本发明公开了一种治疗肝炎的中药配方，按重量份数是包括以下中药成分：党参15克，白术5克，茯苓10克，米仁8克，柴胡10克，郁金10克，丹参12克，白芍 1.5克，川楝15克，鸡内金15克，谷芽10克，延胡索15克。本发明中药组合物的制备和使用方法：水煎服：每天1剂，7剂为一疗程，需要用药2‑6疗程。

一种治疗肝炎的中药配方
技术领域
本发明属于中药组合物，具体地说，是涉及一种治疗肝炎的的中药配方。
背景技术
肝炎指的是在多种致病因素侵害肝脏，使肝细胞受到破坏，肝脏的功能受损，继而引起人体出现一系列不适的症状，这些损害病程不超过半年。这些常见的致病因素有病毒、细菌、寄生虫、化学毒物、药物和毒物、酒精等。在我国，最常见的急性肝炎是急性病毒性肝炎，尤其是急性乙型肝炎。国外，以酒精性肝炎居多。本发明用于治疗肝炎护理的中药配方，针对肝炎病因病机，以清热解毒，清热利湿，清热疏风，通经活血、行血消肿，活血散瘀，散结通络，散结消肿为治则，使邪伏、病退、正复而身安，达到解毒消痈，治疗功效。
发明内容
本发明的目的是解决现有技术上的问题，特提供了一种效果明显、疗程较短的治疗肝炎的中药配方，为了实现上述发明目的，本发明制成该药物有效成分的原料组成及其重量配比为：党参15克，白术5克，茯苓10克，米仁8克，柴胡10克，郁金10克，丹参12克，白芍1.5克，川楝15克，鸡内金15克，谷芽10克，延胡索15克。本发明中药组合物的制备和使用方法为冲服，每天1剂，水煎服，7剂为一疗程，需要用药2-6疗程。
本方功能舒肝解郁，活血化瘀，清解祛邪，培补脾肾，可主治慢性、毒性肝炎、早期肝硬化、肝脾肿大、肝功能异常等。对于肝硬化代偿失调，血脉瘀滞，阳虚不化所出现的腹水，根据“去瘀生新、温阳利水”的治则，在重用补益脾肾和活血祛瘀之品的基础上，尚须酌加理气利水之品，如大腹皮、茯苓皮、泽泻、白茅根等，如此标本兼治，有利于腹水消除，恢复肝脏代偿功能。
具体实施方式
实施例1：一种治疗肝炎的中药配方，按重量份数是包括以下中药成分：党参15克，白术5克，茯苓10克，米仁8克，柴胡10克，郁金10克，丹参12克，白芍 1.5克，川楝15克，鸡内金15克，谷芽10克，延胡索15克。
实施例2：如果患者有胀痛症状，在上述组分中加滑石10g，寒水石10g，竹叶15g。
实施例3：如果患者有口粘症状，在上述组分中加滑石15g，寒水石10g，生石膏12g。
实施例4：如果患者有疼痛症状，在上述组分中加滑石10g，竹叶15g。
实施例5：如果患者有气滞症状，在上述组分中加寒水石10g，滑石15g，竹叶20g，生石膏5g。
将此配方冲服：每天1剂，水煎服，7剂为一疗程，需要用药2-6疗程。
以下通过实用例来阐明本发明所述用于肝炎的中药配方的临床治疗效果。
1、临床资料
50例肝炎患者，患者平均年龄50±20岁(30～70岁)，符合“《中医病证诊断疗效标准》(国家中医药管理局颁布)”中的肝炎诊断标准，全部诊断为肝炎患者。50例肝炎患者全部有发热、食欲减退、恶心等症状均出现明显好转。
2、疗效标准
治愈：临床症状消失，疼痛消失；
显效：临床症状明显减轻，发热减轻；
无效：临床症状无明显减轻、继续发热、恶心者，判定为无效。
3、治疗结果
50例肝炎患者治疗3～4疗程后，治愈38例，治疗显效8例，无效2例。治疗总有效率为93％。
典型案例：
李某，男性，35岁，因发热、食欲减退、恶心2周、皮肤黄染1周来诊，患者2周前无明显诱因发热达38℃，无发冷和寒，不咳嗽，但感全身不适、乏力、食欲减退、恶心、右上腹部不适，偶尔呕吐，曾使用普通疗法治疗无好转。1周前皮肤出现黄染尿色较黄，无皮肤搔痒大便，正常睡眠稍差，体重无明显变化。父母体健无肝炎和胆石症史，无药物过敏史，无输血史，无疫区接触史。服用本发明配方6剂，水煎服，每天1剂，每日1服。第二诊：病痛略感减轻，继服12剂，三诊：病痛基本解除，之后，为巩固治疗效果，遵医嘱继续服用12剂。随访1年，一切正常。
