技术领域
本发明涉及一种高吸收、高透气、可吸收异味型复合水胶体敷料,属于绷带、敷料、吸收垫或外科用品技术领域。
背景技术
水胶体敷料一般用于有渗出液的创面伤口,的吸液功能主要依靠水胶体层,但是鉴于水胶体敷料本身的特点,其吸液速度相对较慢,而且吸液量有限。针对渗出液较少的一般性伤口而言,现有的水胶体就可以满足其要求。但是对于有较多渗出液的。当面对有渗液量大,且容易产生异味的慢性伤口,如压疮、溃疡等慢性伤口的护理时,这种常规的水胶体敷料无法满足吸附的要求,其它敷料则无法进行针对性护理,因此,目前临床仍然是将水胶体敷料应用于渗液量大的这种创口护理,只是在护理中,多采用增加水胶体层的厚度这一方法来提高吸液量,但是水胶体后度增加就会带来透气性不好的问题,不利于伤口愈合。
同时,对于需要长期护理的慢性伤口而言,伤口散发的气味也是困扰患者和医护人员的一大问题。而现有水胶体敷料一般不具有吸收异味的功能,虽然有些水胶体敷料中添加抗菌物质(如银离子、聚维酮碘等),能够在一定程度上控制异味,但是临床效果并不明显。
基于此,做出本申请。
发明内容
针对水胶体敷料所存在的吸收渗液量少、透气性不好,以及较长时间贴敷后创面易发出难闻性气味等现状,本申请提供一种吸液量大、透气性好并兼具吸收异味的高吸收、高透气、可吸收异味型复合水胶体敷料。
为实现上述目的,本申请采取的技术方案如下:

所述的膜层为阻水阻菌膜。更优选的,所述的膜层为聚氨酯膜。
所述的水胶体层是由为碳氢化合物树脂、苯乙烯-异戊二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物以及羧甲基纤维钠为主要原料的胶体形成的层状结构,紧贴膜层底面设置。
所述的打孔为椭圆孔,该椭圆孔横向贯穿水胶体层设置。
所述的敷芯为加有活性炭粒的聚氨酯发泡形成的海绵状活性炭泡沫敷芯。
所述的敷芯两侧设置有空腔,该空腔位于敷芯两侧的水胶体层与基材之间。异味的产生主要是因为空间密闭、空气流通不畅,空腔的设置,有利于空气流动,可进一步的强化透气性和气流交换,最大程度减少异味的产生。
所述离型基材为离型纸或者离型膜。
本申请的复合水胶体敷料结构中,其膜层选用医用聚氨酯薄膜,满足使用安全性的需求,设置打孔的水胶体层则有效提高了透气性,且打孔所芯层的空心结构的水胶体层也有利于提高渗液的转移,同样厚度情况下渗液吸附效率大幅提高;敷芯于截面方向上的长度较短,因而在其两侧形成空腔,而敷芯中设置的活性炭粒既可以增加敷料的吸水性,又可以吸收伤口散发的气味,空腔则有助于空气气流的流通,避免异味累计,因此,本申请的复合水胶体敷料有效一次性解决护理对吸附量、吸附效率等所需要的各种需求,满足了更好的护理病人伤口。

本实施例一种高吸收、高透气、可吸收异味型复合水胶体敷料,结合图1,自上而下依次为膜层1、水胶体层2、敷芯3和基材4,水胶体层2中设置有打孔21,敷芯3中分布有活性炭粒31.其中,本实施例中,膜层1为阻水阻菌的聚氨酯膜,基材4为离型纸或者离型膜,满足使用安全性的需求。
水胶体层2是由为碳氢化合物树脂、苯乙烯-异戊二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物以及羧甲基纤维钠为主要原料的胶体形成的层状结构,水胶体层2紧贴膜层1的底面设置。
水胶体层2中沿横向方向分部有椭圆形的打孔21,该椭圆形的打孔21横向贯穿水胶体层1设置,当渗液与水胶体层2接触时,在纵高横宽的这种椭圆形打孔21的作用下,渗液可快速的完成转移,同样厚度情况下渗液吸附效率大幅提高,使同等厚度的水胶体层2可以吸附更多的渗液,而打孔21的设置也有利于提高水胶体层2的透气性。
异味的产生主要是因为空间密闭、空气流通不畅,敷芯3为加有活性炭粒31的聚氨酯发泡形成的海绵状活性炭泡沫敷芯,敷芯3于截面方向上的长度较短,因而在其两侧设置有空腔3a,该空腔3a位于敷芯3两侧的水胶体层2与基材4之间,有助于空气气流的流通,可进一步的强化透气性和气流交换,避免异味累计,最大程度减少异味的产生;而敷芯3中设置的活性炭粒31既可以增加敷料的吸水性,提高吸附效率,又可以吸收伤口散发的气味。

3.如权利要求1或2所述的一种高吸收、高透气、可吸收异味型复合水胶体敷料,其特征在于:所述的膜层为聚氨酯膜。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种高吸收、高透气、可吸收异味型复合水胶体敷料,其特征在于:所述的水胶体层是由为碳氢化合物树脂、苯乙烯-异戊二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物以及羧甲基纤维钠为主要原料的胶体形成的层状结构,水胶体层紧贴膜层底面设置。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种高吸收、高透气、可吸收异味型复合水胶体敷料,其特征在于:所述的打孔为椭圆孔,该椭圆孔横向贯穿水胶体层设置。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种高吸收、高透气、可吸收异味型复合水胶体敷料,其特征在于:所述的敷芯为加有活性炭粒的聚氨酯发泡形成的海绵状活性炭泡沫敷芯。
7.如权利要求1所述的一种高吸收、高透气、可吸收异味型复合水胶体敷料,其特征在于:所述的敷芯两侧设置有空腔,该空腔位于水胶体层与基材之间。
8.如权利要求1所述的一种高吸收、高透气、可吸收异味型复合水胶体敷料,其特征在于:所述离型基材为离型纸或者离型膜。
