹槽契合在承载骨架上。
进一步的,所述耐磨条的凹槽槽口外大内小。
本发明具有如下有益效果:颚式破碎机入口处设置活动的钢板网,可以保证碎矿***检修时的安全性;格条采用耐磨条通过凹槽契合在承载骨架上,当条格筛磨损后,仅需更换耐磨条,节约成本,且更换方便;格条采用倒梯形截面,上表面为凸弧状设计可以减少条格筛卡矿的的现象,且卡矿后方便清理。

如图所示,一种矿石碎矿***,包括板式给矿机1、条格筛2、颚式破碎机3、斜置过道4和带式输送机5,条格筛2倾斜布置,头端位于板式给矿机1下方,尾端与颚式破碎机3相连,条格筛2下方为斜置过道4,颚式破碎机3和斜置过道4末端连到带式输送机5的导料槽21中,所述条格筛2由边框31和格条32组成,格条32截面呈倒梯形,且格条32的上表面为凸弧状。
所述颚式破碎机3的入口处设有活动的钢板网11。
所述格条32由承载骨架41和耐磨条42组成,承载骨架41为倒T型,固定在边框31上,耐磨条42通过凹槽契合在承载骨架41上,所述耐磨条42的凹槽槽口外大内小。
具体的,所述碎矿***由板式给矿机1将矿石输送至条格筛2上,经条格筛2筛选后,细碎的矿石直接落入斜置过道4,再进入带式输送机5的导料槽21中;大一些的矿石由条格筛2滚落入颚式破碎机3中破碎,破碎后的矿石落入下方带式输送机5内。在***维修时,钢板网11被放下阻挡,防止条格筛2中有余留矿石滚落调入颚式破碎机3中,造成意外。
本发明格条32横截面外形设计呈倒梯形,利于矿石通过,不易出现卡矿,且清理方便,只需在***停机后用钢钎轻轻敲击几次条格筛,被卡的矿石就能顺利过筛。
格条采用耐磨条42通过凹槽倒扣在承载骨架41上,方便耐磨条42更换,承载骨架41用于支撑耐磨条42并承受弯矩,使耐磨条42不受弯矩作用,可有效提高条格筛的使用寿命。
本发明对条格筛进行了改进,可以保证碎矿***持续运行通畅。

1.一种矿石碎矿***,其特征在于:包括板式给矿机、条格筛、颚式破碎机、斜置过道和带式输送机,条格筛倾斜布置,头端位于板式给矿机下方,尾端与颚式破碎机相连,条格筛下方为斜置过道,颚式破碎机和斜置过道末端连到带式输送机的导料槽中,所述条格筛由边框和格条组成,格条截面呈倒梯形,且格条的上表面为凸弧状。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种矿石碎矿***,其特征在于:所述颚式破碎机的入口处设有活动的钢板网。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种矿石碎矿***,其特征在于:所述格条由承载骨架和耐磨条组成,承载骨架为倒T型,固定在边框上,耐磨条通过凹槽契合在承载骨架上。
