本发明内服中药丸的制备方法是：
按组方配比取各组分中药原料，分别洗净晾干、粉碎过120目制成粉末，混合均匀，按常规制成水丸，即为本发明的内服中药丸。
本发明外敷膏药的制备方法如下：
1）、按组方配比称取药材备用；
2）、将黄丹粉碎过120目置于铁锅内文火炒至水尽、松散为度，备用；
3）、将按组方称取除生乳香、生没药以外的药材碎断，入铁锅用香油浸泡5—7日，文火煎炼，煎炸至焦黄色时去渣得药油；
4）、继续加热药油至冒白烟，“滴水成珠”后端锅离火；
5）、取黄丹入油收膏，用柳木棒顺时针搅拌至“滴水成珠”，然后再加入生乳香、生没药搅拌均匀后油膏倒入清水中去火毒5—7天，每天换水一次；
6）、药膏热熔，均匀摊在剪好的布块上即可，每贴重15克。

先将患者的患病部用无菌水或温开水、淡盐水洗干净，并用白酒或药酒洗拭，再将膏药用火或者红外线灯泡、煤气火源等烤软后贴在患部，每贴可敷5--7天，30日为一疗程，一般患者单独用此膏药30天，即可见效。本发明的中药丸每天服用3次，每次6—10克，温开水送服。30日为一疗程，一般患者单独服用30天可见效。本发明的中药丸可以与膏药配合使用，效果更佳。一般3个月至1年的病程，内服加外敷6个月可以痊愈，并无复发。
本发明的药物根据中医辩证认清的病因、病机，以中医理论为指导；该类药症多因肝肾精血不足，外感之邪乘虚而入，或劳逸失度，外伤致使瘀血停滞，经脉不通畅，造成筋骨失养，经络痹阻，日久而发病，因而治疗本类病症，必需采用强力通络散结，活血化瘀，行血止痛，温经散寒，消肿治痛，软坚散清，滋肾健骨等方法，使人体关节血脉经络通畅，濡筋骨得以涵养，湿寒之邪得以祛除，从而达到“通则不痛”的法则应用，消除骨质增生，骨关节炎，才能收到标本兼治不易复发的治疗效果。
本发明的药物具有强力通络祛湿散寒，治血化瘀，消肿散结，对颈椎病，腰椎间盘突出，风湿、类风湿性关节炎，膝关节肿胀疼痛，有较好的治疗作用，无任何毒何作用。
本发明的外用膏药：在祖传方剂的基础上紧扣痹症的概念，结合多年临床经验进行总结，经过反复实验而得，因此，该药对各种风湿、类风湿，劳损有独特疗效。它（膏药）采用传统熬制方法制成（外贴患处）具有见效快，药物有效成份快，速渗入病灶，改善病变部位血液循环，消除组织水肿缓解肌肉紧张及痉挛迅速恢复颈、腰关节的活动作用。
内服药丸：具有强力通络。温经散寒，软坚散结，强健筋骨之功效，对治疗腰椎间盘突出，颈椎病，强直性脊柱炎、类风湿性关节，各种顽固性疼痛有独特的疗效。
具体实施方式
按比例称取原料：其中内服药丸各药的比例为：制马前子40-60份 、炮山甲40-60份、 炙壁虎40-50份、 炒地龙30-40份、 土元30-40份、 炒姜虫40-60份、 麻黄30-40份、白芥子30-40份 、灵仙40-50份、 川木瓜40-50份 、全虫40-50份、蜈蚣40-50份、炙螃蟹40-60份 、制乳香40-50份 、制没药40-50份、胆南星30-40份、 红花30-40份、 制川乌40-50份、制草乌40-50份、木香30-40份 、三七40-50份；
外敷膏药各药比例为：壁虎40-50份 、乌蛇50-60份、 乌梅30-40份 、急性子30-40份 、甘遂20-30份 、生乳香40-50份、 生没药40-60份 、当归30-40份 、灵仙40-60份、 肉桂40-50份 、白芥子30-45份 、土元30-40份 、香元30-40份 、透骨草30-40份 、白芷30-40份 、生川乌40-50份 、生草乌40-50份、 生南星40-50份 、生半夏40-50份、蟾酥皮10-20份 、马前子50份 、山甲30-40份、 全虫20-30份 、蜈蚣50-100份、香油1500—3000份、黄丹400-800份。
本发明内服中药丸的制备方法是：
按组方配比取各组分中药原料，分别洗净晾干、粉碎过120目制成粉末，混合均匀，按常规制成水丸，即为本发明的内服中药丸。
本发明外敷膏药的制备方法如下：
1）、按组方配比称取药材备用；
2）、将黄丹粉碎过120目置于铁锅内文火炒至水尽、松散为度，备用；
3）、将按组方称取除生乳香、生没药以外的药材碎断，入铁锅用香油浸泡5—7日，文火煎炼，煎炸至焦黄色时去渣得药油；
4）、继续加热药油至冒白烟，“滴水成珠”后端锅离火；
5）、取黄丹入油收膏，用柳木棒顺时针搅拌至“滴水成珠”，然后再加入生乳香、生没药搅拌均匀后油膏倒入清水中去火毒5—7天，每天换水一次；
6）、药膏热熔，均匀摊在剪好的布块上即可，每贴重15克。
为表明本发明的药物对颈椎、腰椎间盘突出的治疗效果，本发明人对300例，病人分组临床观察随访，男性180人，女性120人，年龄20-80岁，病程20-15年，其中腰椎间盘突出100例，骨质增生50例，颈椎病100例，类风湿性关节炎30例，强直性脊柱炎20例，通过使得本发明的内服、外贴药物，标准药效一至两周，进行1-2个疗程 260人治愈，治愈率达95%，40人有效，有效率98%。
【典型临床病例】
1、李某，男，叶县仙台镇：2002年患腰椎间盘突出，卧床不起，昼夜作痛，疼痛难忍，仅以二十余日使用本发明药外敷，内服治愈随污至今无复发。
2、李某，女，43岁，舞阳县2015年来诊治患有严重类风湿性关节炎，四支肌肉萎收缩，行走困难，来治疗时以患病两年，曾多医治无果，后其家人陪同来诊药以外敷膏药，内服、丸剂配合中药调理三月，基本痊愈，后以丸药巩固治愈，至今无复发。
3、周某，男，36岁，南阳市方城县，患有腰部椎间盘突压近左下支神经根（L4L5）来治时，腰不能伸右下肢伸屈不利，麻木作痛，夜间尤甚，来诊治，以三维治疗床，复位三次结合本发明药物，外敷内服丸药二十余日，治愈至今，随后本村来数人治愈。
4、胡某，男，56岁，舞阳县，患有严重腰椎突出合并骨质增生，患平凡一年余，曾在武汉做生意时治疗无效，后经人介绍来诊所来治疗，腰部有困酸，左下肢放射性疼痛，行走困难，经本发明药物外敷内服二十余日治愈，至今无复发。
5、张某，男，46岁，西平县，患急性腰椎间盘突出症，来诊时，腰部剧痛，右下肢困胀作痛、麻木、昼轻夜重，而不得卧，若不勘言，CT提示，L5S1椎间盘突出，压迫神经根，随以三维治疗临床，复位后用以本发明药物外敷内服丸药配合中药调理治愈，随访至今，无复发。

1.一种治疗颈椎病、腰椎间盘突出的药物，其特征在于：它是由内服药丸和外敷膏药组成，其中内服药丸是由下列重量份的中草原料制成： 制马前子40-60份 、炮山甲40-60份、炙壁虎40-50份、 炒地龙30-40份、 土元30-40份、 炒姜虫40-60份、 麻黄30-40份、白芥子30-40份 、灵仙40-50份、 川木瓜40-50份 、全虫40-50份、蜈蚣40-50份、炙螃蟹40-60份 、制乳香40-50份 、制没药40-50份、胆南星30-40份、 红花30-40份、 制川乌40-50份、 制草乌40-50份、木香30-40份 、三七40-50份；
外敷膏药是由下列重量份的中药原料制成：壁虎40-50份 、乌蛇50-60份、 乌梅30-40份 、急性子30-40份 、甘遂20-30份 、生乳香40-50份、 生没药40-60份 、当归30-40份 、灵仙40-60份、 肉桂40-50份 、白芥子30-45份 、土元30-40份 、香元30-40份 、透骨草30-40份 、白芷30-40份 、生川乌40-50份 、生草乌40-50份、 生南星40-50份 、生半夏40-50份、蟾酥皮10-20份 、马前子50份 、山甲30-40份、 全虫20-30份 、蜈蚣50-100份、香油1500—3000份、黄丹400-800份。
