Abstract
本发明公开了一种眼部弹力精华乳,其原料按重量百分比包括:水82.07%、丙二醇4%、丁二醇3%、氨端聚二甲基硅氧烷1%、鲸蜡硬脂基葡糖苷1.8%、牛奶蛋白2.3%、水解大麦蛋白1%、水解珍珠0.5%、光果甘草提取物0.2%、肌肽1.8%、卡波姆0.25%、氢氧化钾0.1%、小麦氨基酸0.8%、透明质酸0.04%、抗坏血酸0.5%。本发明中,水解大麦蛋白:大麦中主要的贮藏蛋白,这种蛋白富含抗氧化氨基酸具有抗老、防老、皮肤养护等作用;水解珍珠:富含有多种氨基酸,增加肌肤细胞活力,有效促进细胞新陈代谢;光果甘草提取物:抗炎、辅助美白及镇静舒缓,可降低洗脸时,因肌肤障壁功能不佳而可能引起的伤害。

技术领域
本发明涉及化妆品技术领域,尤其涉及一种眼部弹力精华乳及其制备方法。
背景技术
护肤品,既是保护皮肤的护肤产品,随着社会经济的不断进步和物质生活的丰富,护肤品,不再是过去只有富人才用的起的东西,现如今护肤品已走进了平常百姓家,它给人们的精神、形象提升起到了极大的作用。同时护肤品种类繁多,特点各异。在使用时一定要根据自己的实际情况进行选用,不可随波逐流,人云亦云,因为人的皮肤各有不同,所以每一种护肤品的制造成分,根据不同皮肤的性质也就不一样。现有的化妆品含有许多化学成分,长时间使用对人的健康会产生影响,为此,我们提出一种凝时肌底养护护肤品及其制备方法。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点,而提出的一种眼部弹力精华乳及其制备方法。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种眼部弹力精华乳,其原料按重量百分比包括:水82.07%、丙二醇4%、丁二醇3%、氨端聚二甲基硅氧烷1%、鲸蜡硬脂基葡糖苷1.8%、牛奶蛋白2.3%、水解大麦蛋白1%、水解珍珠0.5%、光果甘草提取物0.2%、肌肽1.8%、卡波姆0.25%、氢氧化钾0.1%、小麦氨基酸0.8%、透明质酸0.04%、抗坏血酸0.5%、甘草酸二钾0.5%、羟苯甲酯0.08%、EDTA 二钠0.03%、香精0.3%。
本发明还公开一种眼部弹力精华乳的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤一:将所需生产工具及乳化锅清洗干净并进行消毒处理,备用;
步骤二:将氨端聚二甲基硅氧烷、鲸蜡硬脂基葡糖苷加入乳化锅中加热溶解并保持恒温80℃;
步骤三:将水进行去离子处理再加入乳化锅中,依次再在乳化锅中添加丙二醇、丁二醇、卡波姆、甘草酸二钾、羟苯甲酯、EDTA 二钠,将乳化锅加热至80-85℃并搅拌至完全溶解,且保持恒温20min;
步骤四:将去离子后的水、水解大麦蛋白、水解珍珠、光果甘草提取物、肌肽加入器皿中溶解得到第一预料,备用,并且用5%去离子水溶解氢氧化钾,备用,此时乳化锅开启搅拌,至其中料体变乳白色混合体;
步骤五:当乳化锅冷却至50℃时,在其中加入第一预料搅拌均匀,后加入步骤四中预溶好的氢氧化钾并搅拌均匀;
步骤六:当乳化锅冷却至40℃时进行取样检验,取样结果的PH值在5.5-6.5为合格;
步骤七:再在乳化锅中加入香精搅拌均匀即可得到眼部弹力精华乳。

下面结合具体实施例来对本发明做进一步说明。
一种眼部弹力精华乳,其原料按重量百分比包括:水82.07%、丙二醇4%、丁二醇3%、氨端聚二甲基硅氧烷1%、鲸蜡硬脂基葡糖苷1.8%、牛奶蛋白2.3%、水解大麦蛋白1%、水解珍珠0.5%、光果甘草提取物0.2%、肌肽1.8%、卡波姆0.25%、氢氧化钾0.1%、小麦氨基酸0.8%、透明质酸0.04%、抗坏血酸0.5%、甘草酸二钾0.5%、羟苯甲酯0.08%、EDTA 二钠0.03%、香精0.3%。
所述眼部弹力精华乳的制备方法,包括如下步骤:

1.一种眼部弹力精华乳,其特征在于,其原料按重量百分比包括:水82.07%、丙二醇4%、丁二醇3%、氨端聚二甲基硅氧烷1%、鲸蜡硬脂基葡糖苷1.8%、牛奶蛋白2.3%、水解大麦蛋白1%、水解珍珠0.5%、光果甘草提取物0.2%、肌肽1.8%、卡波姆0.25%、氢氧化钾0.1%、小麦氨基酸0.8%、透明质酸0.04%、抗坏血酸0.5%、甘草酸二钾0.5%、羟苯甲酯0.08%、EDTA 二钠0.03%、香精0.3%。
2.一种根据权利要求1所述的眼部弹力精华乳的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
步骤一:将所需生产工具及乳化锅清洗干净并进行消毒处理,备用;
步骤二:将氨端聚二甲基硅氧烷、鲸蜡硬脂基葡糖苷加入乳化锅中加热溶解并保持恒温80℃;
步骤三:将水进行去离子处理再加入乳化锅中,依次再在乳化锅中添加丙二醇、丁二醇、卡波姆、甘草酸二钾、羟苯甲酯、EDTA 二钠,将乳化锅加热至80-85℃并搅拌至完全溶解,且保持恒温20min;
步骤四:将去离子后的水、水解大麦蛋白、水解珍珠、光果甘草提取物、肌肽加入器皿中溶解得到第一预料,备用,并且用5%去离子水溶解氢氧化钾,备用,此时乳化锅开启搅拌,至其中料体变乳白色混合体;
步骤五:当乳化锅冷却至50℃时,在其中加入第一预料搅拌均匀,后加入步骤四中预溶好的氢氧化钾并搅拌均匀;
步骤六:当乳化锅冷却至40℃时进行取样检验,取样结果的PH值在5.5-6.5为合格;
步骤七:再在乳化锅中加入香精搅拌均匀即可得到眼部弹力精华乳。
