本发明属于织物材料技术领域,具体涉及一种即热式碳纤维地毯。
背景技术
随着科学技术的不断发展,满足人们不同需要的织物材料层出不穷,以满足消费者的需求,而碳纤维地毯就是其中的一种,在人们的日常生活中起着越来越重要的作用;地毯是以羊毛、棉、麻或化学合成纤维材料,经过手工或机制而成的铺地材料。广泛应用于宾馆、酒店、家居、学校、会客厅、飞机等多种场所,具有灭菌、防潮、隔热、减少噪声美化室内环境等多种功能。随着社会经济 建设的快速发展,人们生活质量的提高,地毯已成为人们生活中不可或缺的 产品,地毯在日常生活中的应用越来越广泛。
传统的地毯经手工或机械工艺进行编结、栽绒或纺织而成的地面铺敷物。当地毯上积攒了大量固体灰尘颗粒,在潮湿天气中,容易给霉菌提供生长的“土壤”,因此,南方梅雨季节尤其要注意经常吸尘,保持地毯清洁,不给霉菌滋生的空间,而且,传统地毯是不具备提高温度的功能,人们在寒冷的冬天,脚踩在地毯上,还是觉得冷。
如解决上述问题,公布了一种碳纤维发热地毯的发明专利,申请号为201520828563.X;一种碳纤维发热地毯,包括地毯层、碳纤维发热层、反射层和保温层,保温层之上敷设反射层,反射层之上敷设碳纤维发热层,碳纤维发热层之上敷设地毯层;其特征在于,还包括防滑层;防滑层敷设在保温层的下侧;还包括控制电路,控制电路包括电源、温控器和温度传感器;温度传感器设置在室内距离地毯层的高度为40~100cm,温度传感器、温控器和电源依次电连接,电源为碳纤维发热层供电,温控器通过控制电源的接通或者断开对碳纤维发热层进行控制;通过碳纤维发热层直接与电源连接,容易产生安全问题,而且这样的结构降低了碳纤维远红外效果,柔软度降低,使用舒适性不好,地毯铺设在地板上,遇到水流滴落至地毯上,容易造成漏电,进而造成地毯的损坏,也容易引发安全事故。
同时,现有的地毯用于地面覆盖,以改善踩踏脚感和房间美观,因此,长期踩踏和放置容易使地毯上部积尘而难以去除,影响美观,而且地毯上灰尘长期集聚易引发细菌繁殖,造成异味,影响房间居住环境。
针对上述技术问题,故需要进行改进。
发明内容
本发明是为了克服上述现有技术中的缺陷,提供一种结构简单,使用安全,保暖舒适,具有全方位微按摩作用的即热式碳纤维地毯。
为实现上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案是:一种即热式碳纤维地毯,包括面层、上碳纤维布层、碳纤维发热层、下碳纤维布层和底层;所述碳纤维发热层内设有若干根碳纤维发热线;该碳纤维发热线沿着碳纤维发热层的长度方向等距布设;所述碳纤维发热线与上碳纤维布层和下碳纤维布层之间分别设有呈网格状的上纤维网和下纤维网,所述上碳纤维布层与上纤维网之间以及下碳纤维布层与下纤维网之间均通过胶水粘接;所述面层与上碳纤维布层可拆式连接;所述面层包括簇绒部和按摩部;簇绒部与按摩部等距交错布设于上碳纤维布层上;所述底层包括防水层和纳尘层;防水层位于纳尘层的上端,防水层与下碳纤维布层相连接;防水层与纳尘层的厚度比为1:2;上碳纤维布层与上纤维网的厚度比为2:1;下碳纤维布层与下纤维网的厚度比为2:1;碳纤维发热层、上碳纤维布层与下碳纤维布层厚度比为2:1:1。

作为本发明的一种优选方案,所述簇绒部由若干毛绒线组成;毛绒线采用包芯纱制成,所述按摩部由若干按摩凸起组成;按摩凸起等距布设于上碳纤维布层上,毛绒线布设于相邻的按摩凸起的中间位置。

与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1.通过上纤维网和下纤维网将和碳纤维发热线压在中间,然后再粘合即可,提高了其生产效率;碳纤维发热线沿着碳纤维发热层的长度方向等距布设,这样其产生热量比较均衡,同时碳纤维发热线与上纤维网和下纤维网安装时弯曲都不会影响到其发热效果;
2.包芯纱芯纱的负离子纤维可以使空气中的尘粒快速沉降,大幅度增加了地毯的空气清洁效果;从而保持地毯表面洁净;
3.通过设置交错布设的簇绒部与按摩部,在保暖的同时还能起到保健、脚底按摩作用,且使用寿命长、提高舒适性;
4.具有结构合理,强度高,使用安全、寿命长,发热效果好等优点。

碳纤维发热层3,其形态,为碳纤维发热线8形态,最均匀地将热量发生且传导出去,最大限度地克服以往大多碳纤维地毯以单一线性发热、传热不均匀的致命缺陷;其核心技术在于,所述碳纤维发热线8,通过一排细铜丝11连接正电极片13和负电极片14,外面用上碳纤维布层2和下碳纤维布层4等绝缘材料隔离,由此制成呈面状的碳纤维电热层;然后,碳纤维电热层中的碳分子团,在电场的作用下,产生“布朗运动”,碳分子之间发生剧烈撞击和摩擦,产生热能,以超过66%的远红外辐射能和超过32%的对流热能对外传递。
其优点在于,一是,电能与热能的总转换率可以达到98%以上,并在几秒钟内,碳纤维发热层的温度,迅速升高,实现即开即热、节能环保、宁静舒适、使用方便的技术性能,为制造本技术的即热式碳纤维布,奠定核心技术基础,且比现有常规碳纤维布节能30%以上;二是,其远红外辐射的微波长为6-15微米,被医学界称为“生命之光”,可增强新陈代谢,促进血液循环,提高人体免疫能力;对腰腿疼、肩周炎、关节炎、颈椎病、胃寒、痔疮等有着明显的辅助理疗作用,保健功能十分显现。从而,成为名副其实的即热式碳纤维地毯。
相邻碳纤维发热线8的端布连接有接触导电的一排细铜丝11;细铜丝11的在碳纤维发热层2的两端形成有电极;相邻的碳纤维发热线8之间通过上纤维网6和下纤维网7之间电连通,保证了其发热效果和使用稳定性,而碳纤维发热线8沿着碳纤维发热层3的长度方向等距布设;碳纤维发热线8沿碳纤维发热层3的垂直方向均匀设置;碳纤维发热线8呈直线状或波浪状;这样其产生热量比较均衡,同时碳纤维发热线8与上纤维网6和下纤维网7安装时弯曲都不会影响到其发热效果,通过上纤维网6和下纤维网7将和碳纤维发热线8压在中间,然后再粘合即可,提高了其生产效率。
电极包括正电极片13和负电极片14,所述正电极片13和负电极片14之间通过细铜丝11连接碳纤维发热线8,且所述正电极片13和负电极片14之间的缝隙充填有导电胶;能够保证碳纤维发热线8的使用寿命和该即热式碳纤维地毯的使用安全。
细铜丝11由复合电加热膜构成,该复合电加热膜采用交流或直流电源供电;所述电加热膜是PTC电热膜;电加热膜是 PTC 电热膜;该PTC 电热膜具有正温度系数电阻,也就是说具有限温特性,表面最高温度自动控制在40—48℃之间,具有节约能源,恒温恒湿的优点。
在长时间使用以后地毯以后,踩踏和放置容易使地毯上部积尘而难以去除,影响美观,而且地毯上灰尘长期集聚易引发细菌繁殖,造成异味,影响房间居住环境,面层1与上碳纤维布层2可拆式连接;方便了面层1的清洗和更换。
利用热压辊,将上碳纤维布层2、上纤维网6、碳纤维发热层3、下纤维网7、下碳纤维布层4、防水层9和纳尘层10通过热压粘合技术,通过吸塑成型工艺,成为一体式地毯,提升了地毯的整体强度;该地毯制作方便,实用性能优,使用灵活,设计新颖,是一种很好的创新方案,很有市场推广前景。
面层1包括簇绒部1-1和按摩部1-2;簇绒部1-1与按摩部1-2等距交错布设于上碳纤维布层2上;簇绒部1-1由若干毛绒线1-1-1组成;毛绒线1-1-1采用包芯纱制成,所述包芯纱的芯纱为负离子纤维,
按摩部1-2由若干按摩凸起1-2-1组成;按摩凸起1-2-1等距布设于上碳纤维布层2上,毛绒线1-1-1布设于相邻的按摩凸起1-2-1的中间位置,按摩凸起1-2-1的高度为2mm~3mm,通过设置交错布设的簇绒部1-1与按摩部1-2,在保暖的同时还能起到保健、脚底按摩作用,且使用寿命长、提高舒适性。
簇绒部1-1采用苎麻纤维制成,在保暖的同时,还提高了地毯的舒适性,而且具有较好的缓冲性能,另外,苎麻纤维制成的簇绒部1-1可以吸湿排汗,也不会产生由其他绒毛带来的粘脚的问题。
底层5包括防水层9和纳尘层10;防水层9位于纳尘层10的上端,防水层9与下碳纤维布层4相连接;防水层9与纳尘层10的厚度比为1:2;纳尘层10为经抗菌整理的超细纤维制成的无纺布毡,防水层9为PVC防水胶,纳尘层10为采用截面直径3μm以下的超细纤维制成的无纺布毡,并进行抗菌整理。所述超细纤维优选涤纶超细纤维或腈纶超细纤维,纳尘层10的无纺布毡的单位面积重量不低于200g/m2,纳尘层10采用超细纤维无纺布毡并经过抗菌整理,其结构及厚度设计合理,使其可以大量集聚容纳灰尘并抗菌除臭。

Claims (8)

1.一种即热式碳纤维地毯,其特征在于:包括面层(1)、上碳纤维布层(2)、碳纤维发热层(3)、下碳纤维布层(4)和底层(5);所述碳纤维发热层(3)内设有若干根碳纤维发热线(8);该碳纤维发热线(8)沿着碳纤维发热层(3)的长度方向等距布设;所述碳纤维发热线(8)与上碳纤维布层(2)和下碳纤维布层(4)之间分别设有呈网格状的上纤维网(6)和下纤维网(7),所述上碳纤维布层(2)与上纤维网(6)之间以及下碳纤维布层(4)与下纤维网(7)之间均通过胶水粘接;所述面层(1)与上碳纤维布层(2)可拆式连接;所述面层(1)包括簇绒部(1-1)和按摩部(1-2);簇绒部(1-1)与按摩部(1-2)等距交错布设于上碳纤维布层(2)上;所述底层(5)包括防水层(9)和纳尘层(10);防水层(9)位于纳尘层(10)的上端,防水层(9)与下碳纤维布层(4)相连接;防水层(9)与纳尘层(10)的厚度比为1:2;上碳纤维布层(2)与上纤维网(6)的厚度比为2:1;下碳纤维布层(4)与下纤维网(7)的厚度比为2:1;碳纤维发热层(3)、上碳纤维布层(2)与下碳纤维布层(4)厚度比为2:1:1。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种即热式碳纤维地毯,其特征在于:所述上碳纤维布层(2)、上纤维网(6)、碳纤维发热层(3)、下纤维网(7)、下碳纤维布层(4)、防水层(9)和纳尘层(10)通过热压胶水粘合而成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种即热式碳纤维地毯,其特征在于:所述簇绒部(1-1)由若干毛绒线(1-1-1)组成;毛绒线(1-1-1)采用包芯纱制成,所述按摩部(1-2)由若干按摩凸起(1-2-1)组成;按摩凸起(1-2-1)等距布设于上碳纤维布层(2)上,毛绒线(1-1-1)布设于相邻的按摩凸起(1-2-1)的中间位置。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种即热式碳纤维地毯,其特征在于:所述包芯纱的芯纱为负离子纤维。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种即热式碳纤维地毯,其特征在于:所述按摩凸起(1-2-1)的高度为2mm~3 mm。
6.根据权利要求1或3所述的一种即热式碳纤维地毯,其特征在于:所述簇绒部(1-1)采用苎麻纤维制成。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种即热式碳纤维地毯,其特征在于:所述纳尘层(10)为经抗菌整理的超细纤维制成的无纺布毡。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种即热式碳纤维地毯,其特征在于:所述上碳纤维布层(2)和下碳纤维布层(4)为绝缘层,均为由PET制作而成。
